I love Caring Smiles! This is a new practice but I was so pleased with Dr. Warren that I followed him from his old place (his previous practice was top notch too). The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is set up for state of the art dental care. Mariam, the dental hygienist, cleaned my teeth just yesterday and she is a delight. My daughter and I went to Caring Smiles this past Monday for our teeth cleaning and we were both very impressed at how thorough Dr. Warren Woodruff and his staff were. They have a very nice and clean office. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Caring Smiles Family Dentistry is the perfect dental office to visit during the pandemic. When I had my dental hygiene cleaning appointment on August 20, 2020, a facial mask was required for entry, my temperature was taken and I was required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. Each staff member wore extensive, protective gear. There were newly installed plexiglass barriers and there was social distancing seating in the reception room. I received superb dental care from hygienist, Joy. Very clean and professional dental office! Friendly staff! Highly recommended! I felt safe!!

The service was exceptional. I have a 4 yr old who would shriek at the mere mention of the dentist. He did awesome and so did my other 3 yr old. My husband and I will be visiting for an exam soon as well. Thank you Dr.Warren and Ms. Adrian. Update: pleased to say that a year later, the experience has still been remarkable. The staff is very pleasant and patient. I’very had the pleasure of being assisted by Miriam, Dani and Marrisa. Top notch! As far as the Drs…..Dr. Warren is one of the most down to earth and patient Dentists I’ve encountered. Although Dr. Warren is our dentist, my little girls and I love to come across Dr. May in the hallway as she is so warm and kind and has a great disposition as well. I like to be informed about prospective treatments for myself and my family. While this can be “off putting” in some offices, this was not the case at Caring smiles. All of my questions were answered clearly and wit out frustartion. All of my concerns were heard. It also helps that the office is very clean and beautiful. I’ve found a dental home! I love every part of my experience at Caring Smiles Family Dentistry. I was able to complete paperwork online which is so convenient. When I got there, I was early but was seen at my scheduled time. The staff was friendly and attentive. They answered my questions. The office was clean and welcoming. The technology was cool as the x-rays were more tolerable to experience than other dentist places. I saw Dr. May and she was professional and thorough. I was able to schedule my next appointment seamlessly and walk out without check out waiting. I love the flexibility of hours available for appointment scheduling. This was my first visit at Caring Smiles . I was greeted with a smile from Kelly . Ashleigh was very friendly and took my X-rays. She was very personable and explained to me everything she was doing . I was then greeted by Renee , dental hygienist. Renee explained what she was doing and was very caring and gentle as she examined and cleaned my teeth. Dr Woodruff was very professional and explained to me exactly what he recommended to be done. Having recently moved back home to MI, I was in need of a new dentist. I was not familiar with practices on the SE side of the state but found Caring Smiles Family Dentistry via the Health in Her Hue app! I am very pleased with the care I have received so far. The staff are all very friendly and kind, Dr. Warren is great! They were able to quickly and easily refer me to an endodontist for a root canal. The follow-up process of getting my new crown put on after has been smooth. The temp fits perfect so I’m confident my permanent will be the same which makes me happy as my last dentist did not do as thorough of a job. Happy to be taken care of by Caring Smiles!

Dr. Warren was very kind and thorough with his explanations and recommendations! He also wrote out a prioritized care plan after his exam so that I can decide how I want to proceed with the suggested treatments (which is something I have never received from any other Dentist). I went in today as a new patient and really appreciated the care I received from everyone in the office. The Dental Assistant, Hygienist, and Receptionist were all welcoming and showed the same level of care in ensuring that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I want to first start off by stating, this review is long overdue. My first visit was back during early spring after experiencing what I consider a dental emergency. The amazing staff made me a priority and got me in right away (within 24 hours). Due to the extent of my “emergency”, I’ve had to visit Dr. Warren a few other times for follow up, and again for a routine cleaning. I had quite a few questions regarding a procedure and Dr. Warren took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. He has provided stellar service and also shares a deep concern when it comes to the care of his patients. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. May in action, and her friendly spirit is eye opening! The office is welcoming, clean, modern, very organized, and my favorite: paperless! Each time that I’ve visited, I didn’t wait any longer than four minutes before I was sent to the back… talk about impressive! If you are in search of a great, friendly, and professional dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Warren or Dr. May. You will not be sorry!

I highly recommend Caring Smiles because they really represent their name. I went to get dental work done today and I experience high levels of dental anxiety when I have to have dental work done. It is to the point that I have avoided getting this dental work done for many years. Dr. Warren Woodruff, the staff and the hygienists were all so gentle, kind patient and accommodating to me as I experienced fear and overwhelming feelings of anxiety. I felt no pain physically and I didn’t feel any shame in expressing my anxiety and receiving comfort from them as I made it through my dentist appointment. I am so grateful to their team and I’m happy to say that they do really represent the “caring” part of Caring Smiles!

One of the best dental experiences so far in my 40 years of life. Dr Warren was attentive, personable and gentle. I had problems scheduling appointments with my regular dentist and I was referred to Dr Warren to have a filling replaced. I received a same day appointment and was in and out in an hour. (Same day appointments are rare and probably shouldn’t be expected). The staff was professional and friendly, I felt absolutely no pain at all, the office was super clean and modern. I am definitely returning for future services and will highly recommend him to my family and friends.
