I have been a patient of Dr. Valdes for several years. I trust him entirely. His staff is superb. His attention to my dental situations over the years has been meticulous. I used to hate going to the dentist. Now it is a satisfying experience. It’s great to be in that chair knowing that Dr. Valdes is focused on me, rather than on the next patient in the next room. I don’t know if he is taking new patients, but if you can become one of his, do it!

Dr. Valdes and his team are superbly efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier. I initially chose this practice out of the numerous others because of the waiting room believe it or not:) I was looking for a competent and qualified surgeon to help me with my very complicated dental requirements. As I perused the various websites online, I came across this ” cool” ambience, so I decided to check it out. I was not only satisfied, but completely bowled over by the quality of care I received here. I was treated with such respect and concern that I will recommend Dr. Valdes to the world! I remember telling Dr. Valdes during one of my visits that his work was hazardous to my health. With great concern he asked me why? I told him that his work was so good that while driving, instead of concentrating on the road, I would be admiring my implants in the rear view mirror. Of course he laughed and gently scolded me:) Arlen is always very polite and smiling and extremely diligent in dealing with the patients. I could not have completed my restoration work without him. Hidian & Rosaura are patient, polite and beautiful too! Thank God I chose Dr. Valdes. He changed my life and gave me back my smile:)

Dr. Valdes must have been a child prodigy when he finished dental school because he has been my dentist for a REALLY long time. In lo those many years, he has saved my teeth (painlessly pretty much) through those many tough dental traumas we all go through. An artist as well as a doctor.

Dr. Valdes has been our family dentist for over 25years! He is simply the best in his profession and on a personal level the most caring and kindest person I have ever met. You are not going to find many dentists with his level of knowledge, expertise, professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to his patients and his staff. His care focuses on prevention and it is comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Valdes and his staff are simply pure perfection, they are a team and work together for their patients.

 I I recently had to go in because I was experiencing extreme jaw pain, I had TMJ, all the stress from COVID 19 had gotten to me! In all honesty I was not worried for a second about my safety regarding COVID 19, they have always maintained very hygienic standards and was sure they had taken all the needed safety protocols. In fact Dr. Valdes and his staff have enhanced infections control measures surpassing CDC & American Dental Association guidelines. They have installed high-grade EPA disinfectant & sterilization, HEPA & UV light air purifiers & ventilation in all rooms. They take your temperature with touch-less forehead thermometers. They measure your oxygen with a finger pulseoximeter. There are Purell dispensers everywhere. There is an automatic shoe cover dispenser, so no germs come from your shoes. There are new upgraded mouth suctions evacuating room aerosol with airway protection.
 And last but not least Dr. Valdes has 10 years of Hospital Infectious Disease experience totaling 16 years in hospital teaching in addition as a faculty professor at NYU.
To say the least I felt extremely safe and relaxed. Dr. Valdes and his staffs main priority are his patients health and safety during these trying times. 
I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Valdes and his staff after all these years we are family. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

We may be almost out of the woods with COVID19, but Dr. Valdes and his superb staff are still taking every precaution and extreme care to ensure the health of everyone who walks through their door. Aside from that, on my recent visit (May 2021) I was treated with the same attentive focus and intelligence that I am grateful for. In a world of businesses that cut corners in order to increase sales and profits, I am thankful to be in the hands of a dentist who is more concerned with “doing it right.” I am fortunate to have this dentist. I just wish he had a second office Florida where I spend my winters.

I had a great experience with Doctor Valdes. I had a cleaning and whitening procedure done. He was very friendly, careful, and not rushing the treatment. Because I wanted to do cleaning and bleaching all together he advised me I could have my teeth too sensitive what could limit the rounds of whitening. So during the whole treatment he and his assistant were checking on me. I barely felt pain! and The results were amazing!

Professional and highly competent. The level of care and attention is the best I have ever received by any medical practice. You walk into a friendly and state of the art practice where you know you are being heard and where you are kept informed each step of the way. I put my trust completely in Dr. Valdes and his team’s hands and I know that my well-being, comfort and satisfaction come first.

Thank you very much to Dr. Valdes and his amazing team for yet again a wonderful experience. Due to receding gum Dr. Valdes gave one of my teeth a little filling to avoid decay in the root area and sensitivity. His assistant matched the color perfectly. I am always impressed by Dr. Valdes’ professionalism and skills. Again, thank you very much!

Dr. Valdez is thorough, calm and very caring and the best professional in dental business. I feel home when i come for any of my dental work at this place. Many reasons why all my family members go to him and no doubt my two young daughters will be pursuing his service when they grow as well.

For the past 5 years, I have been under the care of Dr. Carlos Valdes, who I consider a Superstar dentist! No wonder he was in the Top Dentists List years ago. Not only are his bedside manners impeccable (along with his staff), but his knowledge and competence, the way he thoroughy explains a procedure (you are constantly being informed), and the feather lightness of his hands is beyond belief. There is never a wait time, and his office is beautiful. Highyly, highyly recommended!

Dr. Valdez is a man I can trust to practice his craft, his science with precision and evolve his technique along with advancements in dentistry. He has the enthusiasim  that belies a love for his work and genuinely cares for his patient’s good health and happiness. My dental health has improved dramatically while under Dr. Valdez’ care. My visits are now less frequent and I find it ironic that I actually miss spending time with my dentist and his co-workers.

I have been cared for by Dr. Valdes and his amazing staff for more than 20 years. He is a master of dentistry, incredibly skilled and knowledgable, and equally as kind and caring about his patients. That can be said for all the staff as well—Arlen, the wonderful office manager, and Rosaura, the amazing dental assistant. They treat every patient like family. You know you really trust a dentist when you visit his office during a pandemic, and I recently had a visit where I was so impressed with all the precautions they have taken, such as high-grade HEPA filters, UV light air purification, checking my temperature and oxygen levels with a finger pulsoximeter, and protective gear for staff and patients. I felt completely protected and safe. I cannot recommend Dr. Valdes highly enough.

Previously I’ve had really bad root canal, and apicoectomy that became infected. Dr. Valdes has helped correct my issues and now I’m on the way to great dental health. Most impressive has been his technique–very little pain and clearly explaining procedures and what to expect. Never thought I would write a dentist review!

I have been a patient of Dr. Valdes for 25 years!! So this review is long overdue! He is truly one of a kind. You are not going to find many dentists anywhere with his level of care, professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to his patients and his staff. On a personal level, he is the kindest, gentlest, most empathetic person I have ever meet. On a professional level, he is at the top of his profession. His care is comprehensive and thorough, with particular attention to prevention. And he will never push for unnecessary procedures. His only concern is your oral health and it’s not for show, his concern is authentic. He also has the best staff, they have been with him for as long as I can remember, which says something about him. To illustrate the quality of his work, I have 2 bridges he did 24 years ago, and it looks like I may still have them in another 24 years! I had my twice a year cleaning last week, and I did not worry for one second about COVID 19 and how Dr. Valdes would handle the situation. Unsurprisingly, he went above and beyond the minimum required by law. All staff members are COVID infection control certified. There are Purell dispensers everywhere. When you walk through the door, a staff member takes your temperature and uses a pulse oximeter on your finger (painless) after a clever little appliance covers both your shoes with thin plastic. There is UV light air purification throughout, and upgraded HEPA air filters in all rooms. And last but not least a high-end Aerosol Evacuation system & ventilation was installed. I felt completely safe and relaxed. I always look forward to my visits to Dr. Valdes’s office, and I am never disappointed!
