Today I had my first appointment at Carlsbad Village Dentistry and it was an amazing experience!!! The staff went above and beyond to get me in as quickly as possible. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was treated with such understanding and kindness. Their staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I have been dreading going to the dentist and I finally booked my appointment at Carlsbad Village Dental. Linda at the front desk was a pleasure to speak with and made sure my insurance was in order (they really make sure there aren’t any surprises). If you have tricare select they are in network! The entire staff is wonderful and hardworking and you can tell they love working there. I really like how much new technology they have, it put me at ease to know I was in good hands. I’m so happy I was recommended this place!

After a particularly unpleasant experience with a dentist in Vista who wouldn’t treat me unless I signed up for a wildly expensive treatment “plan” (I left without doing so), I was more than pleased to find Dr. Dudzik and Carlsbad Village Dentistry. The staff at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful; you just walk in and and they greet you by name. Ashley, recently arrived as a new dental hygienist in the office, gave me what was easily one of the best teeth-cleanings I’ve ever had. She was gentle on my receding gums, careful with the ultrasonic water cleaning tool (no inadvertent shower there!), and overall so cheerful and positive. And the office works with you if not all the procedures are fully covered by insurance, which is a blessing.

During my visit with Dr Dudzik to have my teeth cleaned I felt as though I was at a very friendly place visiting friends. It didn’t seem as though it was a chore… I was greeted by my name as soon as I walked in with a smile on everyone’s face. The Hygienist went over my flossing and brushing habits at home and stated to make sure to not use too much pressure while I use my water pick. With that being said that shows me she has the best interest in her Patients.

This is the best dentist’s office I have ever been too! Lynn and Linda at the front desk are so welcoming and always accommodating for appointments. I’ve been a patient here for over ten years. I picked the office at random because it was close to my workplace, but I’ve stayed (long after changing jobs!) because of the relationships I’ve built with the dentists and staff. I feel like Val, Lynn and Maggie remember me and care about me. I’ve changed insurance (and gone without) several times while under their care, and they’ve been great about making sure my bills are manageable. I’ve had other dentists who either did unnecessary procedures, ignored my pain or gave me grief about my teeth, but this office is the exact opposite: I feel like they take me seriously and we are partners in keeping me healthy. i actually enjoy coming in, which is something I never expected to say about a dentist’s office!

Highly recommend this dental office! I haven’t been to a dentist in years, and naturally I had anxiety about the process (like most people do at the dentist). Cindy was absolutely amazing!!! She knew I was anxious and made sure that I was completely comfortable and at ease during the entire process, which was much appreciated since doctors visits can be stressful! The entire staff was unbelievably friendly and made sure that you were doing well during your visit. My boyfriend came with me to my visit to keep me company and he booked an appointment for his visit because of how awesome the entire experience was! My last office wanted xrays done every 6 months, which I didn’t feel comfortable with and they were constantly up selling. Went to Carlsbad Village Dentistry for the fist time this week. I haven’t been to the Dentist in years due to not having dental insurance. The whole staff there are amazing and so kind. From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile. The Dental Hygienist and Dentist were awesome. They answered all my questions before I even asked them. Which is very unusual for me because I ask tons of questions no matter where I’m at. I was nervous about even coming to the dentist because I hadn’t been in quite sometime and knew there were going be things wrong with my teeth and lots of things to address. They totally put my mind at ease by talking me through everything that I would need and which treatments I would needed soon and other ones that could wait. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist office

My experience with Carlsbad Village Dentistry was excellent. I needed an oral screening due to some upcoming surgery and was very impressed with this facility. The office is very welcoming in its decor and vibe and everyone is very professional. My hygienist was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. This is the dentist office to go to! Very friendly staff, and honest dentist. The best dentist office I’ve been in the United States.
