Very professional and amazing experience. First, let me just say how satisfied I am and how perfect my teeth now look. So, I had braces in the past and I am a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth. I very this 1.5mm gap on the left and it has been really bothering me so I decided to I should give Invisilign a shot. After researching I decided that Dr. Miller seemed a trustworthy place to go. Professionalism–first, the assessment visit was free because they need to run through a series of computer programs to see whether the patient is a good candidate for Invisalign because Invisalign might not be for everyone, as well as how many weeks one needs to be treated for. Dr. Miller came in after all the test results came back and told me that I had great teeth. And the gap I mentioned was very minimal. If I wanted he thought that a dentist could do some attachment on my teeth to fill the gap and it would also be cheaper. I thought he was very professional by informing me all the possibilities so that I have options to choose from. I told him how much the gap bothered me and how much of an anal person I was when it came to my teeth. He was very gladly to proceed with the treatment. Customer service– all their staffs were phenomenon. They were super well trained and I never once felt I was mistreated or anybody was territorial. From the first time I went there, I felt I was already an old customer of theirs. Everyone was super friendly and they explained things well. They explained the procedures step by step as we went, told me what each step was for. For the first time, I did not feel like I was just a normal person who went in for whole bunch of expensive tests that I chose to pay but didn’t know what they were for. And many of their own staffs have/had invisalign as well. Great advertisement. Easy to schedule—I am a professional school student. My schedule is so hard to fit and so demanding. They were always able to accommodate my schedule and find some spots for me and when I cancel on them (I usually give them at least 24hr notice) they were very happy to do so. No hard time at all. Would I recommend my family members or friends to go there at their teeth assessed? Absolutely yes, 100%!

Carmel Orthodontics was a pleasure to work with! The staff was very clear at each appointment about what my daughter needed to do with the bands, and since she followed their instructions she got her braces off early with a beautiful end result. She couldn’t be happier! The Davis Family
