O.M.G! Years and years and years and years of searching for a Dentist to feel absolutely comfortable with. A dentist of which you didn’t tell yourself prior to the appointment “Let’s see how much this one wants to stiff me for” My son and husband found them, my husband raved about them. I was dubious of course, but what an absolutely delightful experience. This is a great practice with great staff, knowledgeable, skilled, and considerate. You can tell a lot from first impression, smiling and approachable receptionist/assistant, I think her name is Joy, my hygenist is a star, (I’m embarrassed I’ve forgotten her name, I’m terrible with names, is Rosa?) I have this gummy lump growing, which I had removed before I came to the states in 1991, it slowly returned and has been a littler bothersome over the years. I’ve been to numerous dentists, since arriving here, not a single one has ever made mention of my lump beyond, “hmm, how long have you had that?”. Dr. Follette, came and looked and photographed and xrayed and poked and scrutinized. How’s that for concern. So happy my husband found them. Thank you Dr. Follette DDS and team!

Not only have I received excellent care over the years, Dr. Follette saw my elderly mother (who is not her patient) in an emergency situation and took care of her as if she were her own mother. After examining her, Dr. Follette immediately connected us to outstanding professionals in oral imaging and surgery and my mom is now back home in good health. Dr. Follette coordinated the oral surgeon close to where my mother lives in Orange County (talk about connections!), and we were so impressed with his credentials and how we were able to get in and out of surgery all within 24 hours. If you value your time and money, definitely go to Dr. Follette! I cannot praise this office enough! Making an appointment is easy and the wait time when you come in is just a few minutes. I hate to admit that I hadn’t been to a dentist in years, but the technician was so thorough and knowledgeable that my nerves settled immediately. Dr. Follette was awesome! Some dentists are so aggressive, seemingly choosing pricey procedures to correct small problems, but Dr. Follette is honest and really cares about her patients. And the BEST part: she uses new technology to fill cavities where you don’t need numbing! Not only was she able to fill my two cavities in the same appointment as my cleaning, I didn’t have to wait several hours to get the feeling back in my mouth (and you can eat right away.)

This is my first time writing on yelp and after all of my work that Dr. Follette performed on my teeth I couldnt help but not give her 5 stars. Dr.Follette has taken care of my entire family for years and she always makes sure you understand what she is doing and why she is doing it so you dont ask yourself questions while she is performing her procedures in the chair. She referred me to an oral surgeon who did a wonderful job for my wisdom teeth, then once everything was healed i came back to get my teeth bonded. I was in by 9 out by 12:30 with a perfectly natural looking new smile. Dr.Follette will go above and beyond to help you by any means necessary and her team especially Rosa is the best you feel like you have known them forever. Do yourself and favor and next time you need dental work done or need to refer someone to a dentist they will be more than happy to have Dr.Follette’s care. Dr. Follette and her team are AMAZING. I had to get 2 cavities filled and I told Dr. Follette that I tend to cry. She was super tentative and gracious. Dr. Follette prides herself in the way she can numb your mouth and it’s true. She was very into the details and making me feel comfortable: making sure that the cavity was cleaned SUPER well and that the filling was perfect. Rosa was her right hand during the cavity filling and has been working with Dr. Follette for 33 years! She was THE sweetest. I actually held onto Rosa’s arm because I have PTSD with cavities. She was so gracious and made me feel safe. And SEPI! What an amazing dental hygienist. I have honestly never gotten my teeth so cleaned in my life. GO TO THEM. Seriously. Dr. Follette is the friendliest dentist! She did my dental cleaning herself (instead of using a hygienist). I’m not sure if she cleans teeth of first time patients only?
