My 12-yr old daughter needed braces, so I consulted with 3 different orthodontists (the top names we always hear about in SCV). They were all very nice, and they all suggested the same treatment plan. We chose Dr. Randolph, for 3 reasons. 1- Her office was the closest to our home, and my daughter’s school (important for those days that you need to rush for an after-school appointment, or a broken bracket). 2-Her pricing was less than the other doctors we met with. 3- Everyone in the office is SO nice!! Today, my daughter got her braces off… and we are thrilled with the results! Thank you to everyone at this awesome office!!

Our 3 children and I had treatments with Dr. Randolph, each with their own set of challenges. Dr. Randolph and her staff are thorough – they care about each patient and look to give patients the best outcome possible even if it takes a long time. They also make sure that your teeth will not shift once treatment is complete by bracing them and providing retainers for night time. Comments I have received from those who are not aware of my treatments include: “Did you change your make up? You look great!” and “You are looking better as you age!” and “Did you get a tuck or fillers?” Thank you Dr. Randolph for our healthy mouths and beautiful smiles.

She has done an amazing job on both of my sons’ teeth. One of them has an extremely small mouth and other orthodontists just wanted to pull teeth out to make space. My friend referred us to Dr. Randolph two year ago. After the first meeting, we scheduled to get my daughter’s braces on the next day. We always felt welcomed and my concerns were always listened too. My daughter can get dental anxiety and the staff worked with her nicely. We love the staff and enjoyed our visits with conversations about dental work, vacations and life! The downside is that Dr. is not in every week day, but we were always able to get an appointment within a week if a bracket or wire broke. All in all, we were extremely happy with Dr. Randolph and her awesome staff.

Dr Randolph and her staff are great! Both my kids went through braces with her. Front office ladies are always so polite and help work with getting appointments scheduled with your busy schedule. All of the ladies in back are super with the kids. They listen to their ortho concerns, ask about school and their hobbies. Very personable office. In the past I’ve called with poking issues on an off Friday and the one person in that day totally had us come right over and saved us from a painful weekend. Office is very welcoming and I would recommend Dr Randolph’s office.

My son was welcomed into the practice when he was really young and they were working on his sister. His two front teeth were so spaced the adult teeth did not have from to come down. Since then he has had several surgeries to pull teeth and add an implant, wisdom teeth out, etc. The staff has been so patient and kind for the last 6 years of treatment when the teenager he is was not as diligent with his oral hi-gene as they would like. Carol works so well with our Surgeon and dentists communicating throughout the years to arrive at a smile!

Doctor Randolph and her staff are amazing! Always professional, gentle, polite, and thorough. The atmosphere in the office is so friendly, you can tell that staff moral is high and that everyone enjoys being there. I love that Dr Randolph speaks to both my children (ages 14 and 8) in a manner so they can understand the treatment that is being performed. She speaks to them on their level and never AT them. Had two girls here for their second phase of treatment and I can’t recommend these ladies HIGH ENOUGH! Fantastic treatment, accommodations, staff, knowledge, sincerity…(my list could go on forever). My son first had braces put on with Dr. Randolph and her staff around 2013. They have been wonderful with him all along. He has not been one to love having dental work completed but Dr. Randolph and her staff have always made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The front office staff is very friendly and has always explained the process of finances clearly. We had such a good experience with his braces that I went ahead, at 48 years old, and had my teeth straightened as I had lost my retainers from when I was younger. Dr. Randolph explained my options and I am very pleased with how my teeth have turned out. I would recommend Dr. Randolph’s office to anyone who is in need of orthodontics.

Dr. Randolph and team are fantastic, caring, responsive, and very knowledgeable in their field. Both my 9 yr. old daughter and I came to her for Damon Braces. The pediatric dentist highly recommended Dr. Randolph. They have been very caring and considerate with our needs, my daughter has ADHD and has a very sensitive tactile response and Dr. Randolph takes this into consideration to minimize any discomfort when planning out her care. They are available for after hours emergencies, even on weekends. She also offers AcceleDent. This has helped with soreness and also has helped our teeth move faster. We have clear braces and are barely noticeably. Overall, I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Randolph is an amazing Orthodontist and her staff is just as great! Sometimes you don’t realize how great someone truly is until you are faced with a situation you’ve never experienced. On Friday my son had an incident with his expander that required me to call their after hours emergency line. Sherri, one of her assistants called me back immediately. She stated she was already in contact with Dr. Randolph and they would get us taken care of. Within minutes, Dr. Randolph called me and said she could head to the office to take care of him. She asked what time would be best for us. I informed her that it was my Sons birthday and we had dinner plans. She said she would hurry in so we didn’t miss his birthday dinner. I was in awe. She is truly that great!!! She showed up with a smile and was just so sweet about the whole situation. I can’t say enough great things about them. The way they handled that situation speaks volumes. A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
More than 5,000 children and adults have gotten braces from Dr. Carole Randolph since she opened her office in Valencia, California in 1995. Dr. Randolph also offers Invisalign®, Damon braces, Simple 5 invisible aligners, and aesthetic braces as Dr. Randolph prefers to treat her patients with the latest generation of high-tech braces and wires. Dr. Randolph has been an orthodontist since 1988, when she graduated with a post-doctorate degree in orthodontics and an MS. from Northwestern University in Chicago. She worked in several offices in Southern California from 1988 until 1995, when she opened her Valencia office. Dr. Randolph was born and raised in Southern California. She received her bachelor’s degree in psycho-biology from UCLA and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in Chicago. After graduating from dental school, she accepted a prestigious General Practice Residency at Chicago’s Lakeside VA Hospital and became a member of the faculty at Northwestern, teaching fixed prosthodontics. Dr. Randolph later returned to full-time school in Northwestern’s Orthodontic Residency Program, where she earned her post-doctorate Masters of Science in Oral Biology and Certificate in Orthodontics. After completing the two-year specialty training in orthodontics, she move back to California where she achieved her dream of establishing her Orthodontic practice and raising a family in Valencia. Outside the office, Dr. Randolph and her family enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, traveling, reading and swing dancing. She and her husband have been married for over 20 years. They have two children, Jesse and Carter, who are both college students. Their golden-doodle, Abby, rounds out the family!
