The doctor is professional and nice. Everyone is friendly. I received an accurate *estimate* for surgery cost. They told me several times it was an *estimate*. I could hear the lady telling the person in front of me the same thing so I’m sure that’s what they tell everyone and some people just don’t listen or actually read the paper they give you explaining insurance. They were the only place to offer a free consultation and I’m glad that I didn’t listen to previous reviews. They also called to check up after the surgery which I think is kind. I didn’t have any pain.

Awesome group of professionals from the front desk to the exiting door….these people are helpful, friendly, compassionate, and dedicated to giving the best experience possible. This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Owsley over the years and I’m never disappointed. He is an amazing doctor, and is the only oral surgeon I recommend to people. Thank you to an amazing staff and service.

My husband needed work done fairly quickly for his cancer treatments and this practice went above and beyond to accommodate him as quickly as possible. My out of pocket expenses were initially kind of high, so they worked with me to get the payment down to a manageable amount. The office staff is kind and professional and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The office was, at first, a little difficult to navigate to via GPS – Google Maps wanted to take me through a street/parking lot that didn’t provide access to the office, but once we knew where it physically was, it was easy. The location is right off Battleground and Benjamin Parkway. Dr. Owsley was patient with my husband, who has signficant anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. My husband came out of the office after getting his tooth pulled, raving about how wonderful his experience was. He hasn’t had any real pain, a little sore the first night, but nothing he couldn’t handle.

Had such a great surgical experience with Dr. Owsley! This was my first surgery of any kind. Dr. Owsley was very calming and caring and took his time explaining how every thing was going to go and I slept through the whole thing! I am post op day three and starting to feel a lot better. I have been a patient of Dr Todd Owsley for a number of years. My experiences and procedures have always been positive with the outcomes meeting my every expectation. The atmosphere in the office is friendly and relaxed but professional. An excellent doctor and a well run office are the reasons I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Surgical Arts.

Dr Owsley and his staff have been so good to us!!! He took out my wisdom teeth 4 years ago and then my husbands last year. In October of this year he completed corrective jaw surgery on my husband and I was amazed at how amazing his results are!!! My husband never had any “pain” and with Dr Owsleys advice on what to do for recovery, he did great! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my husbands care!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. I was greeted with the impression I was the only patient. All the attention I received was by far the best. From the small details to the major questions I had, everything was answered quickly and professionally. I could not ask for a better surgeon, and of course Dr. Owsley’s staff went above everything to make me feel very comfortable. I never once felt nervous. The day of my surgery I didn’t even take my Valium. haha There was never a moment I felt unsure or questioning that I picked the right office for my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Owsley.

I recently had a back molar pulled at Carolina Surgical Arts. Dr. Owsley was professional, friendly, and thorough. HIs assistant, Sarah, was also very friendly and professional. I also liked my consult experience when Dr. Owsley laid out my options in “plain English” for the extraction and the option of an implant.
