Washington Elite Dentistry (Dr. Caroline Berman, DMD) is the best, and I mean the best in the DMV!!!!  If you have had terrible experiences with dentists, afraid of needles in your mouth, lose sleep the night before going to the dentist because of fear, then fear no more!!!!!  Dr. Berman’s office is absolutely wonderful!!!!!  I was ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS afraid to go to any dentists, because of my awful experiences in the past. If you are in need of dental work, please make an appointment with Washington Elite Dentistry.  Let them know of your fears and/or worries and they will take care of you wonderfully.  Their office is really pretty, the work areas are spotless!  Their customer service is AMAZING and everybody is smiling!  No hollering and screaming happening here.  I was PETRIFIED of going to the dentist, but not anymore!!!!!!  Dr. Berman can numb my mouth and I feel absolutely nothing and I am one of the hardest people to numb.  On numerous occasions in the past with other dentists, I cried and even would holler a couple of times because it was hard to numb me.  They would end of pulling or filling my tooth without it being numb.  I felt everything.  This made me only want to go to the dentist when I would be in excruciating pain.  Today, I received my first temporary crown (2/11/2020) and it was a wonderful experience.  I am now back at work smiling like a kid in candy store!!!!  Washington Elite Dentistry is the only dentist for me.  I have had all of my old silver fillings replaced (and there were many) with porcelain fillings.  I swear with my heart, this is the place to go for your dental needs.  If you are in need of a specialist beyond her scope of services, she will refer you to someone who will provide you with the same level of care that she does.  Dr. Berman’s entire staff is WONDERFUL!  Washington Elite Dentistry is the BEST.       Mildred L.

As a new patient, I came in for x-rays and an evaluation. The entire staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Before I came to Dr. Berman, I was truly afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Berman comes with 15+ years of experience, has a great pedigree (U of Penn), and an even better bedside manner. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Berman is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very patient, understanding and works very well with her staff. I feel very comfortable and confident of the work being done. I recommend her to everyone! You would definitely be in good hands.

I had an appointment with Terri and Dr. Berman after a long time between appointments. Terri and Dr. Berman were wonderful. Terri was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff was also warm and professional. I was seen right on time and did not have to wait. Overall, I had a great experience!

I came in for a check up and cleaning and I was impressed at how thorough they where with all of their exams. They even did an exam on my gums which I’ve never gotten done before. Since it was my first time at the office I was given a tour of he facility and got to meet the staff. Great service, highly recommend!

I’ve been to many dentists in the Washington, DC area and Dr. Berman is the best thing that has happened to my teeth. The entire stay is very nice, polite, and professional. Dr. Berman is simply the best. She really cares and pays attention to her patients and provides exceptional dental care. I hate going to the dentist but the has made all my experiences with her restore my faith in the dental professional. I plan to highly recommend her and her practice to all my co-workers and friends. My entire experience at Washington Elite Dentistry was fabulous from start to finish. The office is beautiful, clean and has the latest equipment. The technician and hygienist were beyond professional. I had one of the most painless and bloodless cleanings in my adult life. Dr. Berman was so friendly and took the time to speak with me about any concerns I had about my mouth and general upkeep. I also got a consultation for Invisalign, and they offer an amazing payment plan and have a lot of knowledge to offer on the treatment. They are Preferred Invisalign office, so I trust they know what they are doing. I am so happy I discovered  Dr. Berman, and I actually am looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Berman is always professional, personable and conscientious in handling my dental needs. Her confidence and warmth always makes my visits a pleasure no matter what the procedure. Without a doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had (other than my father that is!). Thanks, Dr. Berman!

I had an ‘on-lay’ done a week ago, It’s like a cap or crown but smaller, replacing the old, cracking amalgum filling and saving more of your natural tooth than a corwn or cap. I was to take a few days to see how I liked it; how well it fit. If it didn’t fit well I could have it adjusted. I got a call about three or four days later asking how well it fit. At that point it was fitting better than it had earlier but I wanted to give it a little more time. A few days later I was certain I needed an adjustment. So, I called and Dr. Berman wanted to schedule me for early that afternoon. I didn’t think I could make that time but I said I would try. I was 30 minutes late but they took me right away. Once Dr. Berman was finished my teeth sat naturally like they did before the onlay

Dr. Berman’s practice, Washington Elite Dentistry, is fantastic. Their staff is professional, kind, and courteous. I am always delighted to see Dr. Berman during my 6-month cleaning. She is warm-hearted and caring. I am also grateful for the dedication of my dental hygienist, Terry. An all-around wonderful experience!

The experience I had here was excellent. I had one routine visit and one visit for fillings and both times the staff ere warm, courteous, and effective. They are extremely clear about all the copays and upcoming costs so you can feel prepared and in control of your finances. Also no wait time once I made an appointment. My friends and boyfriend are attending now and also love it. My go-to dentist for the rest of my time in DC!

I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist. In fact, at times I’ve been down right frightened of all of the procedures and possible pain. I made an appointment with Terri and Dr. Berman, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my teeth! Terri is so kind and gentle, and Dr. Berman was great at explaining everything that was going on, and why she was doing certain X-rays, exams, etc. I’m actually looking forward to going back!

A friend recommended me last year to Dr. Berman he went on and on telling me how great she is. From my friend’s recommendation I made an appointment and it was confirmed that Dr. Berman is absolutely great, the best! Dr. Berman and her staff makes you feel welcome and takes very good care of you, they are awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Berman!

I got Invisalign at Washington Elite Dentistry and it’s been one of the best decisions ever! Dr. Berman took great care of me. My teeth looks great and I couldn’t be happier. Also, I’ve had teeth cleaning with them, it was totally painless. Terri was awesome and also she’ super friendly and easygoing. I really appreciate the work that everyone does here. Make sure to have some room for me later, because I’ll be back!

I love going to Dr. Berman’s office. Her staff is incredibly prepared, they explain each procedure and everything is very well coordinated. I’ve never had to wait at the reception since they always see me on time. Jennifer, Michelle, Sergio are all very helpful and friendly – they treat each patient like family. 100% recommend Dr. Berman as your go-to dentist, she’s amazing!

Dr. Berman and her staff are rockstars! I first came to her office for a last minute, emergency check-up and she ended up becoming my go-to dentist. I come from Puerto Rico just to see her!! Her staff walks you through each of the procedures and constantly check in on how you’re doing and feeling. 100% recommend her!

I really like Dr. Berman. She is friendly and personable as well as very serious about her work. Unfortunately, I had a more serious problem that just replacing a crown and she immediately referred me to another doctor. She was able to get me into to see the other doctor that same afternoon. Although I must say, it is never something I enjoy doing (going to the dentist), but she and her team are very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait at all – that is so important in today’s world! Thank you so much for making my experience a pleasant one!

All the staff are exceptionally warm, welcoming and professional. Dr. Mina and Dr. Berman, and every one of their teams are very good at their jobs and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and explain what it is that they are doing or planning to do. They are real perfectionists too. All the equipment is state-of-the-art. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We also got Invisalign treatment there and are delighted with the results. We were able to continue treatment during the pandemic and were really pleased with the safety measures they have put in place. First class!

Fantastic experience all around (well, considering it was a dental appointment…) Dr. Berman is fantastic: great sense of humor and gentle with the patient. I was also particularly impressed by the staff: literally everybody I interacted with was not just professional but also kind and pleasant. I was particularly impressed by the office’s high tech surroundings (even if seeing your bad teeth projected on a large TV screen is a little humbling…) Downtown location is super convenient.

Today was my first visit with at Washington Elite with Terri and Dr. Berman and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.  As soon as I booked my appointment a confirmation email was sent with a calendar appointment.  Before my appointment I was sent a link to complete the necessary forms so that by the time my appointment cam around all I had to do was show up, give the front desk my photo ID and electronically sign my forms.  My appointment started with a quick tour of the office, followed by x-rays and teeth cleaning with Terri who is so sweet and made the whole experience simple and almost enjoyable.  Luckily my insurance covered my entire appointment but Terri was very upfront about anything that may have been an extra charge.  Dr. Berman came in at the end and was extremely kind and pleasant.  I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on anything too crazy as I have experienced happening at other dentists, and that alone made me feel good about my decision to switch dentists.  I honestly don’t have anything negative to say and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in DC!

Dr. Berman is absolutely lovely. She’s has incredible ‘bedside manner’, making sure that I’m comfortable at all times. She also takes the time to get to know her patients on a more personal level, which makes the office feel less clinical than others I’ve visited. Her staff are prompt and friendly and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. The office itself is nice–very clean and modern. They also have incredible, state-of-the-art equipment, which makes life so much easier. I had to get a crown on my tooth and rather than waiting several weeks for the crown to be made, they made it right there in the office using a 3D printer and put it on same day. I would recommend Dr. Berman–she is a knowledgeable, kind, and very efficient dentist.

I have b going to this office for many, many years (10 – 12) when it was own by a different Dr.  It is a convenient location — within walking distance from a Metro station and from my job.  Dr. Berman is very pleasant and her staff are caring and very knowledgeable within their respective areas.  The office atmosphere is lovely, fancy and very pleasant.  I have recommend Dr. Berman’s office to my friends, co-workers, and family.  Thank you Dr. Berman!!!!
