Caroline Daligues and her entire staff are so wonderful!!! Prior to every appointment I’ve received a curtsey appointment confirmation call 2 days prior to my visit (so convenient). I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes (if that) in the waiting room which is unlike any other dentist I’ve visited in the past. She is always prompt and my appointments are speedy. Her entire office is immaculate and spa-like, with top of the line equipment. Dr. Daligues is so thorough, transparent, and is excellent at reviewing your visit and explaining concerning areas with you. She filled 3 cavities for me (2 separate visits) – I am usually a person that is terrified of needles, but she made me feel so comfortable during the process. Prior to finding Dr. Daligues, the dentist used to be a dreadful experience for me. After becoming her patient, my oral health is at it’s finest! I am so grateful for my experience with Dr. Daligues & her staff – I cannot recommend her enough!

I have never really been nervous to go to the dentist (because I’m a big brave man), but I will admit that this is one of the most comfortable dentist’s offices I have ever been in. The staff is very warm and kind, and Dr. Daligues has always given me her full care and attention. Every part of the process – from appointment making to procedures and billing – was completely explained, simple and straightforward. I went in for an exam and they told me it’s best for me to get a “deep cleaning.” I had never had one before, and do take fairly good care of my teeth, but after seeing the images they took I could see a lot of places I was missing over the years that needed some attention. They explained what they would do and how much it would cost with the coverage I have – nothing surprising or hidden at all. During the procedure they always checked in with me to make sure I was okay and wasn’t feeling any pain – which I greatly appreciated. Aside from a little sting of the anesthetic needle, I never felt pain during or after the process. My gums were barely even sore after the anesthetic wore off – to me thats a sign of a job well done, and a job done with care and skill. I have now had both sides of my mouth done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Dr. Daligues, you and your team are fantastic!

What happened to my first review? I’ve been seeing Dr. Daligues for the last ten years now and feel fortunate that I found her. My opinion, she’s very thorough and takes time in explaining the treatment that I needed. Her staff are very accomodating and very efficient. She did a lot of work on my teeth and I am happy that everthing is still intact. I highly recommend her.I’ve been seeing Dr. Daligues for the last eight years and I feel fortunate that I found her as my dentist. she’s very thorough and she explains to you every procedure that you need. I also like her staff, they are very accomodating. she did all my crowns and fillings and I love them! I highly recommend her. and by the way, just like the other review, my appointments were never rescheduled!

I’ve been to Dr. Daligues’ office several times and I can’t help but notice that the office is very clean and organized. Her staff are very friendly also. All the necessary treatments were explained by Dr. Daligues with her digital xrays and photos. Payments were discussed with full understanding before any work were to be done. All my dental visit  were comfortable and the treatments were done with efficiency.I will surely recommend this office to anybody.

Dr. Daligues gave me a smile that changed my life. I finished a treatment plan that was presented to me. From deep cleaning to veneering of my front teeth and I am more than happy with the result. She is very meticulous and very thorough. The entire team is very professional. I am very happy to be a part of this dental practice.

I’ve been going to Dr. Daligues for 7 years now with a short hiatus because of insurance issues. I was gone just a few months but, boy, was there a difference. I called the insurance company and begged them to send me back to Dr. Daligues. She and her wonderful staff, Amy at the front desk (+ office mgr, + accounting & billing, ++++), and Laurie (dental asst extraorinaire) have worked with me thru chemotherapy, 3 hospital stays and loads of problems that other dentists would just shrug off and ignore. Together (mostly her) we came up with a plan that was best for me… and, even with lots of work to be done, plenty of hurdles and a limited income, I came out with a beautiful smile. I just can’t say enough about how friendly, efficient, reliable, responsive and caring the whole office is. I think of them as friends and professionals. You’ll notice the difference in care, the state of the art technology (they know what’s out there before other dwntists, not afraid to tell you about it), and in the big smile and hello you get when you walk through the door. Go. Go on, get there!

I love the women/professionals in this office. They are patient, accommodating, friendly, and punctual. Every time that I am there, I leave feeling lovely. This is not just because my teeth are clean and cared for, but because the energy of the office is so positive. My dental health is better than it has ever been and I have Dr. Daligues and her staff to thank for that. I was referred to them by a colleague and have since referred 2-3 people myself

I had Dr. Daligues for like 7 years, and kept going to her even after changing jobs since she was still under the network coverage. I stopped seeing her for about 2-3yrs now when my employer switched to a different coverage. I’ll be honest, back then, I did have some doubts about her skills But when my new dentist complimented on the work they did on my teeth (fillings), I figured, she’s good after all. Not super but good enough especially if she’s in your dental insurance network. Her front desk staff is friendly, it’s fairly easy to make an appointment, not like wait for 3 months (ok maybe like a month back then and not for like the entire month somewhere in the summer because she’s out of the country or something like that and most of December). She isn’t chatty at all, so I personally like that, just keep it business, talk about my teeth, that’s it. However, the more I went to see her, the less I saw her because the assistants did most of the work, which was fine by me since it’s just all clean up work but I thought it was a bit odd after it kept happening. It was very hard to get one-on-one time with Dr. Daligues and discuss if there were any problem. She pretty much tells you what the problem is, if any, then tells you how you should resolve it. And speak to the front desk staff is you wanna know how much it’d cost you before moving forward with the recommended procedure. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out by a specialist recommended by this office, as well as minor gum issues (by Dr. Daligues), so I had definitely had gotten some major work done through and at this office and am content with all the work even now. I do agree with one of the reviewers though, that sometimes when she’s drilling into my teeth, she nonchalantly chats with the assistants (in Tagalog I think? I remember that not understanding what they were talking about made me feel uneasy, especially with the drill in my asleep mouth..ugh..) She does try to sell stuff once in a while but not in a pushy way, she’ll make a suggestion (recommends it) but won’t push it once you say you’ll think about it or totally not into it. I’ve had a dentist in downtown long time ago who sold me a whitening kit with a customized teeth mold and everything (I was young and inexperienced then, what a waste of money! I’d go back to her only if she’s in my network though. Everyone’s experience is different. She’s not ‘super’ but she’s not bad either in my opinion. And now that I’ve tried other dentists’ after her, she does have one of the better, high-tech equipment and they’re not just for shows, they’re worth it, seriously.

Dr. Daligues is a pro, and very easy/comfortable to have working in your mouth. I’ve been her patient for over 10 ears. She has never tried to “upsell” me for services I didn’t need, while several other dentists and periodontists I’ve experienced seem to do that as a rule. She really knows me and cares about my oral health. I have no hesitation recommending her.

I chose Dr Daligues randomly from my BlueShied book based on her proximity to my apartment. Every time I see a dentist I end up with a couple of needles in my mouth, so its always been a bad experience.  So when I went to see Dr. Daligues (emergency of course), sure enough, it was sort of an emergency, and I was gonna require the needle again. Dr. Daligues is the first dentist who actually allows the novocaine to completely take effect before starting work. Even when it requires 3 cartridges (which I usually do). And when shes actually administering the shot, she barely sticks the skin, shoots a little in, lets it numb the skin, then goes in a little further, shoots some in, lets it numb the area, and so on, until the needle is all the way in and she finishes the injection. She doesn’t jam the thing all the way in on the first try. She takes the time to make it less painful. This is HUGE for me. I don’t like (as most people) a needle in my mouth. I’ve been to nightmarish places like Western Dental and had needles jammed down into my gums. Dr. Daligues, her receptionist and her staff are very friendly, to the point, professional, and efficient. They also take very clear pictures ( and x-rays) of all of your teeth and show you the teeth with problems. Other dentists will show you x-rays only, which usually shows some nice shadowy ghost-like image, which is of no value to most patients. I had 2 teeth crumble one week. I needed 2 crowns immediately. I didn’t have the money for them, but she did the work and helped me get financed with CareOne to cover some of the cost. She also let me make a couple of payments over the next couple of weeks to pay it off. Bottom line: I was in pain, she made it go away. The teeth look great. I have a friend who is experiencing a dental emergency and I’m taking him to see her tomorrow. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daligues, especially if getting injections is your main fear–she does a great job.

I have been going to Dr. Daligues for over 5 years.  I think she’s a great and knowleadgeable dentist.  She’s very light with her hands and thorough with her job.  When she dropped my insurance, I went to another dentist and was so unhappy, I returned to Dr. Daligues and paid out of my own pocket, because she was that good and worth it.  However, I can see why others thought she can be a bit rude.  I have seen her talk down to her staff, but not to me.  Personally, as long as she’s good to me and does a great job working and caring for my dental needs, that’s all that matters.

Dr. Daligues, is a very good dentist. I was very fortunate to work with her when she was the office manager at tricity dental. she was attending UOP for dentistry.  I also worked  for her when she started practising and she was very good. I have about 4 fillings on my molars (white fillings) she did 11 years ago, done before I left . and they are still standing. unlike other dentists she takes the time to show you x-rays, explain procedures, and co-pays.  And is very easy going. I highly recommend Dr. Daligues.  She is not a rip off. And her work is very good.
