Dr. Giuliano is the ultimate professional. I’ve been a patient of hers since the first year she was in practice. As a medical professional myself I pay attention to all of the details in an office in which I am a patient. The front desk is friendly and efficient. Jen performed my cleaning in a meticulous fashion, and gave me excellent post-care instructions..I always learn something at Dr.G’s office. This is the only dentist to whom I send friends and patients.

I have known Dr. Giuliano since long before she became a dentist, so I am quite familiar with her qualitiies as a person. I am also a dentist, and I am on staff at the hospital where she did her post-graduate training. I knew that when my dentist retired – a great practitioner in his own right – that, if Dr. Giuliano was practicing anywhere in my vacinity, I would ask her to accept me as a patient. He retired recently; I called, and she agreed! If you were to choose Dr. Giuliano to be your dentist, it would be one of the wisest decisions you would ever make.

Dr. Carrie has been my dentist for years and is absolutely fabulous. 1. Easy scheduling with responsive, helpful staff via email and phone. 2. Beautiful, clean, modern office. 3. Attentive care. I grind my teeth at night and they are super diligent about checking my nightguard and monitoring the chips I’ve created in my own teeth… not ideal that I do it but great they’re keeping an eye. 4. Teeth whitening. They did a great job and followed up with me to ensure I was happy. Dr.Carrie & team are excellent.

I have been going to her for years. She is excellent, thorough with her exams and does great work. She took excellent care of my son when he was 4. She is very patient, kind. Her staff are wonderful and her new location is convenient. She is extremely gentle and takes her time to make you relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Doctor Giuliano is incredible. I’ve recommended her practice to all of my friends. I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists in the past, especially when getting fillings, but my every visit with Doctor Giuliano has been completely painless. She is very thorough and always provides in depth information about all procedures. The staff is very welcoming and polite. The office atmosphere is incredible pleasant and clean. I never thought I’d look forward to a dentists visit, but getting my teeth cleaned has become an equivalent of a spa day.

I’ve been a very happy patient of Dr. Giuliano’s for years – I’ve referred her to friends and even my sister.  She’s friendly, patient, explains everything very clearly, and performs amazing cleanings (I can actually feel a difference before/after).  She just moved to a new office recently (Yelp has the new address) and it’s really, really nice.  The exam chair is also a massage chair that they turn on during cleanings.  The really bright light they shine in your mouth – here, you can’t see any hint of brightness, and it’s a very big difference compared to normal dentist lights.

searching for a good dentist in nyc is like having teeth pulled…oh, wait… i am SO GLAD to have chosen dr. giuliano as my dentist! i randomly selected her off my dental insurance website (metlife) because she was located close to me and had open appointment times that fit my schedule. i was also able to make an appointment online through zocdoc, and dr. giuliano’s office was very prompt in returning my emails + calls. first, and most importantly to me, she paid attention to what i had to say and listened to my concerns regarding my sensitive teeth during cleanings. she did an amazing job of paying special attention to the sensitive areas, and made the cleaning pleasant! second, she was also aware of what my insurance would and would not cover (full-mouth x-ray v. bitewings), and only did what i’d be covered for. i really appreciated this. third, dr. giuliano also explained what she was doing as she did it, and why. probably one of the best dental experiences i’ve ever had. i have to go back next week to get two old fillings replaced (part of one had fallen out, and the other had a slight crack). dr. giuliano actually used a small pencil-sized camera in my mouth to show me these two, and explained what needed to be fixed. i really appreciate the time dr. giuliano took with me, and her effort to make the cleaning pain-free. UPDATE 21 Sept 2011: just had two fillings replaced. dr. giuliano did an amazing, pain-free job! honestly, i didn’t even feel the novocaine shot. and again, dr. giuliano had a fantastic bedside manner.

Been going to Dr Giuliano’s office for about 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I think they’ve noticed that some people dislike going to the dentist as they ask you what kind of music you want to listen to in an attempt to calm you down, it’s a nice touch. Dr Giuliano seems very knowledgeable and good at what she does, she is also very patient and always takes the time to answer my questions of curiosity. They even laugh at my “dad humor”! Not sure if that’s them just being nice or if they actually enjoy the jokes though. Would definitely recommend Dr Giuliano, been working out great for me thus far.

A friend of mine (who worked in the dental field with Dr. Giuliano previously) recommended Dr. Giuliano to me when I needed an endodontist to perform my first root canal on one of my back molars about 5+ years ago. I never stopped seeing Dr. Giuliano since and I’ll tell you why. Because it was my first root canal procedure I wanted to go to a solid referral instead of just looking in my insurance network. Dr. Giuliano had performed 5 successful root canals on my friend (a dental hygienist who is now in dental school) and he recommended her highly. Several years later, that same back molar is still doing well WITHOUT a crown. Dr. Giuliano recommended waiting on putting a crown on this tooth since I had 3 strong walls and felt a solid filling and creation of a 4th wall would give me a strong enough tooth, and ~4 years later she was right. I’ve been able to use my back molar without any major issues, without a crown. I’ve even had 2 other root canals since then (with 2 different endodontists that Dr. Giuliano recommended – both solid; turns out I have an issue called resorption which can be genetic). I also go to her with regular cleanings and checkups 2x a year and always have positive, professional experiences. I’ve referred other people to her who have been happy with her work. If the above has not convinced you enough, here’s more. Dr. Giuliano is professional, knowledgeable and cautious about getting unnecessarily spendy (which I greatly appreciate in a dental professional) – she does what makes sense and what is right for the patient. On top of that, she is very easy to talk to and work with, and her office staff is friendly and professional as well. No waiting to be seen, and appointments are very easy to make. I highly recommend Dr. Giuliano for any dental work – especially endodontic advice (or work), fillings, cleanings, x-rays. You will be happy with her services.
