I just recently started going here in the summer. I’m going to keep them as my regular dentist. Their staff is friendly and informative. The place is not only clean but soothing. Today I was very nervous for my 4 wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Lenny Nashtatik took care of me quickly and efficiently while also helping me feel comfortable by making some jokes. He really knows how to feel the room for what a patient needs. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dental needs, especially if you are in the Washington Heights/Inwood area.

If you’re looking for caring doctors, that are also perfectionist and take pride in their work this is the right place for you. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by the front desk staff that are both sweet & Informative. The services I have received have been the following cleanings, removal of old cavities to new beautiful white ones that match my teeth & I have had contouring of my gums (aka tooth lengthening). I was terrified at first to have the gum contouring,but the specialist that did my procedure was confident, and reassuring. The procedure was painless,and the results have been amazing. The one downside I had was that I misunderstood the pricing for my Invisalign, so I decided that I would continued receiving my cleanings twice a year at Cascada, but that I would have my Invisalign done somewhere else. I went to a great doctor on the Eastside,and although he was a good doctor in a very high end location he wasn’t Dr Y, and the proof is in my Invisalign results. Although I went somewhere else, and was extremely unhappy with my results- rather than Dr Y and Dr Joseph making me feel horrible about my choice of going somewhere else… they have been nothing but understanding, kind and patient while working with me. They simply want me to have the smile that I desire & deserve. If you go to their social media page on Instagram you will see that they have been blessed with having many clients, and some of those clients are well known celebrities, and in my opinion they treat all their patients the same, and we all receive top notch services.

I have been coming to Cascada Dental Spa for a little over 4 years. It all started with a toothache around 2015/2016 after I had neglected going to the dentist for a few years. Dr. Josephs removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, Dr. Y handled my Invisalign treatment plan, lip fillers, and I lost count of how many cavities I have had filled by the other remarkable dentists at their practice. *While going to the dentist isn’t the most fun, I’m happy to report that they always numb me and I have never felt any pain during my many procedures. 🙂 The practice is super clean and the aesthetic is sleek and modern. I can’t recommend Cascada Dental Spa enough. Everyone is so kind – from the staff at the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists.

My experience at cascada dental has been beyond amazing!!! My complex treatment consisted of 2 periodontal surgeries to get my gums healthy again, a molar extraction, a crown, fillings and now i am on my first tray of Invisalign aligners! The staff is so great and i feel assured that my treatment plan will exude amazing results, thanks cascada dental!!

After seeing reviews on Yelp, and going to 6 consultants.. I made an appointment at Cascada Dental Spa.. from the first appointment I was impressed.. The office was spotless, modern, staff is friendly and Dr. Y is very knowledgeable.. Dr. Y was familiar with my past orthodontist experience, and was able to transfer my Invisalign case and fix my #1 problem.. which was a discolored tooth.. and i needed internal bleaching..on my front tooth..I cannot stop smiling.. something I have not done in 5 years.. thank you Dr. Y, for not, replacing my front tooth with a crown or a cap (as recommended by those other dentists) you’re the best

I am delighted with the service I received today at Cascada Dental Spa. The quality of customer service provided by the receptionists during the registration process is excellent. They explained in detail the services offered by the Dental Spa, and the health insurance verification process and the HIPAA form were highly explained and completed with professionalism. The dental assistant and the Hygienist were very kind, polite, and professional during the interview and the dental exam. The entire process during the dental care procedure and X-Rays are very safe and comfortable. The Hygienist was very kind all the time, explaining to me in detail how to prevent cavities and other mouth and dental care conditions, she did an excellent job. They make you feel safe and comfortable during the examination and the procedures!. The Spa possesses a friendly and professional environment that is regulated by the health policy and norms, and the staff behavior follows ethics and principles of care. Finally, I met the Dental Care provider, who took care of me and made sure that the service is provided with the high standards of care. I will undoubtedly remain to be a patient of Cascada Dental Spa. Thanks for the service and the professionalism, the kindness and the confidentiality and the efficacy. Gorgeous Practice and love that they take care of New York’s Finest and some of us that are also in the field. Dr. Joseph is super sweet and bed side manner is great. Very down to Earth. Love that they are up to speed on the Social Networks being as that is how I learned about them .Very well kept and the assistant was great at informing me what was to be done and making me comfortable.Great staff great experience Highly Recommend!
