So happy to have found Dr. Soriano and his group. I take 100% pride in the care of my teeth and wanted to make sure I found a dentist who was just as passionate about it as I am. The entire staff is super nice and friendly. His dental hygienist, Q, is a really cool guy and I enjoy my visits to their office twice a year. They even offer to clean off my night splint whenever I want, just drop it buy and a quick clean. Five star across the board for quality of care, service, staff, and everything else all wrapped up in a bow.

Generally, when I take the time to post a review I like to provide detail and explanation. In this particular case however, I can summarize in just one simple and easy to understand statement : These folks, from the front desk to the chair of horrors, are just above and beyond frickin’ AWESOME!

They have great people in the office staff as well as the dental professionals and I mean they are the best. They follow up with you and make sure you are well taken care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great vibes here! I feel both seen and heard, beyond the typical business relationship, I feel Seen, like a human being! Hah  Thank you to the entire team at Cassidy Smiles… you walk your talk! And as a side note, as we are experiencing this Covid-19 Pandemic, after being closed for a few weeks Cassidy Smiles has re-opened, and is taking great measure to ensure the safety of its patients and staff. 5- Star.

I am very happy with Dr. Soriano, when I moved to Fallbrook, I finally had to change my Solana Beach dentist of 20+ years. I didn’t want to change and made that trip at least twice a year.for 6 yrs. I finally found a new dentist much closer to Fallbrook. I found Dr. Soriano in Oceanside. When I met him, I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I’ve been with him now, for 1 1/2 years. His staff is friendly and helpful, his hygienist is wonderful. I found a dentist’s office that was kind and cares about their patients (like my previous dentist). I have nothing but good things to say about all of them in the office:). I highly recommend Dr. Soriano

Fantastic oral hygiene experience! First of all, I’m a HUGE wimp when it comes to anything having to do with the dentist  so I was immediately relieved by the reassurances of Dr. Soriano and his awesome assistant Rosa. Rica & Patti at the front desk were so nice & helpful and helped me navigate the often complicated labyrinth of dental insurance. The price point was fair which was a TremendouSSS relief as I’m a bachelor on a budget. “Q” did an amazing job on my required deep cleaning, and not even a moment of pain was experienced. This place is tip-Top and I’m shouting it out from the mountain  tops! Get here!

A few weekends ago I broke my front tooth inadvertently biting into a plastic fork while attending a birthday celebration. My front teeth had been previously crowned many years ago. I wanted to find someone skilled at cosmetic dentistry as I did not feel confident I would get the desired results from my current dentist and even though my previous crowns were good I felt they could be cosmetically better . I turned to Yelp to start reading reviews. There were a few Cosmetic Dentists in my area that had 5 star ratings with a high number of reviews but none of them took my PPO insurance. I came across Cassidy Smiles and started reading the reviews (all five stars) but was a little reluctant because of the comparatively lower number of reviews. I looked at the website and liked what I saw and thankfully they we’re in my network. They were able to fit me in within a couple of days and I was thankful that my hillbilly days would soon be over. Appointment day: I felt at ease the minute I walked in the door, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I was taken back to the chair and was soon talking to Dr. Soriano about my cosmetic options. I was happy that he took the time to understand my expectations and walk me through the process. I was very impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment use there. They did 3D imaging of all of my upper teeth and Dr. Soriano took the time to show me the lab where he actually makes the teeth himself. He even personally  texted me  3D  image mock-ups  of my teeth throughout the process . I decided to replace not only the broken tooth but the one next to it so that they would more properly match. The look and fit of my new zirconia crowns are Simply Amazing! The entire process was easy and worry-free. I can’t say enough good things about Cassidy Smiles and Dr. Soriano… FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!

I highly recommend Dr. Soriano and his entire staff. They are very warm and welcoming with friendly, smiling faces. The paperwork was a breeze since you can do it all in advance online, and getting an appointment was quick and easy. They called me back first thing in the morning when I called after hours and left a message the previous evening. Their pricing is very fair, considering I needed to take a loan out with my old dentist! I am so happy I found Cassidy Smiles in Oceanside!! Make your first appointment today! What are you waiting for?!? Update: I stand by my last review about the entire Cassidy Smiles crew. The care is outstanding. Their customer service is above and beyond. Q, the hygienist, is so gentle and so knowledgeable about so much more than dentistry. While he does his thing, he constantly checks in to make sure I am doing ok and that I’m as comfortable as I can be. I was worried I was grinding my teeth and clenching at night due to stress as I was waking up very often with painful headaches. He gave me a plethora of information as to what to do and how to treat it, giving me reasonable suggestions to try first then telling me of other options they could provide me with if need be. Thanks, Q! I’m telling you: I HATE THE DENTIST. This is literally the only place I’ve ever been back to because of how thorough, gentle, kind and compassionate Dr. Soriano is. He is so personable and really cares about his patients and you can tell that from the moment you meet him. He takes time to listen to concerns and remembers details from my last visit 6 months ago. So does Q! It’s like I’m part of the family there. They are so accommodating and get the fact that most people are apprehensive when it comes to dentistry. I wont ever go anywhere else because they just can’t and won’t measure up to Cassidy Smiles Again….What are you waiting for? Book your appointment with them today!

From the initial phone call setting up my appointment with Rica to my session with Q to my wisdom extraction Dr soriano and his amazing team of professional have made going to the dentist finally affordable, honest, pain free and the BEST DENTAL OFFICE !!! I cannot say enough good things about Q and the Dr. They answered every question I asked and made me feel comfortable and at ease every visit.. Cassidy smiles Dr soriano , Q , Rica and Patti go the extra mile and that is why I am there patient and worth every one of those give stars..

Dr. Soriano is wonderful!! I was very apprehensive to be treated by a new dentist after 14 years with the same doctor. Dr. Soriano has an amazing “chairside” manner and put me at ease immediately! So impressed! Thank you, Dr. Soriano!
