Amazing staff from the time you enter the building. All staff is very welcoming & inviting. The doctors are super friendly, funny, and you feel very comfortable throughout your treatment. All the assistants I have seen have been very knowledgeable, friendly & make you feel very comfortable. I currently have 3 of my family of 6 being treated by Drs. Cassinelli & Shanker with a 4th starting treating in just a few months.

Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker did a wonderful job correcting my son’s smile!  They were extremely friendly yet professional, and were always prompt!  A hard-to-find combination in the medical profession these days… The staff was consistently accommodating and happy, too.  In a world where most seem to just do what they can to get by and just get thru the workday, the doctors and staff all genuinely appear to like what they are doing and actually care about the patient. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

As someone who works in the dental profession I have high standards and expectations when I visit another dental office. When I say this practice exceeding expectations that is an understatement! The providers are incredible, caring and highly skilled. All of the staff and assistants in the office are so sweet, professional and skilled as well. As an adult going through braces a second time I was nervous and not thrilled to be “starting over” on this journey. The providers at this practice put all of my concerns to rest and have delivered amazing care and compassion. From the beautiful high end office to the very best care, I would not trust my care to anyone else. Thank you so much for all you do!

I have four children and three different experiences with three different orthodontists in the area. By far, this has been the best experience for my third child entering braces. Dr. Shankar and Dr. Cassinelli are knowledgable, professional  and attentive. Their staff is also helpful and friendly. It was such a good job, that I decided to use them for my own orthodontics experience. I trust their expertise and the end result is all smiles!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Cassinelli for the last 18 months and she enjoys her experience at the office. They are always detailed and inform us what the goal is for her orthodontic needs at each visit. The staff is outstanding they are friendly and informative. Best of all the office is clean and inviting. I would recommend any new patients with orthodontic needs to come and have a consult with theses doctors. I went to a few others and they were my pick.

My family loves West chester Orthodontics! My sons appointments are usually before school starts and they are very good about seeing him as soon as possible and getting him out in a timely manner so as he’s not late or too late for school. They are doing an incredible job with my sons teeth and I am absolutely excited for the end results. I know his teeth will be perfect. I highly recommend Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker.

I am impressed with the kindness of the staff, particularly Laurie! My 13-year-old son was there for adjustments on his braces just a day after his grandfather passed away and he had a few tears during his visit. Laurie wrote and sent him a personal note in the mail as a follow up!! Wow!! Thank you for going above and beyond!! And for truly caring about your patients!!
