Thank you Castlebury Dental for making my first visit to the dentist 10 years relaxing and non judgmental. It started with Audrey who was so friendly and gentle while taking my exrays. Then to Lindsey who did further imaging, pics, and gum health. She was very enthusiastic about being able to relive me from years of tartar. Last was a consult with Dr. Brown who helped me understand the state of my dental health and a game plan to regain my smile.

Everyone at the Castlebury Dental office is friendly, professional, and EXCELLENT at their jobs. I feel welcomed and well cared for during each of my visits. Props to the team for making dental care as painless as possible! It may sound unusual, but I’ve never felt pressured with an upsell on unnecessary dental work – they recommend what’s needed, provide options, and help find a best fit for the patient (you’d think that’d be a dental normal but that’s not been my experience in other towns/offices). This offices also has many wonderful cosmetic dental options, too. Highly recommend this team, especially if you are nervous about dental visits. I’m so glad a friend recommended Castlebury Dental to me!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! First, even with Covid happening right now I felt safe being worked on and being in the office! Second, everyone was so wonderful and kind to me and my husband. Every step of the way we were told what was being done to us and I appreciate that because I’m not a dentist and I don’t know how it all works! They showed us or x-rays and scans of our teeth and that was cool to see! The chairs we sat in were massage chairs and had a TV mounted on the cleaning to watch any show, so that was a nice distraction! Or dentist and assistance BOTH were so friendly and took the time to get to know us and showed a great personal interest making us feel truly comfortable and like we were friends! At the end we sat in our own private room to discuss the payment and I appreciate that Marcia explained every option to us and even again when I asked the second time!! We even needed extra work done beyond what we initially went in for but they had time and got us in like 5 mins later! Truly an amazing experience and fair, reasonable prices!

We moved here and wanted to find a good dentist. That said our first experience with a dental office in Star where we live was a horrible experience. They submitted bills to our insurance company five times, each time with an error. Castlebury Dental is amazing. From the minute you walk into the office you are greeted by caring staff. In fact they gave a tour of the office and every room! That had NEVER happened anytime in our life. The hygienists are wonderful, funny and gentle. Dr. Brown spent time listening and asking questions. He has a gentle touch and a caring manner. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors and will answer any questions you might have

I couldn’t be happier to be a patient at Castlebury. I have had extensive dental work over the years, under the hands of some questionable dentists, so I know when someone is good and when they’re not. It’s scary to go to a new dentist and not know what you’re getting. I started with Dr. Andrea last year and was uncertain how the practice would be. Luckily, I found a great clinic. The building itself is clean and bright, with modern technology and lots of little perks like TVs, headphones, and massaging chairs. They’ll give you a blanket if you’re cold and a scented washcloth after your cleaning to wipe your hands and mouth. Beyond the creature comforts, they do a good job. I think the cleanings are thorough. I have had a root canal, and it was as comfortable as the procedure could be. The crowns I’ve had them make have been well-seated, and my fillings have been fairly quick and they always triple check to make sure I’m numb enough and not in pain. They offer their own “dental savings plan” so if you don’t have insurance, you can pay a sum in advance for the year and then save on cleanings and procedures. While it’s not cheap, it helps if you have to get some work done. They are great at explaining all the costs to you, as well as breaking down confusing bills if you need them to, and they can offer payment plans if you ask. I really recommend Dr. Andrea Brown and my hygienist, Kristin, as well as the whole staff here. They make it easy to get an appointment and are a breeze to schedule with. Everyone smiles (under their masks, anyway) and makes you feel welcome in the office. If you’re looking for a dentist, make sure to stop here.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Way to go DR.BROWN! This Dental office KNOWS how to treat a customer with ABOVE and BEYOND treatment! Where do I start!!?? I purchased a groupon for the place and then I let it expire. I called the office and they honored it with a smile and found me an appointment right away! From the minute I walked in the door I was treated like royalty! They must have known I was famous….until I saw every patient being treated this way!! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I was given a TREAT the minute I walked in a box full of goodies.. Beware the hand sanitizer in it is NOT breath freshener.. yes I used it in my mouth! When I put on my new shades… I said to myself.. HELLO GORGEOUS! The dentist is up to date with the new technology out there to help you have a healthy mouth! He is excellent at educating the patient and helping you to understand what you need done. He is not there to tell you have lots of problems he fixes what NEEDS to be fixed. He does not force you into dental work you do not need. He is clever and witty as well. I got a new bite splint that is really helping and worth every dollar I spent. The crown he did fits me like the Queen I am..lol! AND the BEST PART EVER.. The tooth fairy visited me after my appointment right there in the chair with ANOTHER TREAT! It made my day! YES this place is fun, clean, entertaining, state of the art technology. They are always on time and do a GREAT job of reminding you of your appointment. I get a suckers and chapstick each time! My new crown is working out great. I am very happy I found this dentist and he is worth the drive! Ladies at the desk..keep on smiling!! I appreciate this office greatly! THANK YOU for a JOB WELL DONE and setting the bar on how to treat a customer!

This is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. They are honest, kind and quick. Everyone who you work with wears a smile even under the mask. Dr. Andrea is gentle and listens to your concerns and addresses them individually giving you confidence you are receiving the best dental care! I have recommended castlebury dental to ALL my family.

Castlebury had been fantastic with my boys! Their receptionist teams are polite and professional and are always willing to take a call or question. The dental staff is phenomenal too! They are always willing to explain every aspect of the treatment plan and are great with the kids! They are always very prompt and ready for us when we arrive! Great show of dedication and professionalism here!
