Great experience as a new patient. Decided to go this office based on the reviews. The reviews are true, everyone was friendly and I felt welcome. The hygienist did a gentle but thorough cleaning. Dr. Castor was also very friendly and communicated throughout the examination. Also the lady at the front desk went above & beyond by scheduling my consultation at the oral surgeon for me. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Castor. Everyone here is professional and friendly. There is no wait before appointments although the waiting room is lovely with complimentary tea and coffee. There are big windows with pretty views in all of the rooms. Sunglasses are offered during dental work which are much more comfortable than goggles. Most importantly, I’ve had absolutely no issues with my teeth here. Dr. Castor and his staff clearly explain treatment plans, showing pictures and explaining the condition of your teeth. I also love the goodie bags of toothbrushes, etc. I place the floss in various places to remind myself to floss and the mini toothpastes are perfect for my carry-on luggage when I travel. Highly recommend!!

I moved to Greensboro about a year ago this was the first place I found close to me in walking distance, wasnt hard at all to schedule an appointment and they answered any questions i had in regard to my teeth . I’m in and out in a matter of 30mins depending on what I’m getting but regardless these ladies here are so professional and nice and sweet as they can be. They remember my name and who I am once I step foot in the door. Dr.castor is very nice and helpful as far as me understanding what needs to be done. I love it here, and they will continue to see this face as long as I’m in Greensboro thanks so much ladies.

The staff are all warm, efficient & accommodating. There is no wait time, however the lobby is very comfortable to wait in, with complimentary tea and coffee. Dr. Castor explained his treatment plan well and showed pictures of my teeth. The filling was done well and quickly – with breaks offered to me if needed. My cleaning was very thorough. Very happy to have found this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Castor and his staff! – 1 year later edit: my teeth are clean and in great shape thanks to Dr. Castor & staff! I also love that sunglasses are offered while getting work done – very comfortable! Pretty windows/views in each room as well – lovely!

Today, my office visit was as wonderful as all the rest. The entire staff, from the administrative assistant, hygienist, and the doctor were all so professional and kind. My experience(s) goes beyond words. The office atmosphere is so inviting; i.e. – clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, soft and pleasant music, clean offices to name a few. Since Dr. Castor took over the practice, he and his staff have been welcoming and are so pleasant to communicate with upon visiting and I have visited several times and the staff has not changed their way dispositions. I highly recommend.

Service was first class from the moment i walked in till the moment i left!! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions, the hygienist was very patient with me as this was my first real time as an adult going to the dentist, i told her my fears of the dentist and she assured me i had nothing to worry about and she was right! She took her time and was not rough at all and went over all her concerns with me while she was cleaning me teeth, dr castor was very intuitive and kind as well and gave me great advice about the things i need to have done, i recommend castor family dentistry to anyone who’s looking for top of the line service and treatment!
