Sucking my thumb as a kid + playing clarinet for 10 years = overbite to the max. My teeth needed a lot of help and Dr. Caswell was there to save them! My journey with braces began last last year when I had set-up a consultation meeting with Dr. Caswell and her team. Everyone in the office is super nice and it was so cool when they recognized my boyfriend even though he hadn’t been at their office for over 7 years! One of her offices is located across from the Honolulu Academy of Arts, next to the gas station. Note: be sure to drive DOWN Ward Avenue…good luck if you’re attempting to drive up…Another new office will be near the Kahala McDonalds #exciting!~ Overall things to consider as a parent or individual: Braces are like investments. Why? 1. Research – Like investments, you need to do your research. What type of braces to get (Invisalign vs. traditional wire). The pros/cons with each time. The best way is to also go in for a consultation. 2. It costs money – Assuming you did Step No. 1 above, you’d know approximately how much it’d cost. 3. It takes time – Your investment won’t grow overnight, it’ll take time. Braces can take awhile especially if you’re not diligent and/or following doc’s instructions. Dr. Caswell really goes above and beyond! She really cares for her patients and staff. What other orthodontist will throw a movie day for their patients and have a food drive for the community? #Caswell If my future kids ever need braces (no clarinet for them), I’ll be sure to take them to see Dr. Caswell.

I understand the poor reviews, braces are a process and require discipline. It’s not solely the orthodontist’s responsibility. It takes great effort to keep your teeth aligned and your smile radiant. Some people don’t get it. The office is modern, welcoming and comfortable. The staff are warm and so accommodating. I spent some time in the busy office and saw many happy patients with beautiful smiles in progress. Dr. Caswell gave me a treatment plan and I was very pleased with her honesty. Seeing employees that are also patients is inspiring. I do love a beautiful smile.

Dr. Caswell and her staff are amazing! Each time we go in for a visit, my family feels the love and aloha in the office! Yesterday, my daughter had her braces put on and Leslie helped her feel so comfortable in the chair and she even involved her in the process. Dare I say it looked like they were having fun! Leslie was very professional and the process didn’t take long at all. My daughter left knowing what she needed to do moving forward and she felt great about herself and her new braces! Thank you, Dr. Caswell and all of the C.O. staff!

This review is based solely as a guest. My wife needed to get a new retainer. So I decided to accompany her to the office. Wasn’t difficult finding this place using my iPhone, however I could see how you could miss this place without it. The orthodontist is located in a building off Ward Ave. With plenty of Visitor Parking available. If you are facing Mauka in the parking Garage the access to the office is near the left elevator and stairs. The check in for my wife was a breeze and staff was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining how long the process would take. They took my wife in on time! Which usually never happens lol. Usually I’m not a fan of waiting in offices. As it tends to get boring especially if your phone is dead, however their were plenty of “new magazines”. They even have a television to keep the young ones occupied. The decor in the waiting area and office was very modern. I was also impressed that they even had a rewards program for patients, in which they could win gift cards etc. Thankfully I have straight teeth so most likely would not be using their services. However I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! They use the most innovative technology, constantly asks for your input as they decide on your plan of care, and have reasonable prices for orthodontic procedures! They’re efficient and value their clients time!  I highly recommend them for oral care!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Caswell and staff. At 28, I needed orthodontic treatment to fix my teeth that have shifted since I was a teenager. I was reluctant to begin this process and quite honestly had put it off for a long time. It was only because Dr. Caswell and her amazing team were so encouraging, professional, and kind that I decided to do it. Every single person in the office is so incredibly pleasant that I looked forward to my appointments. I am now so happy with my results! Thank you Dr. Caswell and staff for your hard work and dedication to my perfect smile! If you need orthodontic care, Dr. Caswell is simply the BEST!

Our child had his expander come off while on vacation. They scheduled our appointment immediately. Everyone in the office was incredibly polite and the environment is very patient focused. They took the time to bond with our son to make him comfortable. Also communicated with our orthodontist on the steps they took. Definitely would rate higher than 5 stars if we could and would select them as our orthodontist if we lived here!

I am beyond amazed with the service and staffing that I was provided here at Doctors Caswells office. I had some complications with my braces and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to achieve the smile I’ve always dreamed of having, until an angel like doctor Caswell came to the rescue and she told me I was still able to go through with the process! Words can’t describe how awesome she really is, so sweet and so cute! The staffing is amazing as well, so whoever hired the front desk & the assistances, really did an amazing job! They are all so awesome. Overall, my experience was amazing, & I know whoever decides to go to this place, you won’t be let down.

I don’t understand why Dr. Caswell and her staff have ratings lower than five stars. I have been in awe of the level of customer service her entire office has provided since my first phone call with them. During my initial visit with them, I messed up and scheduled my appointment literally an hour and a half before I was scheduled to be at work. I was so appreciative that they were all so attentive to the time and made sure I was out with enough time to get to work. Andrea was excellent in explaining all of my options, answered any questions I had, and made sure I knew what to expect with my upcoming visits. You can really tell that everyone here takes pride in what they do. It actually took a little longer to do the scan for my teeth because the hygienist wanted to re-do a few spots to make sure they were perfect and would provide me with a well fitting mold. I am so happy I was referred here and have confidence in their ability to help me get my teeth to where I want them to be. I wish I would have come here sooner.. you know, when I was still a minor and my parents were willing to pay for my braces. *sigh

From the time Cori did my consultation…I’ve so been excited to work on my smile! Today, Leslie did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable the whole time during my visit. She was so thorough in explaining Invisalign. I am confident in the insertion and removal of my trays. Dr. Kimi explained the plan to me…I can’t wait to see my new smile when I’m done. Caswell Orthodontics is the place to be to have your smile become the smile you’ve dreamt about having. Dr. Caswell is excellent at what she does and from the looks of all her smiling patients photos on her wall, her work really does show. Not to mention her wonderful team is super friendly and professional.
