Mark Catton has been my dentist for 13 years. He was recommended to me and after my first visit, I knew I wouldn’t need to look for another dentist ever again. Mark’s workmanship is beyond compare, painless, the highest quality anyone could get. But the added gift is that Mark is a genuinely caring, kind, honorable human being, as are his office staff. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Had an appointment with Mark Catton yesterday for a standard cleaning and inspection. This was my first visit to this office, and I will definitely be back. The office is clean and quiet, parking is easy, and everyone I talked to was pleasant. Had to wait about 5 minutes past my scheduled time, but the cleaning was completed quickly and efficiently. I am 67 years old and have never liked/enjoyed going to the dentist. In fact, dental work has caused me extreme anxiety. My holistic doctor recommended Dr. Mark Catton 2 years ago after having a nightmare root canal from an oral surgeon. Dr. Mark has not only put me at ease with each procedure but his kind, gentle, pain-free technique has allowed me to “be happy” that I’m getting dental work done. He has exceptional “chair side” manners, attends to each patient during the entire procedure even if the dental procedure takes over an hour! I highly recommend Dr. Mark Catton, his son- Nick Catton and the entire office staff. Wherever you live, Dr. Catton’s office is well worth the drive.

Dr. Mark Catton has been my dentist for over 30 years ~ as is his son, Dr. Nick, now as well. The entire staff at both locations are like a family to me. Drs. Dr. Mark Catton has been our family dentist for 40+ years. He has a gentle touch and great chairside manner. We have four children and he has been responsible for giving them the beautiful smiles they have. Instead of having to be in braces for years, Mark gently stretched their young palates to give their teeth room to grow in and then finished up with a few months of braces. His son, Dr. Nick is now seeing me on a regular basis and he is thorough, gentle, and very friendly. He and Dr. Mark are experts in TMJ treatment also. The receptionists at Catton Dentistry are so friendly and helpful and his hygienists are the best! Every person in their office is great. I’ve had the luck of being a patient here when I was with Dr. Mark Catton (probably from 6 years of age onward) and my mom’s entire family also saw Dr. Mark growing up and continue to do so. After a five year hiatus for me (and much work to do), I was fortunate to see their family business grow and had the opportunity to see Dr. Nick Catton. I could not recommend them enough. While I always knew I had the best of the best growing up (through braces and all) with Dr. Mark (who made my smile what it is today), what I experienced with Dr. Nick is just the same. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. If you want the best of the best, on all accounts, this is the place to go! Thorough, considerate, accommodating, and concern for the patient. And if you’re anything like me, since I had my wisdom teeth out with an oral surgeon and had a tough experience, Dr. Nick was extremely understanding, accommodating. and thorough through my anxiousness, which I don’t feel now. I’m so glad to see their family business grow and to know that I will have these great people around not only for the rest of my life, but my son’s life as well! They are the best of the best.

After our dentist became disabled and unable to practice, our whole family became patients at Catton Dentistry. My son, brother, and father see Dr. Nick and I see Dr. Mark. My son knocked a permanent front tooth out on a slide in the late evening and right away, Dr. Nick offered to meet us at the office to see him. He made “braces” to anchor the tooth until the root had reattached and stabilized. Thanks to his quick action, Luke still has his tooth and did not need a root canal. It’s been difficult to find doctors and dentists who are understanding and kind to my brother, who is mentally handicapped. He was so used to our dentist and we were concerned about him making the adjustment to someone new. Everyone at Catton Dentistry has been so understanding and treats him with respect. Everyone from the doctors to the office staff, is so friendly and welcoming. The take the time to really know our family and make us feel comfortable. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. As a fellow medical professional, I can honestly say, I feel very confident in Dr. Mark and Dr. Nick’s knowledge and skills, but also appreciate that they are genuinely nice people.

I have been going to Dr Mark Catton for all my dental needs for years ~ dating back since high school! Dr Mark specializes in all areas of dental care from restorative care to cosmetic dentistry. What I love most is that he always recommends the most CONSERVATIVE approach to your dental care needs- not recommending services that you don’t need or ones that cost more than necessary without compromising the healthy state of your teeth. Dr Marks bed side manners are top notch and he has years of dental care experience always leaving me in good hands. His office and medical staff are equally experienced and super friendly to work with. Never had a problem getting an appointment and the few times I needed after hours care – I was able to leave a message for Dr. Mark who personally called me back to see if he needed to come in during the weekend hours to treat my broken tooth. My husband who used to be terrified of going to the dentist now is at ease by switching to Dr. Mark who has treated his dental needs as well these last 3 years. My daughter has gone here since a young toddler and truly doesn’t mind going to the dentist because of Dr. Mark and his amazing staff. He has 2 offices – one located at 49th and Pennsylvania in Indianapolis and another office located in Westfield Indiana near to Clay Terrance. His hours are convenient as well. While there are plenty of dentists in the Indianapolis area to choose from, my family and I will continue to visit Dr. Mark for all our dental care needs for years to come. If you’re in the market for a new dentist, please give Dr. Mark Catton a call. I doubt you’ll be disappointed! : )

I cannot offer enough positive remarks concerning this practice. The staff and dentists are accommodating, friendly, and genuinely outstanding people in character. I have had everything from general routine cleaning to chipped tooth repair to oral surgery with dental implant. At each turn Dr. Catton is extremely communicative regarding the steps during the procedure which instills confidence. Also, they are not out to get into your wallet. They have a conservative approach to dentistry that I appreciate. They are not here to offer services and procedures to ramp up the bill. This is a trust that is rarely found but it resides here.

I had always been extremely nervous about going my previous dentist, so much that I would avoid going for long periods of time! My wife introduced me to her dentist, Dr. Catton, telling me that I would never feel that way again. Boy, was she right! This guy is pretty much a dental genius when it comes to friendliness, dentistry, and overall professionalism. He and his staff were able to not only calm me down about going, but when I did need work done that involved some cavity work, it didn’t hurt, not even the shots! This place is the most knowledgeable, caring, and (best of all) friendliest dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Catton helped me get over my life-long fear of going to the dentist. He is incredible at making sure the patient is calm and comfortable. I had some work to be done to my front teeth, and was extremely nervous of going to (any) dentist… especially the last place! I am a new client and I am so happy I went to Dr. Catton! After 7 years and 2 sleep studies, no one could solve my snoring problem until Dr. Catton made a cutom mouthpiece. I had tried “the boil and bite kind “ along with many other devices. After the device made at Dr. Catton, my life has change. Migraines are gone and no more sleepiness during the day. For regular dentistry, Dr. Catton is also great. no unnecessary procedures and a very friendly environment. My teen used to be afraid of dentists until going to his practice. Now, anxiety is gone.
