I have always been extremely happy with the caven dental office and the way that I am treated by the staff. Top notch dental work by Tichard Caven always. This last visit especially made me want to reach out and speak up. I had my dental cleaning with Callie today and though I’m not sure if she’s new to the office, I was a new patient for her. To feel good about my experience each time and be happy with my care is one thing but to have someone like Callie be so encouraging and positive about my experience really just set the bar even higher. Not only did she make my experience even better than it normally is, it was a pleasure for her to say that she personally is extremely happy working for the Caven group and appreciate all the high-tech equipment like I do. A business is truly successful when not only your patients are extremely happy but your employees seem to be just as happy as well. I refer as often as I can!

For over 10+ years, Dr. Caven and his staff consistently provide outstanding customer service and professional dental services. They are always friendly and polite to everyone who walks in the office whether you are a new or existing patient. Dr. Caven comes from a generation of family dentists whose approach to dental healthcare is very impressive! The new location is excellent and the equipment used to perform dental maintenance and procedures is state of the art! I’ve been to several dentists here in Jacksonville for many years for overall dental health. Dr. Caven Dental Group is by far the BEST dental group around! If you are looking for a new dentist, I strongly recommend Dr. Caven Dental Group to serve all your dental needs!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Caven and the entire staff at Caven Dental Group! What a wonderful experience before, during and after my dental treatment. The fact that I drove 5 hours up to my appointment (and another 5 hours home!) speaks to the professional expertise I was expecting and received. What I considered to be above and beyond was the amount of effort made by everyone involved to ensure I was well informed, comfortable throughout the procedure, and pleased with the results. Needless to say I am very happy! Professionalism with kindness and compassion….THE BEST!!!

I contacted the office to schedule an initial exam for my son. The office manager made it easy. I provided the name of the prior dentist and she obtained the exrays after emailing e the release. I was able to correspond by text and email after the initial phone contact which made it so much easier since i work in a call center. There was no wait time once we arrived. The hygienist was awesome and took time to show my son how to properly brush. Dr Caven was a consummate professional and established immediate rapport with my son. This is a topflight dental office and they lived up to the expectations i had from his reviews. I will be going to him for my care as well, appointment set!

Everyone in the Caven Dental Group is always professional and courteous. I have been a patient for almost 15 years and have consistently been extremely satisfied with the care provided. Dr Caven did such a great job replacing my composite fillings I had done by another dentist. Those fillings have held up great, way beyond their life expectancy! I recommend Dr Caven and his staff highly.

I have moved often in the recent past, having to change dentists each time. Thanks to Susan I was able to get an appointment at a perfect time and date. The staff is very welcoming, professional, and efficient. The facility is impressive and seems to have the latest technology. I never have had a dentist take such great care in evaluating my oral health. Dr. Caven identified issues that were overlooked by other dentists and explained exactly what dental work would have to be done. I’m excited to make this facility my new home for dental care.

This is probably the best dentist group I have ever been to. They have the friendliest staff, the cleanest facility, and are currently exceeding all the CDC guidelines from what i can see. Dr. Caven is very patient and understanding. He actually listens to me. Naomi is top notch, ask for her by name! 🙂 Really everyone here is exceptional, intelligent, friendly, and understanding. They also have pretty much all the latest technology available to dentistry. Little cameras which show me way more than I want to see. Kidding. 🙂 They have laser fittings for my periodontal things, they have well just go see for your self. Cya there! 🙂

So happy I found Dr. Caven and his Staff 5 years ago. I have been to many dentists in my life and I can honestly say that this office is by far the best. At my age I never thought I could have straight teeth, Dr. Caven said I could and he introduced me to Invisalign! Wow! Dr. Caven is a no pressure dentist and explains all options and let’s you decide on treatment. Awesome bedside manner! This office is like family to me. I am moving to Atlanta area and will continue to come to Dr. Caven. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Roxanne, Naomi, Lindsey, Hannah, Callie, Laura, Ciarra, Jenn, Tracy, I’m sorry if I’m missing anyone…thank you always for your kind and helpful service. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!!

I was having an issue with food getting stuck between two rear molars. One having recently been re-crowned by Dr. Richard Caven. After assessing the issue he removed the crown and made a new one. Then after having a second look at the result. He removed the second crown and made yet another which covered more of the tooth body. That did the trick. I no longer get food caught between the two molars. In addition, he deeply discounted the work involved to correct the issue. I would recommend his dental practice to anyone wanting a highly skilled dentist.

This dental office is friendly professional and efficient. Dr Caven is a fifth generation dentist and it shows. They are perfect for hard working people with limited free time as they offer 7 am appointments. I cannot say enough positive about this group. They are attentive and explain everything thoroughly. The new office is A super clean and calm space. They are doing a really good job of temp checking people and sanitizing.

I just moved to the area three days ago and haven’t even closed on my house yet when my front tooth veneer came off! What a time for this to happen. I called Dr. Caven’s office and explained my predicament. They understood the urgency of seeing a dentist and he worked me in that same day. He and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. During these Covid times they are taking all the right precautions. I have found my new dentist and staff.

This is my child’s username in case you are questioning the credibility of the author. I went for my first visit to Caven Dental Group just yesterday. I had a cleaning and exam with Naomi and a visit with Dr. Caven. They were both very smart, friendly and more thorough then I had ever experienced at any dental practice. I can not say enough good things about Caven Dental and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I cannot day enough positive about this group. The office is clean and calm. The staff is attentive and professional. Dr Caven is a fifth generation dentist and it shows. They are kind and efficient and it’s a great office for people who work a lot as they have a coveted 7 am appointment that makes it easier for your dental work to not disrupt your own work. I’m so grateful for their staff and everything they have done to help me.

Let me start out by saying I am EXTREMELY dentist-phobic and have no dental insurance. I called Dr. Caven’s office when an old veneer on one of my front teeth broke off. They got me in that morning and, although it’s a multi-stage process, got it looking presentable in the meantime. Dr. Caven and the staff have been very understanding about my financial limitations and have been working with me to get the work I need done in stages to ease the blow of the cost. Moreover, everyone there has been SO understanding and patient about my phobia and Dr. Caven is extremely gentle and explains everything he’s going to do and what it’s going to feel like before he does it. The office itself is lovely and immaculate. Love this practice!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Caven’s for quite some time. I always had a fear of the dentist since childhood and usually dreaded making my appointment every 6 months. I was thumbing through a Mint Magazine years back and saw a page for Dr. Caven (when he was at his previous office). I gave them a call and the rest is history! Dr. Caven and his staff were warm, welcoming, and they took very good care of me! They have seriously eased my anxiety about dentists. The dental hygienists that I have experience with (Naomi and Hannah) are great too! The new location is very nice. I have no doubt that the Caven Dental group will continue to have tons of success and a growing clientele!!

I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Professional, clean, efficient and effective. Even amid COVID restrictions, the office runs like a well oiled machine. All of the staff is extremely friendly and happy to take a moment to answer any questions that you may have. After my very thorough initial visit, they outlined a clear plan for how to achieve optimal dental health. Then there was a no pressure, transparent discussion about how much the procedures would cost. I was able to space them out over a series of months to fit my budget. I was whole heartedly recommended this dentist by someone who works at an oral surgeon and most of their office chooses Caven Dental Group. Now, having been for a few visits and able to determine that it wasn’t just a nice warm welcome, I cannot recommend this dentist enough! Every visit has been better than the last and I don’t think my oral hygiene has ever been better.

I’ve been going here for a year now and I cannot imagine going to another dentist. The staff is on an entirely different level, so friendly and understanding. You really feel like they care and you aren’t just another patient to them. Dr. Caven is very good at his job and is very good at never making you feel embarrassed of anything, he’s super positive. They also seem to be specialized in dental anxiety and really work with you so you have a positive experience. I also got sure smile aligners here (Invisalign but more precise) and I’ve seen amazing progress, all while having upstanding service and care from this dentist office. Best dentist ever.

I started going to Dr. Caven four years ago when i fell off my bike, cracked my front tooth in half, and cracked the other one down the back. Dr. Caven did excellent work and made the bonding look perfect, even after another dentist had messed it up twice. I’ve only ever seen Dr. caven from now on. VERY knowledgeable, experienced, kind. One of the top ten dentists in Jacksonville by far. His schedule fills up very quickly, but his office always does the best they can to fit you in if you need emergency work.

I have been going to Dr Caven for 5 years. He and his staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable. His bedside manner is wonderful. He answers all of my questions in an easy to understand way. Dr Caven and his staff will explain every step of the process from cleanings to major surgery. He and the staff care about their patients. I look forward to seeing Naomi every 6 months for my cleanings. She is amazing! I highly recommend Caven Dental!

I went in yesterday for a rescheduled cleaning and exam. Because Dr. Caven and his staff have always shown care for their patients with cleanliness and safety precautions, I was not nervous at all before my appointment. My visit was as safe and friendly as I expected. Thank you, Naomi and Dr. Caven! See you in a few months!

I couldn’t have been any more comfortable going in to have two fillings done. I had a high level of anxiety before going in, but they kept me relaxed, and distracted the whole time. I was able to watch TV with headphones to drown out any noise or hear whatever they were discussing. When he went to numb me I felt nothing! The whole process was quick and completely painless….with Dr. Caven, you’ll be in great hands!
