I have been a patient at CedarNorth Dental for about 3 years. Every time I’ve had an appointment I’ve have a great experience. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful from reception to Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong is always ready to spend as much time as I need discussing my dental needs. Plus, everything any future work I need to have done is explained to me as well as my cost after insurance. They always give me a choice of how much of the work I need that I am ready to do – which is important to me.

My family and I have been going to Cedar North Dental Care for years. I also refer many of my clients there and plug them in with robust insurance that works at their office. It’s a state-of-the-art facility in a spa-like setting. Christopher Wong and Bettina (Tina) Tong provide top-notch service and care for anything dental related. I love the large windows and zen-like design that went into this comfortable, well-equipped, facility. The hygienists are detailed and friendly and Jordan provided great service to me today. I like my cleanings here, and their service, so much so that I’m having this service performed three times a year instead of the customary twice a year. The front office/desk people are fantastic. It’s a great team of well coordinated and follow-up staff who are professional, friendly and go out of their way to get your questions answered. Elena, Jennifer, Lilly and the other girls are the icing on the cake of your dental services. Is it wrong to love your dental practice and their staff? Going for broke! What a great experience. I have been going here for my Dentist needs for week over 7 years. I enjoy it every time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I first discovered Dr. Wongs office when I shortly arrived to the Central Valley from the Los Angeles area 5 years ago. At the time I needed extensive work on my two front teeth that needed existing crowns redone. My existing crowns had over time gapped apart from each other. Dr. Wong evaluated my teeth and created a detailed plan on how to redo my new crowns more aesthetically pleasing while retaining a natural look. He methodically created a plan and I was absolutely pleased with the outcome. Soon after I lost my dental health insurance, but continued to be a cash patient because the quality of his work and his accommodating office staff. Whenever, Ive had dental emergencies they have always fit me in to be seen. Highly recommend!

I had my intial consultation with Dr. Wong yesterday. I was given a tour of the entire office, introduced to the team, and given a thorough explaination of each of the pieces of equipment that I may come in contact with at their office. A team member then made sure I had no questions, and waited with me while I waited for my consultation with Dr. Wong. During my exam both the assistant and Dr. Wong explain what was going to happen next. It had been quite some time since my last cleaning and the team made every effort to fit me in with a hygienist. The hygienist was kinda and considerate offering me a numbing agent for my gums. It made the deep cleaning a lot less painful. When I mentioned that I may need to take some advil later, the hygienist went and got me some. I am truly impressed with the detail and professionalism of this team. They treated me with the upmost profestionalism and kindness! Some of the BEST customer service I have had in quite some time!!

I’m from Los Angeles and I had to visit this office to do some last minute cosmetic for a wedding. Annabel, Crystal, Mindy, the dentist and everyone were very helpful and did their best to squeeze me in their busy schedule. Clean, and very welcoming atmosphere. And Loria and Megan welcomes you with their big smiles. I haven’t been to the dentist alone without my mom so I was scared of the shots. The assistant Vashana held my hands. Everything and everything was just great. I actually made a decision to make this office my dentist and do the drive every time. Like the saying says “Quality over Quantity.” That’s how awesome this place and the people here are.

I am in for my office visit after my 14 day K.O.R. whitening and what a difference this is no over the counter may or may not whiten your teeth treatment, this is the biggest difference I have ever seen in my teeth. ( my wife says she needs to wear sunglasses when I smile) I am self employed so my first impression really counts and its funny how when you have more confidence in yourself it shows. I do have to say my sales have doubled since I started this treatment.
