Can’t say enough good things about this place. The medical and supporting staff are very professional, conscientious, and helpful. I came to this practice for a cutting edge gum procedure and now I’ll be coming here for all my dental needs.  Again, great service and very friendly.

I am very happy with the service, they are very attentive to detail. They call ahead of time to confirm and remind you about appointments and are always open to your questions. I have so far had deep cleaning, wisdom tooth removal and routinely cleaning. I endorse this center.

Center for Advanced Peridontal & Implant. Dr Alina Krivitsky, DDS and her staff are the best in LA! I did my own research about periodontal treatment and flew in from Hawaii for an appointment and ended up having Dr. Krivitsky and her staff take care of me from day one! Her expertise and recommendations for me as her patient throughout this journey was amazing! She’s very, very detail, and upfront about my expectations. I have a great admiration for Dr. Krivitsky work ethics and professionalism. As her patient, you will get to know her and I knew I was in good hands from the first appointment.

I would give this office 100 stars if I could!! I had a gum graft on my bottom and upper teeth I was so nervous for the procedure but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease! The procedure went perfectly and now I’m 6 weeks post op and I love it!! The recovery was so easy and I had no pain at all!! I followed all the steps given and everything went perfect! This is now my go to dentist office and I love about 2 hours away but it is so worth the drive! I would recommend this office to everyone!! The best doctors and best staff! Dr. Aalam is a wizard. I had severe gum recessions and he patched everything up with one procedure. He is warm, intelligent, and makes himself available to you at all parts of the process. If you need periodontal work done, or even just need an opinion, go see Dr. Aalam. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky could not have been more attentive, professional and capable. I received a gum rejuvenation and the entire procedure went perfectly. I am extremely impressed with this practice. Thank you, doctors!

A million thanks to Dr Aalam, Dr Krivitsky, and their entire team. Finding the right doctor to perform an implant procedure, in the front of my mouth, and at a fairly young age, seemed so daunting at first. I felt so vulnerable and dubious of everyone I consulted…until I entered their office. These are dentists who are not only excellent and talented clinicians, but also outright nerds about what they do. They really care about the patient and know how to get the best possible results, both aesthetically and functionally. If ever I need more treatment in the future, I would look to no one else. You guys are lifesavers. I really cannot thank you enough.

I had 4 tooth implants and the doctor did such a good job ! I never felt any pain, and the whole process was exactly what he told me at the beginning! Everything went so smooth and easy  Definitely I recommend him he’s absolutely the best

Dr. Alaam and his staff are friendly and professional. The front office was helpful in assisting to verify that my insurance would cover the gum grafting procedure prior to me scheduling the surgery. They are very effecient and I never had to wait more than 5 mintues when I arrived for appointments. They were very thorough with information before and after the procedure.  Although recovery after the procedure was a little more uncomfortable than I expected, the results were great.  Dr. Alaam also made himself available via cell phone following surgery in case of any problems during times when his office is closed.  They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.  Highly recommended!

I had told myself my entire life that I would never get my wisdom teeth removed because of the horrible childhood experiences I had with dentists, and that surgery would literally be my worst nightmare. A coworker referred me here because of the amazing experience she had and let me tell you…My fear of the dentist was completely erased and made up for by Dr Krivitsky. My surgery was so quick and easy, the office was the cleanest and most comfortable I could have asked for, and every single person that works there is so kind. I literally could not recommend this place more!!!

Best cleaning in the Galaxy!!! Maryam cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, I was always scared of the ultrasonic scaler but when she used it I didn’t feel a thing. I love that she explains every thing. I felt every nook and cranny of my teeth cleaned after. Office is so beautiful and cleaned and staff is very friendly u will feel right at home.

Does ever occur to you that periodontal implant surgery could be somewhat bearable? How about if you don’t even remember and all of a sudden see the incredible result! Believe it or not, that is what exactly happened to me.

I’ll start this out by saying that I have been flying from New York to come see Dr. Aalam, Dr Krivitsky, and the staff at the Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy for about the past year. I was in need of a dental implant and was referred by the excellent staff at Trident Dentistry. There is no better place to have any kind of work done, and no nicer staff to lead you along the way. The work is finally done and the results have by far exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank them enough for new smile and I give them my highest recommendation.

The Center for Advanced Periodontal is simply, the Best!!!, from the moment you walk in, to a very, very, nice office, its like a spa. You are greeted by Linda and Sindy, they are both Great!!, very nice, professional, great client service, and effecient. I had 2 implants done, and one tooth removed. Dr Krivitsky is simply the Best!!. she was very nice, went over everything in regard to all my procedures, very professional, explained everything, and she even called me after all my visits to see how I was, Yes she personally called me!!.I went to a few other places for consultation before I picked Dr Krivitsky, and no one was even close to her, and her team. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist’s office… Ever since I was a child; I have experienced pain, suffering and torture at the hands of a dentist. I would rather be in combat, somewhere in the Middle East, than to be in a dental office. In fact, I consulted a few dentists regarding my case and 3 different dentists independently recommended Dr. Krivitsky for the gum graft portion. I had a great experience with her and her office. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Alana Krivitsky help me several times where my temporary bridge fell out. I was visiting from Seattle and was waiting for my permanent solution from my dentist in Seattle. She was very accommodating in getting me in the same day. Her chair side manner is amazing…personable, caring and gentle. She genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk staff are also great! Very kind and informative. Plus they are always in time to get me in for my appointments! Can’t say enough about a first class operation they run!

I had the pleasure of being referred to the Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy specifically, Dr. Aalam for receding gums.  From the start I received nothing but professional service beginning with the first phone call!  All the staff at the front office were inviting, friendly and professional. I met Dr. Krivitsky today for the first time for my gum pain and other problems I have related to my gums. I could feel how genuine and caring she was since she did not rush to finish our consultation even if after she did everything she could do and took about an hour to make sure we talk about all of my concerns and possible pathways we can for my problems. Normally, I never easily trust or feel comfortable with dentists or periodontists but for the first time, I felt totally safe. So, now I have total peace of mind even if I ever have a serious gum problems, I know who to go and I will get a great help. For me, these two months were so miserable since I was in a horrible pain and experience other problems related to my gums and I could not find any periodontist who was willing to see me. Because of this, I had so much anxiety in addition to my pain and stress due to the changes we are having right now.So, I cannot thank her enough to see me today. Additionally, the environment of the clinic is very relaxing and friendly. When I was there, there were three assistants working at the front desk and I did not have to wait for previous patient to finish her administration.

Everything about my experience at the CENTER was perfect from start to finish. A thoroughly professional and friendly place to get the absolute best periodontal work you can find in Los Angeles.  Dr. Kravitsky is an amazingly skilled and talented physician, who also happens to be warm and wonderful.  Every member of the staff is helpful, bright, and caring.  My procedure was smooth and fantastically successful.  I am so pleased with the care and quality medical services I received here, and cannot recommend the Center for Advanced P&I Therapy enough.

I have been going to dentists all my life. This office gives you a feeling of a spa. The smell, the sounds, the staff and altogether the energy of the office is totally different than typical depressing dental offices I have been to. On top of it all, Dr. Alam is extremely knowledgeable, professional and up to date in his field and has furnished his office with state of the art equipment. What else can one ask for? I have been going to him for the past couple of years now and recommend him 100%.

Second review I’ve ever written in my life.  Horrible dental anxiety due to bad childhood experience.  Learned I had to re-do major work done 12 months ago, enter the darling and brilliant Dr. Krivitsky.  So caring and understanding of my anxiety – called me before my first appointment to reassure me – and follow up calls post surgery.  Then there’s her professionalism and talent. Post surgery, unbeknown to me, she followed my husband and I to lab verifying that temporary was going to be just right.  Went in next day to have the temp put in and she explained that it arrived that am but she didn’t think it was exactly right so sent it back to be modified.  It’s perfect.  Her colleague,  Dr.  Aalam, put in the temporary and was equally fantastic. Beautiful office magnificently run by one “Linda” who could not possibly have an enemy on the planet.  I may have to take her to coffee.  Big win and am so thankful I found  Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy.
