Amazing experience. I got my dental implant over a year ago. Dr. Aalam and his entire team did an amazing job on the implant, and has been very consistent in following up to make sure everything is still okay even to this date. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Alana Krivitsky help me several times where my temporary bridge fell out. I was visiting from Seattle and was waiting for my permanent solution from my dentist in Seattle. She was very accommodating in getting me in the same day. Her chair side manner is amazing…personable, caring and gentle. She genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk staff are also great! Very kind and informative. Plus they are always in time to get me in for my appointments! Can’t say enough about a first class operation they run!

I had the pleasure of being referred to the Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy specifically, Dr. Aalam for receding gums.  From the start I received nothing but professional service beginning with the first phone call!  All the staff at the front office were inviting, friendly and professional. The office, beautiful and clean and welcoming.  Dr. Aalam is the best, his work is AMAZING!  the reward is that not only does Dr. Aalam do amazing work, he is professional and is a nice person which you rarely see in this day and age.  It really shows that he enjoys what he does and that he genuinely cares for his patients and his staff.  Dr. Aalam performed the Advanced Platelet-rich Fibrin (A-PRF) procedure with little to no pain, and the healing process went without a hitch, I could not be happier with the results  I would highly recommend The Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy and Dr. Aalam.

I met Dr. Krivitsky today for the first time for my gum pain and other problems I have related to my gums. I could feel how genuine and caring she was since she did not rush to finish our consultation even if after she did everything she could do and took about an hour to make sure we talk about all of my concerns and possible pathways we can for my problems. Normally, I never easily trust or feel comfortable with dentists or periodontists but for the first time, I felt totally safe. So, now I have total peace of mind even if I ever have a serious gum problems, I know who to go and I will get a great help. For me, these two months were so miserable since I was in a horrible pain and experience other problems related to my gums and I could not find any periodontist who was willing to see me. Because of this, I had so much anxiety in addition to my pain and stress due to the changes we are having right now.So, I cannot thank her enough to see me today. Additionally, the environment of the clinic is very relaxing and friendly. When I was there, there were three assistants working at the front desk and I did not have to wait for previous patient to finish her administration.

Everything about my experience at the CENTER was perfect from start to finish. A thoroughly professional and friendly place to get the absolute best periodontal work you can find in Los Angeles.  Dr. Kravitsky is an amazingly skilled and talented physician, who also happens to be warm and wonderful.  Every member of the staff is helpful, bright, and caring.  My procedure was smooth and fantastically successful.  I am so pleased with the care and quality medical services I received here, and cannot recommend the Center for Advanced P&I Therapy enough.

I’m very pleased with the treatment I received by Dr. Krivitsky in treatment my gum recession problem. The entire treatment was seamless and very professional. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs to treat this condition. The staff was highly professional and always punctual.

Super thankful to Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky for taking my husband for an urgent appointment and saving his tooth! They had to redo a bone graft for him after it was botched in NY. We have been traveling to LA just to have them work on our teeth. The office is beautiful and the staff are wonderful as well!
