Always happy to receive care here.  Not really a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Steen is always patient and explains everything. The front office is friendly and helps with insurance coverage. Magda takes excellent care of my dental issues and makes recommendations for things i can do to improve my dental health. Would hate to have to go anywhere else.

Dr. Steen is an excellent dentist! The entire office is very supportive and thorough when explaining any procedure. I first came to this office in 2015 after being referred by a friend. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work that I have had done. It’s so nice to receive exceptional care with ideal customer service! Thank you for making my dental appointments a pleasant experience!

I have been a patient at Center Care Dentistry for about 15 years.  Throughout this time they have helped me with routine dental cleaning, fillings, crowns, veneers and more recently with the Perio Protect gum disease prevention treatment.  I feel very comfortable with Dr. Steen and all his staff. They are very attentive, welcoming and responsive.  I don’t like getting dental work done, but I know I’m in good hands when I need it.   Everyone at Center Care is very nice and comforting. Over all these years, I had a couple dental scares in the evening, and Dr. Steen responded to my calls and fit me in his schedule the next morning.   I have received great advice from my hygienist Pam and from Dr. Steen as I have needed it.  I have been using the Perio Protect treatment for about two years, and it has made a great improvement in my gums. When Pam reads the numbers for the periodontal charts, there’s definitely been improvement without having any invasive procedure. The initial cost was high, but over the long run it’s cost-effective. I haven’t had to have any dental procedures since then.  The gel costs $24/tube and I use about 1 per month.  I live in Chandler, but I’m happy to drive all the way to downtown Phoenix for my appointments.  I definitely recommend Center Care Dentistry!

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Mariola and her professional , courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! Dr. Steen was very nice and informative. he made me feel right at home and provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! As I said earlier i recommend this place of business to anyone wanting good quality dental care .

I have been going to CenterCare Dental Group for the past 8 years. This place is amazing. The staff treats you like family. Pamela, the dental hygienist, is the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Steen is fabulous. I used to hate going to the dentist office until I found this place. My whole family goes here and I even refer all my friends here too. If I could sum this office up in three words it would be: Trustworthy, Caring and Professional!

I am not a big fan of going to see a dentist and I get really nervous when I have a dentist appointment. Dr. Steen and his staff always have been super friendly and patient with me, they make sure I understand everything they are going to do and help me make the right decision concerning my personal dental situation. Magda one the hygienist is very caring and professional as well as all the rest of his team. I would highly recommend Dr. Steen. My last visit was painless and quick, I’ll be back in 6 months, Thank you!!!

I have been going to Dr. Steen and seeing Pam (Hygienist) for 5+ years. When we first moved here I tried a couple of other places but haven’t strayed from their compassionate practice since. They are the only practice that has been able to get my problems under control with more advanced personalized treatments that are easy for me to do. Dr. Steen is gentle and not at all pushy in helping define a treatment plan that works for you. I suffered with periodontal disease and gum problems that were not being resolved with regular cleanings, better brushing and flossing habits and the dreaded scrapping under the gums. When Pam recommended a minimally invasive treatment called perio protect I wasn’t sure it would work but after 1 month of using them I am dedicated to this program. It is now 2 years and as long as I use them 2 – 3 times a day for 10 minutes my gums stay healthy ! The trays are filled with gel that tastes like peppermint. This treatment reduces the bacterial and the best part is your teeth get whiter! I have very sensitive teeth and this doesn’t bother me at all as long as I use sensitive toothpaste I’m fine. I have gone from 2,3,4 and 5 and at times a 6 to 2,3 and only a couple of 4’s in 1 month. If you keep it up you will have consistent results and it is only 10 minutes a few times a day. When I’m using it regularly I have only 2 and 3’s which is better than anything I have had in decades.

I have been going to Centercare for my dental needs for almost twenty years. Dr. Steen and his whole staff at Centercare Dentistry are total professionals and they are quickly responsive to whatever issues may arise. This week I badly chipped a molar and they found room to squeeze me in the same day. Dr. Nadia examined the issue and explained my options. I decided that a crown was the best solution and she was able to do that immediately. So pleased I could leave with the temporary crown ninety minutes after arriving! For a thorough cleaning, Magda is tops! Front office staff is great and eager to sort out insurance and payment issues. I never have to wait past my appointment time, either!

Dr. Steen is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I came to Centercare after not seeing a dentist in 6+ year. They improved my dental health, and now my teeth are in their best ever condition. His front and back office staff are amazing too. They make it happen! I love being a patient here.

I’ve been going to Dr Steen for over 20 years, and I recommend him to everyone I know. He and his staff provide solid advice that has proven to work. He keeps current on dental practices, such as new fillers, Invisalign braces, and other processes to ensure good results and dental health. I’ve always been given choices, with what to expect from each choice. I haven’t found Dr Steen to suggest anything unnecessary, only options if you wish them. The dental hygienists are top notch too, as is the office staff. It’s a state-of-the-art facility, and I appreciate it. I’m sure people can find a bargain dentist if they want one, but it’s not an area I want to skimp on.

WOW WOW WOW!! Had an appt. at 3;00 pm today 8 192019. All I can say is beyond impressed. I have never experienced a Dentist so cognizant of discomfort and took the time to assure proper numbing. Office staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the assistant in the procedure beyond superb. This practice will be my new choice to have dental care. I highly recommend, especially to anyone having anxiety surrounding dental work.

Love coming here!!! Everybody Is super nice and beautiful; always make me feel welcome and taken care of…Specially safe during this horrible unprecedented times of pandemic…. I feel safer here than in my own house, “REALLY GUYS”… Magda is an Awesome Hygienist!! she always gives me a super duper cleaning and my teeth feel fresh and clean. Dr. Steen is so knowledgeable, always offering the best options for treatment as well as explaining it in detail. The assistants are super nice all the time as well as gentle and efficient. I will definitely recommend this Dental office to all of my family and friends!!!

More than 10 years ago I walked into Centercare and let them know I was very fearful of dentists and had not been to a dentist for 10 years. Dr. Steen immediately put me at ease with his wonderful bedside manner, his gentleness, offers of pain free solutions, etc. The appointment went better than I could have imagined. After my first visit I was no longer afraid. Dr. Steen and his entire staff are fair, warm and caring and they never pressure me to do anything I don’t want to do. I now have great dental care for life and highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff is caring and knowledgeable and make a point to listen to concerns. Dr Steen is a wonderful dentist (and more!) and has worked on my pearly whites for years, Pam cleans them efficiently & thoroughly, the whole crew is helpful and timely. The staff and medical providers are incredibly conscientious and respectful. I was treated with kindness and all my questions were answered. They were transparent and forthcoming with cost estimates. I can’t recommend them any higher. I hope never to have to find another dentist.

I have been with Center Care for 27 yrs. I love Dr. Steen And his staff. I have always received exceptional customer service and when I’ve had an emergency I’ve always been told to come right on in. Excellent dental group! We moved from California and been with a dentist for over ten years and I’m very happy to have found this group. My first visit was for regular cleaning. It was very fast and efficient. Yesterday, I had an emergency where an old silver filling was compromised and popped out and broke off a good chunk of tooth. They were able to see me pretty quickly at short notice. I was pretty stressed out but Dr. Stein was very calm and compassionate. Dr. Stein was able to repair it with rapid efficiency, communicating what was going on every step of the way. The cost was pretty reasonable (in my opinion). I am confident we found a great dentist office for our care!

I have been with Center Care Dental and known Doctor Steen for 20 +years , and have always been satisfied with the sevice I’ve received. All my adult children and the spouses and partners go to Droctor Steen as well as extended family & friends. I love the saff they are always friendly and professional., I seen a different Dentist in Dr. Steens Office yesterday and he was excellent. Thank You!

My wife and I went to Centercare and the good experience starts before we got in the door. Centercare has parking spaces in the shade. Then the good experience continues with the warm and well trained reception staff. Fortunately my bone wasn’t receding due to the excellent cleaning I get. We couldn’t be more delighted with Centercare.

When I was searching for a new dentist five years ago, an overwhelming majority of Phoenician friends, colleagues, and clients referred me to Dr. Steen at Center Care Dentistry. I have been so impressed with the care I receive there that I have since moved to LA and still come back to AZ for my dental needs. While everyone is kind, helpful, and gentle I primarily see Magda, Dr. Steen, and Raquel during my visits. They equally answer all my questions, care about my well-being, use modern technology, and most importantly give me exceptional dental care. The office itself is clean, the schedule is always on time, the front office ladies are efficient and helpful with scheduling, payments, and insurance, and they go out of their way to ensure your happiness. I cannot recommend Center Care highly enough!
