The staff were nice and attentive. They were very organized and had most of my information pulled from Zocdocs. I had to fill out 2 more forms when I got there. Not their fault though. The doctor was very inviting and he did everything himself. He took one set of my x-rays and the hygienist took a different set with a machine. He went over everything, suggested a plan, and made some other recommendations that would be completed upon my next visit. Then he filled my tooth and told me he would send his plan to my insurance company so that they would detail what they would pay for. Overall the experience was pleasant all the way around. Really good dentist and staff!

Joanne at the front desk was immediately warm and welcoming for my first visit there. Dr. DePekary was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and actually did my full cleaning check up himself to introduce himself and welcome me to his practice. The cleaning was efficient, and he walked me through everything he was doing and why it was important, which I found very helpful, as well as giving me tips to improve my oral hygiene. I am generally apprehensive about going to the dentist, but won’t worry about going back to Dr. DePekary in six months! So happy to have found him close to my parent’s house.

I chose Dr. Depekary after my dentist of 40+ years retired. I went to one other dentist whom I did not care for and after much research selected Dr. D. He is thorough and professional. Spends a lot of time going over x-rays ,evaluating one’s dental issues and advising a treatment plan. The staff is very friendly and professional and the office immaculate. You are in good hands with this dental office.

He is the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. (Since I have moved a lot I’ve had about 12 dentists over the course of my life.) His chairside manner is very kind and professional. His skill level is second to none. He is masterful at what he does. He never fails to explain what and why he is doing something. I never thought it possible to look forward to a dental appointment (I’m not crazy, really) but i do. The welcome feeling starts with the receptionist and continues on to Dr. D. If you are fortunate to live anywhere near Summit, NJ then I can’t imagine finding a better dentist than Dr. DePekary

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dentist to date! Incredibly friendly team, thorough exam, informative and educational, and top quality patient care. There were some special touches as well, including a warm towel to wipe your face after the cleaning and a nice goodie bag with some fun extras like chapstick. Plus, they are able to take impressions for a retainer on site if needed. Highly recommend!

Dr. DePekary did an INCREDIBLE job with my veneers!! As soon as I wake up, I look in the mirror and I’m amazed at how beautiful my “new” teeth look. I used to be embarrassed to smile, but now I am totally confident and proud of my gorgeous new smile! My family and friends have said my veneers look natural and that I look more youthful ! Dr. DePekary’s chairside manner is exceptional ! He was very thorough explaining step-by-step the entire procedure to me. Both my husband and I are new regulars of Central Dental! We’ve had two cleanings and fillings, and they really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Depekary is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything. Plus, walking distance from the Summit train station and evening hours? Doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend!
