I’ve been coming to Central Park Dentistry for several years now and they’ve always been very professional, flexible and have kept my smile brilliant! I was recently crowned Miss CT USA 2017 and I don’t know if I would have been able to radiate as good of a smile as I’ve been told that I have without Dr. Frank DiCicco’s help. First and foremost, he makes sure that my teeth are healthy through semi-annual cleanings. His staff also ensures that I have sparkling white teeth with the at home whitening trays and their in-office ZOOM whitening treatments. Their services don’t stop there, as they also provide an even greater variety of cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic treatments not limited to invisalign, veneers, botox, juvederm and more. Separate from their services, their office is beautifully (and conveniently) located on Central Park South giving you a wonderful view while you’re getting any/all work done and the ability to stroll through Central Park before or after your service. As someone who’s based out of Greenwich, Connecticut.. I still make the trip into NYC to get my dental services done as I haven’t found anyone else who is as good as Frank. I highly recommend Central Park Dentistry for everyone!

From the moment I called Betty was kind, efficient, personable, and sympathetic. She accommodated my dental emergency seamlessly and was friendly through and through. The office was lovely and quiet. Within 5 mins of arriving Dr. DiCicco greeted me in the waiting area before escorting me to the exam room. Having a huge fear of being in the dental chair Dr. DiCicco calmed my nerves by thoroughly explaining everything he would do during his exam. He was very thorough and went beyond treating my initial problem by providing me with more knowledge about the health of my teeth. Very valuable information indeed. Tried several dentist in the area . Dr. Dicicco is ultimately the best !!! He’s very gentle and very careful , especially if you have sensitive teeth like me. From making the appointment to getting to the office, every aspect of the process was easy, efficient, and pleasant. The wait was brief and the office staff was friendly. The dentist, Dr. Frank DiCicco was outgoing and easy to talk to. I made an appointment for a consultation as I am new in town and did not mention that I wanted a cleaning. Dr. DiCicco did the cleaning himself as the hygienist was busy. In the past, I have had cleanings where I felt like I was being water-boarded. Not today! The cleaning was gentle and quick. I have had two appointments at this office and spoken with 6 people (doctors and staff). Every single person has been so kind and helpful. They also ask questions first and listen to concerns versus listing out everything possible you could ever do. I don’t like when doctors try to be too pushy and don’t keep in mind you are on a budget – this office is not pushy at all! They also give plenty of time to ask questions and seem like they actually want to speak with you. I really like that they have both dental and orthodontic services in the same office – this makes everything much simpler! I have a lot of anxiety around visiting doctors and am very embarrassed by my teeth, and so far they have been great!

The receptionists were very friendly and worked so patiently to help me resolve an insurance issue. The hygienist was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was feeling anxious and self conscious since I was very overdue for a cleaning. She was very empathetic, and helped normalize everything I was experiencing. The doctor looked through my x-rays with me. He was also friendly, thorough, and informative. I appreciate the time they took with me even though the appointment started about 20 minutes late due to my insurance issue. No one ever made me feel rushed.

Dr. DiCicco has excellent bedside manner. He suggested doing some work that I was hesitant about, and rather than talk down to me or grow impatient, he listened to all of my concerns, heard me out, talked every single thing through with me, and ultimately made me comfortable with his suggestion. And, I gotta say, as soon as he performed what he was suggesting, it immediately fixed my problem. I was in significant jaw pain, and it went away almost immediately. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit. As well, the entire staff there is so so nice and welcoming
