Dr. Jacobs is the best dentist I have ever been to in NYC. At the risk of sounding immature, I must admit that I used to have severe anxiety before going to the dentist. It is something I could not get over since having a less than amazing experience as a child at a mediocre practice. I let Dr. Jacobs know I hated going to the dentist so much that I even panicked the night before. I quickly realized that there was no need for this overwhelming anxiety anymore once I met Dr. Jacobs. He is extremely professional, kind-hearted, and really cares about his patients. He uses methods that eases injections when necessary, and miraculously I never feel any pain when I am getting work done (cleaning, filling, cap for root canal, you name it!) at the hands of Dr. Jacobs. If you want a professional, kind, welcoming, knowledgable, and delicate dentist that will get the work done virtually pain and stress free… Dr. Jacobs is the ONLY dentist to see!

I saw Dr. Jacobs on many occasions as I needed a lot of work done due to a trauma as a kid. He worked hand in hand with my ortho to make sure I got the best care and treatment to fit my needs. Dr. Jacobs is the ultimate professional. He performed an extraction on my wisdom tooth. He explained every step to me as the procedure was underway and allayed any apprehension/concerns I might have had. The healing process was rapid and he called to check on my progress.
