I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to write a review, but I’ve wanted to write one for CTO for months now. My son has been a patient for about 18 months, and I’ve loved everything about our experience. – The staff is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them at each visit. – The office is warm and home-like, with Austin themed decor. My son loves playing the Ms PacMan arcade game in the waiting room. – They’re always doing cool giveaways with great prizes. – Our appointments start on time and move along efficiently; we’re never left sitting around waiting. – I’ve felt very happy with our treatment plan and have appreciated seeing the progress that’s been made. I could go on and on, but these are just some of my favorite things about CTO. I’m so thankful that my son’s dentist referred us here. Orthodontic work is never fun, but my son and I actually enjoy our visits here. I highly recommend!

Central Texas Orthodontics are amazing. Everyone has been the greatest. Great customer service and patient care. Could not ask for anything better. Everything was explained upfront, easy payment options, and was able to finish braces before the expected time frame. AWESOME! Every chance I have, I recommend CTX Orthodontics. I love Central Texas Orthodontics and Dr. St. Louis! Our older son had a severe overbite and they have worked with him to get that corrected. Our second son is in braces too and I can’t tell you how easy they are to work with. Or oldest has has several additional items that couldn’t have been predicted originally such as a molar not coming up, and there has been no additional cost and they are always doing what is best for my son and his teeth. We’ve been with them over 2 1/2 years and I’m as happy today as my first appointment.

Awesome people, awesome service! My daughter needed Phase I tx so I got 3 quotes. These guys were 50% cheaper than another office’s quote! The best thing is not only were they cheaper, but I feel like I’m receiving top notch professional care & customer service! The staff is friendly and they even do regular “themes” dressing up and having fun. Very nice environment, clean, etc. Highly recommend!

I signed up as an adult patient for a 6 month quick ortho fix to ensure that future planned upper veneers would last. I paid for the braces up front and ended up being in them about a year longer than expected. My teeth didn’t move as fast as expected. During the entire treatment Dr B. and the staff were completely awesome. They didn’t charge me a penny more than we agreed up front for the 6 month plan. The office is very welcoming and fun. They regularly do theme weeks like halloween constumes, movember and stuff like that. Very cool place to visit and I’ll be enternally grateful to Dr B., Angela (and Felix) for the expert work they did to get me closer to a perfect smile. Now my wife and teenager are signed up. We really love Central Texas Orthodontics. Thanks guys for the great experience!

I have been so pleased with our relationship with CTO. My daughter started coming here approx. 3 years ago for consultation when our DDS suggested that she needed braces. At that time both Dr.’s were in practice before the one retired, the transition was seamless. The staff are courteous and professional. The office is very clean, bright and cheerful, great for the anxiety of pre-teens. They really try to have fun and make the whole process pain-free and enjoyable. Dr. Brian St. Louis was very careful and deliberate with his recommendations through the process. Instead of rushing her into work, he patiently waited for teeth to come and go and although he originally considered one mode of treatment for a year and then starting braces at our next checkup decided it was best to pull four teeth, wait another many months and then examine again. I am so glad that he did. It saved us hundreds of dollars and helped her teeth and mouth adjust a bit on their own. When the day finally came to get her braces they did an excellent job of explaining every step very thoroughly. They were very informative and supportive. Twice she has had an issue while the office was closed and both times my call was quickly returned and Dr. St. Louis was able to meet us to correct the problem with a great demeanor. I really can’t say enough positive things about this place. If I had one negative, it would be the location of the building on a one way so close to the intersection of Brodie and Slaughter. It requires a few more light signals and turns, but seriously, convenience is a 1st world problem and I’m willing to make the extra effort for CTO! Worth mentioning, my son had a different orthodontist and I can say I am way happier with CTO and Dr. B

I got my braces in January of 2012 at 64 years old. During the 19 months I was in braces, I had each of the techs at one time or another and they are ALL really great to work with. Dr. Cantu was my primary and he was excellent. Dr. St. Louis saw me a couple of time and he’s terrific as well.The front desk staff is very accomodating and friendly. The whole staff have great pesonalities and senses of humor. It was so comfortable and pleasant to have my appointments. I am 66 years old now and I have the smile of my dreams. Also, during the time I was in braces I never experienced pain. So if you are afraid of the pain of braces, don’t be. Techniques these days are light years ahead of what they used to be. I highly recommend CTO to ANYONE, expecially senior citizens.

Dr. St. Louis and the assistants are just awesome! We have been going for more than a year when my son got braces, and I’ve been pleased on every visit. They are on time, they know what they are doing and my son has not had any issues. They also worked with us on the payment plan, so I like no hidden costs! Would absolutely recommend them!

I love Central Texas Orthodontics and Dr. B!!!!!!! My daughter has been going here since 2010. We started off with Phase I for her and at that time, she would not even smile. Dr. B and the entire staff have been so thorough and patient with her over the years. Last month she got her braces off and she could not be happier. Now all she does is smile!! I am so thankful to Dr. B for taking all the time with us over the years. Even though it may be a busy day during your appointment, he takes the time to make you feel important as a patient. I love the energy that the office has……….especially the theme dress up weeks. We couldn’t be happier with this office.

Dr. St. Louis and his whole team are amazing!!! Friendly, responsive, and professional! They go above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s teeth are looking great. They empower and engage with her during procedures! Highly recommend!

I have only had one appointment here so far but I am very pleased already! I needed a new retainer and going to an orthodontist you have never met can be a gamble, but the moment I walked in I knew I would be taken care of. The assistants are very friendly and helpful, it creates a very cheery atmosphere when you come in. I was seen right after my paperwork was complete and met with the assistant and explained what was going on. She got my info and said just a minute the Dr will be with you. And he actually was! He showed up 2 minutes later, we discussed my retainer issue and scheduled impressions for the following week. So far I would recommend Dr. St. Louis and his staff to anyone who needs any Orthodontic work done. You will leave in a better mood than you came in with!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Brian St. Louis and Central Texas Orthodontics. The entire experience from initial consulation to expander, braces and retainer, was so smooth. Kudos to Dr. St. Louis and all the staff, they run a top notch business and should be very proud. We highly recommend them!
