Sherri and her staff are professional, friendly, on time and extremely thorough! I called with the emergency of a broken tooth. They were kind enough to fit me in the following day. Sherri took the time to explain all of my opinions, (including photographs of necessary procedures) She answered all of my (many) questions and made me feel at ease. The staff is pleasant and truly lovely. I highly recommend Sherri Scott… She makes going to the dentist an exceptional experience from being to end! Dr. Scott is the best dentist in town. I have been going to her for the last 5 years and keep making the commute to her even as I move around to different parts of Los Angeles. Her staff is caring and offer me a cold or room temperature water every time I visit. She is able to perform wisdom teeth removal, dental cleaning and teeth whitning. I enjoy coming over to the area because Dr. Scott is really good at her profession and I feel cool because I am near the cool agency you see on Entourage. Dr. Scott should make a show about Dentists. That would be cool. Maybe I will ask her about it. Century City Dentists.

Our family has been with Dr. Scott for over four years. We moved about twenty five miles away two years ago and we still continue to see Dr. Scott because of the friendly and professional service. The staff is very helpful and inviting, they always offer a bottle of water on arrival and a warn neck pillow. The office is very comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Scott to anyone looking for great dental service.

Great and welcoming experience. The worst part was having to wait over 30 mins after my appointment time to have my procedure done, but besides that minor inconvenience I found the doctor and staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thanks for the smooth and painless experience!

Dr. Scott and her staff are very welcoming, professional and efficient. Her office is very bright, modern, clean, and inviting. Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me water upon my arrival. As I filled out forms in the lobby the soothing music calmed my nerves from the anxiety I usually feel when I have to visit the dentist, especially since it was an emergency visit. Julie the dental assistant was very quick and gentle when taking my x-rays. Shortly after Dr. Scott explained the condition of the tooth with detail and took the time to listen to the pre-existing conditions. I had an issue with my previous dentist who refused to treat me and owes me a refund. She listened to me, gave me professional advice as to how I should proceed with the dispute, prescribed me antibiotics for my gum infection and did not charge me for my visit since there was nothing she could do based on the brittle condition of my tooth. Her professional advice equipped me with the tools necessary to have my previous dentist re-open my case requesting them to finish the job that they started. Dr. Scott asked me to keep her posted on the outcome with my other dentist and showed genuine care and concern for my well being. I will be visiting her office for future dental needs. She is personable, caring and has created an esthetically pleasing office environment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a competent dentist with a thorough understanding of her profession who embraces customer service.

Dr. Sherri Scott is personable, thorough and professional. Her office staff is outstanding and they have a good working relationship, which is important for a service business such as dentistry. You walk in and you’re immediately are greeted and asked if you’d like bottled water; to calm your nerves your offered a warm Lavender scented neck wrap and at the end of the procedure your left with mouthwash and a warm Lavender scented face cloth. Feel relaxed? I did. All of that in combination with easy digital paperwork, a beautiful office, and the dental equipment is high-tech. I had several cavities and each one she showed me a digital photo of the decay. I felt she was truthful and wanted the best for me and my teeth. Thanks Dr. Scott for the great dental experience.

Dr. Scott’s staff are very pleasant, professional and thoughtful of each patient’s sensitivities. Dr. Scott is hands-on, gentle and thorough. Her office setting is tranquil, which is a nice feature for those of us who get the jitters. Her technology is top of the line.

Dr. Scott is friendly, thorough, thoughtful and talented as a hygienist and as a dentist. Her offices are appointed with soothing colors and furniture and I always feel confident in her caring for my pearly whites.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Scott and her entire staff. I am a recent new patient, and I have been 100% satisfied with everything about her office. Dental Care – Dr. Scott is excellent. She has filled a few cavities and done an excellent job. Dr. Scott cleans teeth herself, and performs all the dental work herself, which is great. She takes her time with her patients and does a very good & thorough job. I have been very happy with her dental care and her care. She also has helped me with invisalign. She laid out all the pros and cons and was very informative, and helped me make a decision. She performs the invisalign work out her office herself, and i have been very happy with the treatment and results….And her pricing was very competitive! Scheduling/Care – I had a special circumstance where I needed to come in as soon as possible (where i did not have an appointment). I called her at night after office hours and asked her office to return my call early the next morning. Not only did she call me first thing in the morning, she was able to accommodate my need to come in that day. In-Office Staff – Her entire staff is great!!! Jessica is extremely nice, and helpful at the front desk. They are very organized Dental Office – The pictures tell the story. Great, new office.

First of all, the office itself is beautiful, relaxing, and feels like a spa waiting room. They only schedule one patient in a time slot so that your wait time is quicker once you arrive. Her staff (both front desk and dental assistant) are excellent, caring, and very capable people. As for the service itself, I had a question as to whether all my fillings were really necessary (as I see some other reviewers wondered). Dr. Scott gave me information on why the fillings were recommended, but I felt that ultimately she left the decision up to me to make. Personally, I’d rather be on the safe side so I ended up getting the fillings, but at no time did I feel pressured or mislead into getting unnecessary work done. The fillings are working out fine and my bite doesn’t feel strange. She did all this without an anesthetic and still it was not painful. At my request, Dr. Scott went back in and made some adjustments to the fillings to make sure I was satisfied with them. I’ll be back in a few months for my cleaning.

Dr. Scott is the best dentist I’ve ever been to.  She is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, nice, and very caring. When I was at the dental office I  was actually nervous but Dr. Scott and her staffs made me felt welcomed and relaxed. She is very gentle and none of the procedures she did on me hurt.  Also, she always follows up with me to make sure I feel fine the next day.  I really feel that both her and her staff care about their patients. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this dental office. 5 stars all the way 🙂

I had a great experience at Dr. Scott’s office. The office is clean and modern and there was no wait time when I arrived. Everything was explained clearly, and she answered all of my questions. She has a pleasant disposition and wasn’t trying to sell me on additional procedures that I didn’t need. Highly recommended
