This was the best by far dental office that I have ever been to. I have went to several dental offices to help save my teeth and every office wanted to pull (extract) my teeth. This office not only saved my teeth with a bridge but gave me back my smile which means the world when its your front teeth. I appreciate this office so much. The doctors are so comforting and explain everything they are going to do and the assistants make you feel very safe and relaxed. The doctors here are genuine and only want to help you and do whats best for you. I would recommend this office to anyone that wants genuine and caring doctors that really care for their patients.

This has been by far the most pleasant experience I have had at a dental office. The office manager and dentist is very friendly and professional. I got my silver fillings replaced with composite fillings and also got my teeth cleaned. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who wants to receive dental care with A+ service. First time here and they were very accommodating.  It was easy to schedule an appointment.  I got an appointment  the following  week. The staff members were professional  and friendly. The office was clean and had up to date x ray equipment,  unlike other offices I’ve visited. During the appointment I asked if I can do a deep cleaning last minute, because my insurance  was running out the end of the month. They were very accommodating and were able to give me a deep cleaning the same day at a decent price.  I would recommend  anyone to to this office. I had Dr. Fang and  Letty work on my teeth and they were a great duo. Overall, great staff, service and price!

After avoiding the dentist for 3 years, I knew I had to find a new dentist once I was on new insurance. I found this office on Yelp and I’m so glad I did. This was the best dental visit I’ve ever had. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes and I even had to fill out all the paperwork! They didn’t push extra services on me either, something that always makes me uneasy about visiting the dentist. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly and welcoming. The front desk ladies were fun to talk to! Thanks for the awesome experience. I hope other yelpers find this place!

This is hands-down the best dentist office that I have ever received services from. As a child I had a very traumatizing experience with the dentist, I shared this experience with Odessa and she reassured me that the Dentists would make sure that I received the best dental care- she was absolutely right!  All of the staff are kind, friendly and Odessa and  Yolanda’s care exceeded my expectations!

Shout out to Cerritos Town Center Dentistry! They are amazing! They always make me feel welcome and work with my dental insurance to accommodate my needs. Dr. Woo and Dr Yong are professional wizards as evidenced by my amazing smile. And the reception staff greet me with genuine concern,  especially Phary! I am a client for life and recommend this office to everyone!

This office is amazing. I went to so many offices to help me save and fix my teeth. So many other offices wanted to pull (extract my teeth) this office saved my teeth and I received a bridge. The service was amazing, so gentle and explained everything that they were doing. Even the assistant made me feel so comfortable. Had an emergency dential situation as a result of too many M&M’s (who would have thought) and they were able to fit me in the next day. The office is really clean, all the people are really nice, and I love the state of the art equipment! The doctor gave me great advice regarding my options. She talked me through the whole process, was very gentle, and the end result looks (and feels) better then before. I am definitely becoming a regular patient.

Walang sakit (No pain in Tagalog) Literally the most painless prophylaxis (cleaning) I’ve ever had in my adult life! Usually, I’d have dentists forcefully tug & scrape my chompers and gumline repeatedly over & over again, giving me a tension headache in the process and wishing the cleaning would be over already. But not with Dr. Yong DDS. With much dexterity, he handled the sonic scaler like a master painter, cleaning each of my teeth w/o my feeling any discomfort. Kudos to you, Dr. Yong! Service was good. The staff was one short the day of my appointment, due to someone having a migraine, but I was seen at or close to my scheduled time and my appointment didn’t take long at all. The waiting room is small, with only magazines and no TV to pass the time. Parking is at the Cerritos Towne Center. Cerritos Towne Center Dentistry is located on the left of Wal-mart, adjacent to Men’s Wearhouse. As previously mentioned, no pain! My pearly whites (I wish. More like canary yellows) were squeaky clean, and nary a headache was to be had. As far as dental visits go, it seems the stars aligned with my first visit to Cerritos Towne Center Dentistry. I will be a regular patient going forward and recommend everyone else interested in a new dentist do the same.

I first visited Cerritos Town Center Dentistry several weeks ago after I broke a tooth. I didn’t have any pain but the tooth was sharp and needed a crown. They did not have any availability on the day I first contacted them but they saw me 2 days later (the soonest I was available) to grind down the sharp edge on my tooth. I was happy that they were able to work me in. The next week, was my first of two appointments for a new crown. I didn’t know what to expect because this was a new experience for me. The staff was nice and explained what they were doing as they worked. There was some grinding, impressions, and I was fit with a temporary crown. Their friendly bedside manner allowed me to be comfortable despite my anxiety with the process. Today (2 weeks later) I received my permanent crown. Thankfully, no needles or grinding. They simply removed the temporary, adjusted the new crown for fit and cemented it in place. They also cleaned my teeth. Front Office – 5 Stars – They were friendly and professional Dentist – 5 Stars – She was pleasant and more importantly, gentle Professional Staff – 5 Stars – The two girls, I assume dental hygienists, were both exceptionally nice. It’s a vulnerable position to be in when laying on your back with a bright light in your face and someone else poking around in your mouth with sharp things. Each of the staff members was thoughtful and considerate of my comfort. Thank you.

Cerritos Towne Center Dentistry have a great team, from the Front Desk on. The girls on the front desk are the first point of contact when a patient, especially a new patient walks in. They are all doing a great job. My experience was very positive. I have made a wise choice with your office! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting staff and doctors. I had always been so nervous going to the dentist, and then my wife recommended this dental office. I have always taken care of my teeth, and have seen a few providers over the years, however, the professionalism and competence, and overall wonderful treatment received is always above and beyond! This is the absolute best place in the world for a family to come for dental care. Please don’t change anything. I have always been 100% satisfied with all the professional work I have had done at Cerritos Towne Center Dentistry . They are always at the top of the latest, most efficient and painless procedures. I highly recommended this PPO dental office!

I came here for the second time to finish the other left part of my teeth for a deep cleaning and the staff here is so sweet and nice =) you walk in and the front desk people will tell you to sign in and you just wait for your turn. Today I spoke with Desy and she was making small talk with me and I felt very welcome :3 we went over how much the costs would be and she confirmed with me that it was $290 for a filling and deep cleaning. She noticed they didn’t put the filling down so she went right ahead and jotted it into the notes. When it was finally my turn to go in for the cleaning Dr. Richard took care of me and gave me advice not only for my teeth but for my overall health. He can be kind of curt sometimes but you gotta understand he probably gets annoying people like me all the time who suck at cleaning their teeth or haven’t had insurance in like forever so we end up with messed up teeth lol. Anyway, his lovely assistant Eileen was very nice and she took care of the last part after Richard cleaned the tartar off my teeth. He also showed me how to floss properly to avoid getting tartar buildup since I was doing it wrong. Anyway when that was all done I just had to pay da bill. Oh by the way, you won’t be left with questions after your visit because for my first visit an awesome assistant named Odessa briefed me in what was gonna happen in my future visit. She told me that the cleaning was gonna be $200 for the left side and that they could only do either one quadrant at a time or a whole side at once. You can’t do both and get it over with or else your face is gonna be numb and effed up 🙁 she answers all of your questions and her name sounds like a cool DJ who I just heard of last year lol. Anyway thank you so much guys! =) Tip: they don’t call you to remind you of an appointment so make sure you jot it down or else you will have bad teeth forever.

I had a great visit recently. It had been quite some time that I visited a dentist office due to my fear of dental work. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. They made me feel just at home. My procedure for the removal of my wisdom teeth went well. It is now day two of recuperation and I’m feeling just fine. Experienced little to no swelling and just experienced a tad soreness, which is normal. I will be coming back soon to continue more of my dental needs. Thank you again staff, you were wonderful!
