I have been going to Chamberlain Dental since I moved here a few years ago. Coming from Connecticut and being with the same dentist my whole life, I was concerned about finding a new practice. Well, Chamberlain Dental has exceeded my expectations! From the moment you walk in the door you will feel comfortable. Janis at the front desk is incredibly sweet and knows her job inside and out! The rest of the staff there are all so kind and truly care about you in every way. Dr. Chamberlain has a way of making you feel at ease instead of feeling nervous when he speaks to you and explains everything thoroughly. You do not feel rushed at all. He listens and takes his time with his clients. I highly recommend this practice! In fact I have, many times and everyone who has gone there agrees with me.

I just moved to the area about a month ago and had the misfortune to chip a tooth about a week after arriving, so I’ve been on the hunt for a dentist. After being a patient at my last clinic, the bar has been set pretty high, so I’ve tried to do my due diligence in reading reviews and double checking insurance networks to get a group on par with my people from Parkside. I cross-referenced Delta Dental and reviews on Yelp to find myself calling Dr. Chamberlain’s office. First of all, Heather answered the phone and left a great first impression. She was willing to answer my myriad of questions and work with my schedule, offering me a walk-in appointment that afternoon. Got to the clinic, filled out the necessary paperwork, and it was only a few minutes before Danielle appeared to check me in. She was friendly, patient, and listened to all of my concerns before telling me what could be done in a first time appointment. Then, Dr. Chamberlain came in. He, like Danielle, was personable and welcoming. Despite my trepidation for the moment when I knew he’d want to examine my toothed chip, I was put at ease. Dr. Chamberlain’s exam was quick and painless, and he was quick to reassure me that he wouldn’t be causing me any pain if he could help it. After the exam, we examined my X-rays and the photos of my mouth that Danielle took during check-in. I’ve never had such a thorough explanation of what’s going on inside my mouth (even if the side of the photos on the screen made me want to run to the nearest bathroom and brush my teeth like never before). Dr. Chamberlain pointed out old fillings, places that would turn into cavities if I didn’t maintain brushing and flossing, as well as his recommendations for how to handle my chipped tooth. I’ve booked my follow up appointment for him to place a crown (and my anxiety about the situation has been decreased by the fact that they use sedation) in August. At the front desk, Heather was quick to explain the estimate and how everything would break down so that I left with no questions. All in all, this was an excellent first visit. I’m glad to have found this office, and can’t wait to get this crown placed because I know I’ll be in excellent hands.

The doctor is in, very nice experience as a new patient. This was the most comprehensive evaluation I ever had at a dentist office. In addition to x-rays they also took front/back/rear view pictures of my teeth. The doctor sat down and review the films and pictures explaining my current dental health and plan of care. Chamberlain Dental is amazing. I had a wonderful experience. Visiting the dentist is one of my worst fears but Dr. Chamberlain changed that. My entire family has been going to Chamberlain Dental for years. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Lisa (who does our teeth cleaning) is super gentle and explains everything she is doing from start to finish. Her procedures are always quick and painless. Janice (front desk) went out of her way to show me the proper steps for my at home teeth whitening after my first two attempts alone failed miserably. And this was on a Friday afternoon, right before closing time. These are just 2 examples of how the entire staff go above and beyond to make every visit pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I always get nervous going to the dentist, but this was the first time I have felt calm during my visit all thanks to Dr. Chamberlain and his staff. I was very impress with my first visit and follow up. The office is clean and modern. The doctor has excellent bedside manners but most impressive is the technology and attention to details. I found myself with toothache over the holidays. I called Tuesday afternoon, they fit me in the schedule next day 7:30AM. I expected diagnosis and plan of care but never expected to walk out with all work done. Dr. Chamberlain and his staff were phenomenal, they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this dentist. Every member of the team I crossed paths with were very pleasant, upbeat, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion, they actually had to babysit my doped up self while we waited for my ride to pick me up; I felt this really went the extra mile. I arrived with a mouthful of bad teeth and a smile that could scare children 🙂 I ended up having 5 or so teeth pulled, two or three crowns, and two bridges. I recently had to have two teeth filled, and going to Dr. Chamberlain was the best decision I made! The office is really tastefully decorated, so when you walk in it has a very comforting feeling that was easy to relax. I didn’t have to wait more than a minute or two in the waiting room before getting called back (not that I would have minded since it was so nice!) and I was seen right away! Dr. Chamberlain explained what was going on every step of the procedure, and explained all of their state of the art techiniques and equipment they have available at their office. It was really the best dental experience I could have asked for. Dr. Chamberlain and his friendly staff have my 100% endoresement and support! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I don’t know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist. It is one of those annoying parts of life you must go through. At Chamberlain, they truly make the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. They seem to care about you as a patient. It boggles my mind to think after having a filling done and my mouth numb for an hour that I would want to come and write a 5 star review, but the staff and doctor simply are that wonderful!!
