This place is great–always on time, which is most important to me. My entire family goes here as they are great with adults and kids and with a variety of needs. The place is clean and easy to get to, and all of the staff (front office and hygienists) are professional and friendly. I saw a new dr. just this week, and he was great–funny and personable and answerd all of my questions! I hope to see him again. My husband always sees Dr. Tom, whom he liked from the first visit and was the reason for us switching to Chandler Dental Health. (Important to note that Dr. Tom tries to work with you, not upselling services, actually trying to avoid unnecessary procedures.)

I am honored to be one of their first clients and I can tell you without equivocation, I would NEVER consider going elsewhere.  Their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to their patients is unlike any other practice I’ve ever known.  Sorry guys… you’re “stuck” with me for life!!

Dr. Tom and Dr. Grace are both kind and professional. I was able to get appointments on short notice during a busy time. Appointments went quickly and everything was explained in detail. Kaysie and the rest of the admin staff are extremely welcoming and make a point to greet and say goodbye to patients using their names. Tiffany is a phenomenal hygienist and makes sure her patients know all they can about their dental health. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Outstanding! The staff is informative, kind, competent and GENTLE!  On my initial visit I had plenty of time with the dentist reviewing my dental health and had all my questions thoroughly answered. As for routine cleanings, my teeth are sensitive to cold and no matter where I go, I usually have some discomfort during cleanings. However, I had a completely different experience here. The hygienist was extremely gentle and attentive to my sensitive teeth. I had absolutely no discomfort….I kept waiting for that painful instant of a poorly placed tool, misjudged pressure, or the aching that comes with a dump of cold water for swishing but it never came. I have never had such a positive experience going to the dentist.

After all the Perfect Reviews, I like to state  mine. I Do Not like to See a dentist!!! But this dental  office makes me feel at ease. They are all very professional, friendly and helpful!!!  Lori, my hygienist,  is just great! Dr. Tom has patience! Which I appreciate . They even call me before each cleaning to remind me to take my antibiotics.. They were instrumental in  improving my overall dental health.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. It’s very clean, calm, the staff is very professional and efficient. Everyone is really nice and funny. All the cleanings I have had and the cavities I’ve had filled here went extremely well – every other place I’ve gone to has messed up my fillings, requiring me to go back and get them fixed. I really have nothing bad to say at all about this place. Would highly recommend.

I have been a patient of CDH since 2002 and find their dentists and hygienists to be top quality, skillful, pleasant, intelligent professionals who helpe keep my teeth in good order and make the doctor/patient experience outstanding through thoughtful consideration of my needs and proper use of all the latest dental tools. My wife and I will graciously recommend Dr. Tom and Grace and their staff to anyone wishing to consider these top dental practice for his or her needs.

Dr. Tom and his staff ALL did an awesome job!  I was told from another dentist that I needed a crown replaced.  After examination, Dr. Tom said it is still in good shape and luckily I didn’t have to replace it!!  Very professional, honest and I’m confident this team will NOT try to over charge a patient for procedures not needed.  I highly recommend!

I have been going to Chandler Dental Health for 14 years. They are so amazing! Everyone is on time which is so important to me. They are ALL so friendly, warm, and kind. We now live 45 minutes away but I still make the drive in because I’m so happy there. I got married last year and my husband now goes there also and loves it and my mom has an apt on Monday:). I cannot say enough good things about CDH.

Best dentists ever! Dr. Grace and Dr. Tom are the best dentists ever! No joke!  They are incredibly customer focused.  Their staff are just as incredible as they are.  I have been their patient since they opened their office and they have only gotten better.  My daughter is now their patient and we both drive a long way to make our visits.  But they are worth it!  Thank you!

Dr. Tom knows this is coming so I’m just going to say it…My recent experience was like going through the car wash with one window down…Lots of whirring, some grinding and multiple splashes of water on my face from the high speed drill – in other words, it was AWESOME! Just a little “clean up” after a root canal. If you have the chance to entrust your dental health to these fine people and their amazing, highly friendly staff, I suggest you do so. Truly the best dentist practice in the valley. I have been a patient here for over ten years; no matter which part of town I have lived in or worked.The entire team is great; Dr. Tom is very caring and knowledgeable, my hygienist, Lori, has helped me a lot. Kaysie and Elaine handle the appointments and insurance and Mary and Stephanie have been great assistants.

Everyone is kind and very helpful. Office is very clean. Visits are thorough and recommendations are made but I never feel pressured to do additional dental work. All options are presented for any dental work recommended. I highly recommend this dental office. I have been going to Dr Tom for 13 years!

These people are amazing! I am greeted by my first name as I walk in the door. Everyone is smiling. I get in at my appointment time. I am given the details of the bill, sign the paperwork, get the work done and am out the door 1/2 hour later…are you kidding me? I have never had this kind of care. Love my Chandler Dental Health Team!

Another year has passed and Chandler Dental Health just keeps getting better and better. They are by far the best place I have ever found to take care of my teeth and believe me, entering my senior years, I have been to a lot of other dentists! What follows is a recap of my previous review.  “Wow! A 5 Star dentist? It can’t be…  at least that’s what I thought until I was lucky enough to stumble upon Chandler Dental Health. I have been going to them for several years now and have been attended to by both Dr Tom and Dr Grace. Take your pick, they are both great dentists. And kudos to all their dental hygienists too. I can’t say enough good things about this place and that includes all the staff. Everyone is friendly, courteous, professional and very accommodating. Never a long wait for my appointment , never ‘hustled’ for work that was not necessary, never ‘gouged’ on my bill, never a problem period. And thanks to Kathy for keeping the place running smoothly. I’ve been going to Chandler Dental Health for a long time-I recommend them whole heartedly.  Dr. Grace and Dr. Tom are awesome, Rose the hygenist is great, Cathy-the insurance guru-is terrific.   When I first went to them, I had a treatment plan as long as my arm because of all the work I had to have done-due to my childish avoidance of dentists.  They worked with me for literally years to get everything done.   Patient care comes first here.   Oh and they are encouraging about achieving better dental health-I’ve never felt shamed or humiliated because I didn’t floss-but have been told specific reasons why I should floss based on the needs of my mouth

Dentist anxiety is a thing! It’s hard to find a good provider for dental care and when you’ve got a whole family to take care of, it’s  a moving parts thing! Chandler Dental Health has been SO easy to transition to! Their scheduling is so easy; and they are gentle and easy going.  They work with our insurance and I haven’t had any problems with anything! So far, so good!

Outstanding dentists and hygienists and front desk people work in this office. These people not only take good care of my mouth and teeth but they explain all procedures, provide guidance on how to treat my teeth and are just very pleasant to be associated with. They are also very, very professional and competent.

From the front office to the quality of dental care, this place is perfect. My boyfriend started going there, then I did. We even switched our son over from his pediatric dentist to go here because they are so gentle, clean and professional. I have also had some dental issues in the past and they actually were able to give me OPTIONS to correct them, not just telling me what to do. I have never had a choice in decision making in my dental care. When I went in when I was pregnant, I let them know the taste of mint made me nauseous and they easily accommodated me. We have never felt ridiculed or scolded here, which is a common issue with dentists. If I move to Sun City some day, I will still make the drive to this office. This is my forever dentist.

I’m still going to CDH and still love it. I just want to update my review from a few years ago to say that nothing has changed! They even found my first official cavity 🙁 and took care of that for me without much of an issue. This place is so professional that it almost makes me sick. Ha! They are great fun and the reviews show it – how many dentist offices do you know that have people that go out of their way to submit a Yelp review? Much less all reviews being 5-star reviews!
