Chandler Dental was great! I just moved to AZ, had been going to the same dentist my entire life. I don’t like going to the dentist in the first place, so to have to find somewhere new was not something I was looking forward to. Maureen was so sweet! She gave me a tour of the office, explained what she was doing and told me to ask questions if I had them. Maureen was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I do love the feeling of how your teeth feel after being cleaned! Thanks for the great experience, I’ve already recommend Chandler Dental to friends.

Dr. Lana Wong is amazing. I went years in-between visiting a dentist because of several uncomfortable and painful past experiences. I have had extensive dental work just this past week and Dr. Wong worked with me in regards to the time I was available, she is gentle, and my entire experience was pain free. Top notch practice – from the front office to the assistants to the doctors. I’m from out of town and I had an emergency situation that involved an extraction. They took me same day and stayed late to treat me. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and they even followed up with me the next day to see how I was recovering. The facility was spotless, the technology is cutting edge, and they didn’t bs me around trying to upsell me on anything.

They give you a tour so you’re familiar with your surroundings and a little more at ease. They give you a list of things they have to make your visit more enjoyable (water, juice, headphones, iPads, TVs on the ceiling where you can watch Netflix…). It’s really great. They take into consideration what your personal concerns are, and they work with you to find a game plan that tackles what you need done in the way you need to do it. I really appreciate their approach here.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Lana for at least 6 years; so long, now, it feels like she’s more part of our family than our dentist! Not only is Dr. Lana a fabulous dentist, she is very personable and takes an interest in her patients, and has a long, keen memory! She’s very much the friendliest dentist I’ve ever seen, and I always recommend her to my friends and family (and they go, they stay, and they tell me how happy they are with my recommendation!). Her new office is beautiful with a cool industrial feel and comfy furniture, and there are TVs on the ceiling to distract you if you need them. Families are welcome, and Dr. Lana is very good with kids; my daughter adores her and can’t wait to go visit when it’s time for her cleanings! Claudia is a fabulous dental assistant, and though she is very busy, she takes the extra time to make sure you are comfortable, from x-rays to polishing your teeth. You really can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Lana for your dental needs. 🙂

I dislike the dentist, who doesn’t? This wasn’t like another dentist though, they gave me a tour to put me at ease, showed me pricing before I did anything, were very low pressure, gave me goody bags and even had a comfort menu. Ie free water, chapstick, blanket or even and ipad to play on if you are bored. I have three more appointments scheduled already and I have already referred my mom and 2 friends. Thanks guys!

I had a cleaning and xrays done about 6 months ago. This was my favorite, most relaxing dental experience ever. I only remember going to the same dentist since I was 12 years old. This was my first new dental office as an adult. From the moment I was taken back, I was treated great. I don’t have much anxiety at the dentist, but I could still notice the difference in experience. My mind was at ease at all times. Everyone is nice and smiles there. The office of Chandler Dental was very tidy, clean and organized. With an open smile and a tour of the office, I was welcomed. The workers were very helpful in making me feel very relaxed. At this office, I was a new patient and I must say that this place knows how to handle old and new patients very well. I was gifted with a coffee mug, a reusable bag, and a few cool sunglasses. In this really high-tech system, I was able to get a full shot of my mouth and teeth. My x-ray view of my teeth and the procedures that needed to be performed was explained in depth by my dentist (Andrew Levin), who was very professional and welcoming. Every step of my cleaning was explained carefully and nothing was hurried. Maureen, my hygienist, was very professional and did an extraordinary job. I can tell she enjoys what she’s doing and that she cares for the patients. To anybody who needs professional care, I strongly recommend this dental clinic!

As a single parent with two kids it’s tough to focus on myself and schedule my visits with the anxiety of having to pay a lot out of pocket. I was pleasantly surprised with the costs to finally care for myself for a change. I cannot brag enough about how amazing my experience is here! Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities are extremely clean and comfortable as well (yes I said comfortable in a dentists facility). I recently had a cleaning and a dreaded root canal therapy, I have to say, this was the most comfortable and relaxing root canal therapy I have every experienced in my entire life! I almost fell asleep while it was being done. No pain, no sensitivity or pain afterwards either, I was my normal self by the time the therapy was complete. I highly recommend Chandler Dental to anyone and can assure you that you will not be disappointed in doing so! I can’t wait for my next visit!

OMG, I love Chandler Dental. I could not chew at all with my left side, Chandler Dental found out I had a cracked tooth underneath one of my crowns, they repaired my tooth, put a new crown on and sent me away with a smile. After the feeling came back to my face I went out for lunch the next day and ate with no pain. I am so very impressed with them and their dental hygienists are awesome, so professional, knowledgeable and friendly, they walk you through everything they do so you don’t have any surprises. I recommend them to everyone.

My first appointment at this office was more than I expected! I was greeted and given a tour of the office which instantly made me feel more comfortable. They brought me back to do XRays which took about 10 minutes, went over my questions and concerns, and then had the doctor come in for my exam. He was honest, educated, and did not make me feel like I was being rushed asking questions…something I am grateful for. After the exam, I went to get my teeth cleaned with the hygienist and she was amazing! Quick at her job and made me feel like my teeth were glowing. She’s honest and always wants what’s best for us, even if she has to be blunt about what that’ll take. Chandler Dental is great! I have always hated going to the dentist so naturally neglected to go.. for many years… terrible idea i know but they have been able to get back on the right track and provide a plan to get my dental hygiene back to normal. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Netflix is offered while they do what they do which is great for you to catch up on your binge watching. Pricing is pretty average and comparable to other dentists. Overall, great experience and highly recommended!

So I’m really loving this dental office. I just became a patient a couple months ago. I first came because my old root canal crown chipped a bit and needed to be filed down. I went in and they smoothed down the edge and they didn’t even charge anything!! So I immediately booked my first cleaning with them. I went to my cleaning a few weeks later and had another positive experience. But I had a small cavity that formed in an old previously filled cavity. So I went back a few weeks after that and got it filled. Another great experience!! The dentists are personable, and the hygienists are friendly and make you feel really comfortable. Being like most people I get nervous going to the dentist but by my third appointment I was able to walk in completely relaxed. I’ll continue to come here for my dental needs and I’ve already referred a handful of people! Fantastic practice!

She is upfront and honest, as her profession requires, and she truly cares about your health first and foremost! This dentist was amazing! I came in because my tooth was hurting really bad. The dentist was able to get me in as an emergency consult. The staff was pleasant and took X-rays of my mouth. The dentist discussed my options and then was able to perform the procedure that day. I was worried about having my tooth pulled but the staff were nice and made me feel at ease. I watched a document on Netflix as the doctor pulled out my tooth. I was in and out in what felt like no time at all. Plus the procedure was affordable. Overall, great customer service, clean and friendly environment and budget friendly as well. I would recommend this dentist to all my friends and family!

I have been her patient for over 15 years. All the work she puts in has made my smile better, and my awareness of the importance of great dental hygiene is much better than before seeing her. When I was growing up, my parents never stressed brushing and flossing. I thought it was normal to have 10 plus cavities every dental visit. Coworkers who are in their 40’s and 50’s that have bad teeth have found out that bad teeth can run into other health related problems. I give her 5 stars because she she earns it. Everyone was a pleasure to meet and very attenative, they strived to get to know me and told a little about me to the next person that I saw.
