Chantilly Smiles exceeded all of my expectations and then some! Dr. Urquiaga is amazing. His bedside manners are exceptional and his knowledge is superb as well. I had to change dentists because I moved and this was the best choice I’ve ever made. His staff is reliable, caring and understanding, accommodating and flexible. They follow up with you, change your appointment several times if you can’t make it, and always greet you with a smile. Dr. Urquiaga is serene, respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a wonderful dentist. I would give him 10 stars if they were available!

Dr. Urquiaga is very professional and an excellent dentist. We just moved here and this office was part of your insurance and could not have been happier. Very personal staff. The primary Dentist is very kind and detail-oriented with his work. He explains all of his procedures well and is very good for distributing any numbing agents with a very gentle, slow approach so any discomfort is minimal. They will provide you with a complimentary notification by text or phone call for your upcoming appointments which is very helpful. Overall pleasant experience.

Dr. Urquiaga is the best dentist I have ever been to. He really loves his practice and his clients. After visiting him for the first time as a new patient, I’ve never wanted to actually follow up on dental recommendations like I do now. Dr. U is a teacher as well as a doctor. He delicately and strategically explains everything that he is doing while you are in the appointment. Once he has diagnosed your concerns, he explains what the next steps will be, why there are next steps, and gives you a list of preventative measures. The man cares about his patients and his practice. He wants you to have the smile you have dreamed about, and has multiple options on how to achieve that smile with both your insurance, and your allocated budget. He is upfront about the pricing, and he does not cut corners. It also helps that he gave me a toothbrush bag and made me feel like a loved little girl despite the fact that I am 25 years old. I highly recommend this facility. His Dental Assistant Wendy is amazing. She is nice, warm, friendly, a good person to have a conversation with and I hope she herself becomes a dentist. Dr. U’s office hosts a loving environment. His receptionist is also very warm, friendly, and patient. She’s knowledgeable about insurance and what all is most likely needed to get you into your appointment. I can’t wait for my future appointments with this office.
