I have easily found my new dentist in Charlotte. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service at this practice. I think a lot of times a dental or doctors office just does the job they are supposed to do. That is understandable however, here they combine that with a sense of making you feel special. I waited about 30 seconds before being seen and everyone in that office went above and beyond to make my experience as effortless and seamless as possible. If you’re looking for a dentist in Charlotte and want to be treated with exceptional care, look no further.

Great, friendly vibe ands people; thorough and practical but not alarmist and trying to sell something all the time (our experience at a prior practice). Terrific hygienists, Dr. Moore is great and Lisa at the front desk could be the nicest person in America. Dr. Moore was very helpful when our son had a weekend dental emergency.

This place is awesome!! Everyone on the staff was super nice. It’s been a while since I’d taken care of my teeth & the staff helped me get a cleaning in and gave me some tips and tricks to help correct some of the issues I had without judgement. Appreciated Dr. Moore didn’t elect for a more expensive procedure I didn’t need. They are out of network for me but so worth it! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Moore since he took over the practice. He has filled cavities and it was as painless as it could be. The office staff and hygienists are top notch also. Always very friendly and welcoming. Since we are in the era of COVID, it was obvious they were taking all precautions and cleaning rooms before the next patient entered. I have total trust in this practice.

I have taken my 90-year-old, disabled mother to see Dr. Moore to fill some cavities. As soon as we left the office, my mom said that the Novacaine shot did not hurt and that Dr. Moore was professional, personable, and courteous. The same statement can be said for his receptionist, dental assistants, and hygienists. Dr. Moore is the best!

What a wonderful group of people. I came to them as a first-time client with an emergency just before the holidays and they bent over backwards. Warm, funny and professional, they put me at ease. I have a greater appreciation for the health of my teeth thanks to them, but they weren’t overbearing about it. I have peace of mind now and I’m truly grateful to them for that.

Excellent experience, Dr Moore and his entire team did an amazing job. Very thorough, detailed and analytical – and take a pragmatic approach to treatment. The recommendations are not aggressive, which was refreshing. Dr. Moore has the best dental hygienist ever, Anesa Frazier. Painless (honest)

Dr. Moore’s staff took excellent care of me at my 6-month check up visit yesterday. I was taken in on time and received a thorough cleaning. I have always enjoyed knowing all the staff and appreciate their care. Dr. Moore checked my teeth and all is well. Thank you again for a great check up.

Dr. Durning Moore and his staff always very nice and pleasant upon arrival. His associates always give me a through dental cleaning and provide information to help me keep healthy teeth and gums. I don’t mind the 30-35 minute drive twice a year. I plan on staying with Dr. Durning Moore.

My first visit to a dentist in 5 years was pleasant, thorough and instructive. I expected a high fee after over 2 hours in the chair getting X-rays, a thorough cleaning (lots of scraping, flossing and polishing), pictures and instructions. And yes, the fee was high but not more than I expected (you’ll have to go there and get your own fee). I can add friendly as well.
