I haven’t been to the dentist in years and wasn’t looking forward to it but I was in a lot of pain and new things needed to be done. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I got to watch TV and had a massage chair too! They numbed my mouth with paste before I even got the needle! They are amazing and will ALWAYS go to them for any dental work. I cried when I saw the results and they hugged me because they were so happy that I was happy!

Best dentist I have EVER been to!!! I am absolutely amazed! I came in with a broken smile and am leaving with it fixed! I felt NO pain what so ever and the dentist was incredible, very caring and gentle. I was terrified of the dentist before I came here and I am no longer scared, this will be my forever dentist! And now my 4yr old son as well. Thank you so MUCH DentalPro!!!!!!

The ENTIRE staff was amazing from the time I checked in. Everyone was so friendly & courteous! The Dentist & assistant was very formative. They made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. I was so comfortable like I had been doing here for years! HUGE S/O to Jessica Plumey who called & checked on me shortly after I left the office. She also called made sure I had all the medical treatment for home care! Thanks soooooooo much I’ll be back! FOR SURE!!!

Check-in was a breeze. The chairs in the waiting room are very comfortable, however, I was not in the waiting room very long. They also seem to have plenty of good reading material, and of course there is always your cell phone. I went to the back and the dentist came to evaluate my teeth. The dentist and staff explain to me what they would like to do, and then the billing staff came in to explain the price break down and get my approval before they did anything. The hygienist did my cleaning in record time, probably due to the fact that she’s been working as a hygienist for over 20 years. She was gentle and didn’t cause me any pain, either. I also had my first cavity and had to have it filled. I did not have to wait at all in between my cleaning and feeling. This office is very time efficient! They gave me something to numb the area, and then drilled and did all of the other stuff. It did not hurt, and both the dentist and staff continually checked with me to make sure that I was doing okay, and not in pain. The dentist was friendly and explained everything; they also gave information on how the amount of coffee I’m drinking is affecting my teeth and what I can do to miminize the damage (since I’ll never stop drinking coffee). I thought it was great that they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what to do outside of their office, considering my lifestyle, to best maintain my teeth. I was very pleased with my experience. In the cleaning rooms, the cleaning chair is also massage chair. So you can get a little massage while you are getting your teeth cleaned! I was also surprised by how soft the leather was on these chairs. It’s a small detail, but that is the point; this office seems to pay attention to the small details to give you a great experience. The parking in the back is not big, but seems to be adequate. They also have street parking directly in front of the building, which is where I parked. I am very glad that I started coming to their office, and will be a patient of this office as long as I am living in Charlotte. I would say the big takeaways from this office is that if you are a person who values your time, and your teeth, then this is the right dental office for you.

I needed a new dental family in the Charlotte area. After reading other’s reviews and research I think I have found just that. From the initial visit, to the procedure I’m currently having, the staff warmly welcomes and educates their patients on their dental health. They ensure that each visit is a positive one!

The staff at Charlotte DentalPro is incredibly friendly. Some people get nervous going to the dentist, but I assure you that you’ll feel very comfortable in their hands. I recently got a custom nightguard done from them, and I distinctly remember how it took them several tries to get it just right because they wanted to make sure that it would fit perfectly against my teeth. I appreciate the high level of detail with their work. I recommend them to anyone!

I tried Charlotte DentalPro after not being happy with current dentist. I was greeted immediately, my appointment was on time. They thoroughly explained each process of new patient exrays, exam, cleaning and exit process. VERY friendly and professional. As some who knew I needed a little work done I expected a hard sell on the services, but I didnt feel pressured at all and all my options were explained in a “non-salesy” manner! I have a new dentist for sure.

Best place on earth for dental work. I feel sorrry for the people who dont know how AMAZING AND PATIENT AND PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO… They make yiu feel welcome and the dont talk down to you if its been a while since your last appointment. Thanks to my sister I have now found the perfect home for my teeth… And did i mention they also see children as well. Wait WHATTTTTT that right people the whole family can be here at the same time

I typically HATE going to the dentist, but I have to admit I had a positive experience at this practice. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, but Dr. Uceda was amazing. She took my concerns seriously and frequently checked in to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain/discomfort. I went in for a root canal ONLY, but my experience made me switch dental practices!!
