I am greeted with warmth during every visit, call, and message. The staff ensures my safety, and my needs are always accommodated. Especially during these unprecedented times we are all enduring. As a young adult, I had the unenviable task of getting braces for an upcoming surgery. However when I met Dr. Chase for the first time, he was very positive and made me feel at ease about the situation. He and his staff were always very polite and friendly. Every time I was in the office, everyone was happy and cheerful, even the other patients. They were on time for all of my appointments. It is helpful that he has two locations, especially the Malden office which is MBTA accessible (I don’t have a car). It’s been just about a year since I’ve gotten my braces off and my teeth look and feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Chase!

Dr. Chase and his staff are amazing. They are very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. I remember when I was a child I dreaded visiting my orthodontist. I always left with my lip or gums bleeding because she was so rough. Dr. Chase is the complete opposite. My kids don’t mind the visits so that alone says a lot!

Dr. Chase and his staff are phenomenal. I would highly recommend his office! Friendly. Caring. Professional. He takes the time to explain your treatment plan and the different steps. He wants to make sure I understand what the plan is. He has even reached out to me by phone/text on multiple occasions (even on a Sunday night!) to check in with me. I was initially told at another orthodontist that I had no choice besides braces for my particular problem. As an adult, I had zero interest in braces. Dr. Chase listened to my concerns and was able to offer invisalign as an option. And I’ve been able to reach the same results with this method!

I just got my braces and my teeth look amazing. The people there treat the patients with respect and are very friendly. Friends and family comment on how beautiful my teeth look everyday. I didn’t mind how many trips it took to get my teeth perfect since they were very nice. Dr. Chase himself is a very kind man who dedicates a lot to time to his patients.

Dr. Chase and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and professional. Both of my children have had braces there and we are very happy with the outcome. Dr Chase takes time from his day to call the day braces are put on to make sure the kids are comfortable and that we don’t have any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Chase!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Chase and his team. I needed to get braces as an adult to fix my bite which was causing gum problems, and the team did a great job. Everyone at the office is very talented and friendly, and regular check-up visits have been keeping my teeth looking and feeling great.

Dr. Chase and his Team are amazing!! After 48 years of (not so perfect) teeth, I decided to invest in Invisalign. Dr. Chase made it so painless, simple, and affordable. Are you suffering with tight, tense, stiff, and sometimes painful neck muscles? If so, you should see an orthodontist. When I was first told this I said, “What! Are you crazy? Braces my neck muscles?” But I already had braces and my teeth stayed straight after all these years (I’m 45). Sure, I grind my teeth at night, but I have faithfully worn a night-guard to protect my teeth for over 15 years! I was skeptical to say the least but curious as to why my Physical Therapist recommended I consult an orthodontist. After two and a half years of struggling with neck muscle issues that I tried to resolve with a doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist, and physical therapist, I was frustrated and decided to consult with an orthodontist, but which one. A few years ago, Dr. Chase was recommended to my spouse for braces to maintain long-term dental health (yes, another benefit of braces…it’s not just all about youth and vanity). When I met with Dr. Chase, he assessed my teeth and explained that although they were straight, my top and bottom teeth were not fitting together quite the way they should. He was low-key about promising that correcting my bite would resolve my neck issues but said that it might help. Nothing else was resolving my tight neck muscles so I decided to give braces a try. I stopped all other treatment on my neck. A few months into wearing my braces I didn’t notice much of a difference…or did I? I suddenly realized, for the first time in two years and a half years, I didn’t have any chiropractic, acupuncture, or physical therapy on my neck and it wasn’t getting worse. In fact, it seemed a little better. After four or five months of wearing my braces my neck pain and tight neck muscles were completely resolved on the right side and almost completely resolved on the left. Braces felt like the miracle treatment! If you’re struggling with neck muscles issues, or any other orthodontic need, you should consider visiting Dr. Chase for a consult. I can’t thank him enough!
