I hadn’t seen a dentist for 17 years, the first practice I went to after my dental hiatus was not clean and reminded me of a dental chop shop ,so I listened to my wife and switched to Cherokee. The building is clean, the techs are nice, and Dr.Vang did an amazing pain free job on the first cavities I’ve ever had filled. Thanks Dr. Vang and company!

Dr. Vang is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He’s patient, gentle, and very good about talking you through all your dental work while he’s doing it. The office is clean and inviting. The staff (including Dr. Vang’s own parents behind the front desk) are warm and always greet you with a smile. Also the prices are reasonable and they work with you if you have any billing questions or issues. (Care Credit available!) Overall nothing but positive experiences.

Found Dr. Vang because his office is close to where I work. My four yr old daughter and I needed to get a cleaning in before the end of the calendar year for insurance coverage purposes. The office staff were super flexible and accommodating. The visit was a breeze and everyone made us feel welcome. My 4 yo really enjoyed the visit- we both had a cleaning and X-rays. He had a gentile demeanor and was thorough. During the visit, I inquired about “tooth contouring”, which is a cosmetic service and an out of pocket expense, due to some crowding and a chip on my tooth. I’ve had it for years… but thought I’d ask. Dr. Vang educated me on the process and materials and explained my options. I came back 4 weeks later and it was one of greatest decisions I have ever made to improve my smile!! He was so patient with all my questions and very attentive to my nervousness; and he did an excellent job! He took before and after pics and talked through the whole process…. and adjusted the price for me too!!! I am so pleased and thankful for his service.

Dr. Vang is wonderful with kids! My 5 year old had three cavities that he was anxious about – mostly afraid of getting a novocaine shot. Dr. Vang kept him cheerful and engaged through the procedure as he “tickled” out the cavities. I honestly think that my son will be happy to come back to the dentist in the future because of Dr. Vang’s good work.

I am terrified of dentists. That being said… Dr. Vang is the only dentist who has ever made me feel at ease. I went in because I broke my tooth. He didn’t make me feel bad for avoiding dental care for so long and he focused on the positives (ex. “your tooth broke cleanly in a great spot, so that’s why there’s no pain. This will be an easy fix.”). Before starting any work, knowing I was tight on money, he consulted with my insurance to see what treatments would be covered the best and then we worked out a payment plan together. The whole time he was working on me, he asked if I was feeling any pain or irritation and he kept giving me positive affirmations to keep me calm. You can’t find a better dentist anywhere (believe me, I tried).
