Moving is never easy, especially when you are in search of new a new Physician & Dentist.  After no luck in finding good service where I live, I decided to look outside of where I live. Even though it’s a drive for me, Dr Jump & his staff were exactly what I was looking for, kindness & professionalism from the minute you walk-in, up until you leave. Also, I liked nt being pushed to do procedures unnecessary just for a $. Thk you & special thk you to Ashley for making me feel comfortable during my cleaning.

Office staff was friendly, helpful with insurance benefits, and accommodating in making future appointments. Our appointment was on time, and the hygienist was gentle with X-rays and cleaning, explaining every step to my son. Dr. Jump was great with my kid, and thoroughly explained all treatment options. He was nonjudgmental about lack of flossing (always nice), and it was all around a great experience at the dentist. We are actually looking forward to going back!

As with previous visits to Cherry Street Dental, my visit went well. The facility and friendly staff are good at what they do and they are professional. It is obvious as soon as the work starts that I am in good hands. Dr Jump is a skilled pro. I had major work done, (crown and fillings replaced) everything fit and went well. Additionally, I appreciate the attention to scheduling and the prompt behavior. This is an excellent Dentist that I would recommend to friends and family.

It all began when I got my braces off, I noticed a gap. Not a big one but it was noticeable and that only meant I needed to get that sucker fixed!  Shortly after I came in to my consultation at ‘Cherry St. Dentistry (Dr.Jump)’ , the sweet lady at the front desk appointed me a date to come and get my teeth done! Finally that day came and I was pretty nervous because I didn’t know how my teeth were going to look but I trusted Dr.Jump, so I just kinda shook it off. After sitting there in the patients seat for about an hour & 15 minutes, I got to look at myself for the first time after all the dental work done to me. Man oh Man did I adore my smile! Dr.jump did an amazing job!!!! #SmileOutLoud

I was able to get an appointment the day I called. I had a broken wisdom tooth. I was very nervous and I told them that. They were very kind about it. My appointment was during the first phase of reopening after the covid-19 shutdown. They took great precautions for my safety and the safety of those working there. I asked if my mom could sit with me. They said they were limiting the number of people in the room, but because of my anxiety they would make an exception. They were so kind. I felt that they were very genuine. The doctor and staff were very sweet and friendly. I was embarrassed by my broken tooth, but they never made me feel bad. I would highly recommend Dr. Jump. He has a calming demeanor and great chair-side manor.

Can I give them 6 stars?? Best dental experience ever! It turns out that I don’t have dental anxiety; I’d just never found the right dentist until now! I was convinced that I had terrible dental anxiety and was even looking into sedation dentistry. I took a chance when young Dr. Jump moved to town to take over the Cherry St. office and I’m so glad I did! No sedation necessary and I arrive and leave smiling! When I needed a filling fixed, he found the nerve that no other dentist could and the procedure was so quick, easy and painless! (Every other dentist had left me feeling almost everything while drilling and filling) He and his staff are super friendly and helpful and for the first time in my life, they convinced me that I have healthy teeth and a great smile. Since I started seeing Dr Jump I’ve had two strangers stop me in public to compliment my teeth — so weird, right? That’s just how good this dental office is!

i had to find a new dentist since my previous one got into some serious legal issues… anyways, i found this dentist through my insurance company and they were close to my home and work. I love that they chose to open on 15th Street in one of the old large homes that have been converted to commercial property. the entire staff is super friendly and helpful – i was able to come in without an appt for a minor dental issue (not their fault – was the previous dentist’s poor work) so that was super appreciative! Dr. Jump puts you at ease – a trip to the dentist is not on anyone’s wish list, but he was friendly, informative and has a great staff!

I love Cherry Street Family Dentistry! Dr. Jump is awesome and I was so pleased with the last treatment I received. He repaired some erosion on my front teeth and they look great. I feel much more confident about my smile, now. My last cleaning was superb, also….My gums were actually a little sore the next day, which made me know I really got a good cleaning. Ashley has always been my hygienist and she is great. What a wonderful personality and caring spirit she has! I am super pleased with my experience and care at Family Dentistry! I definitely would refer others and actually have already!!

If one can enjoy a dental visit, I dare to say Cherry Street Family Dentistry is where it’s happening. The staff from Jennifer at reception to Summer the hygienist to Dr Jump himself were kind, attentive, & even fun:). I loved my dentist in Houston & dreaded re-establishing care in Tulsa after my relocation but I am beyond pleased. State of the art equipment & procedures, a lovely office, & skilled, patient, knowledgeable, & kind staff. Unfortunately I will be back sooner than desired for more than just routine care but I am glad it will be Dr. Jump & his team getting me all fixed up! (I hope I got everyone’s name’s right).

I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and as a result, there’s a lot of work to be done. But, this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist and his team. They truly want you to be relaxed and make the visit as pleasant as possible. They explain exactly what they are doing, what the next steps are, and possible scenarios that may come into play in a clear, concise manner. I am soooooo glad I found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team!!!

Dr. Jump recommended replacing an old crown on one of my middle two top front teeth due to some decay starting. It had always been a slightly lighter color than my other teeth and jutted out slightly. When I received the new crown, I thought it looked great, but Dr. Jump wasn’t satisfied with the color or alignment. He arranged to have it redone, and the replacement looked identical to my adjacent teeth. I didn’t realize how much crowns have changed through the years. They are works of art. When I saw the cost of the new crown, I had a little sticker shock, but after having the work done, I now wonder how dentists make enough money to stay in business. The facility, equipment, staff and time required for my work were astounding.

Dr. Jump and his staff are perfection. I had become dissatisfied with my previous dentist and decided to find a replacement. I am a 66yo female and change, comes very hard at this age. I have had teeth cleaning & crown replacement services done and can say I am completely, 100% satisfied. In my 1st visit with Dr.Jump, he advised he did not want to perform unnecessary services and therefore, his counsel was conservative. His office staff and asst’s are hightly trained and compassionate. I am so thankful I found Dr. David Jump, at Cherry Street Dentistry.

It’s good to be home and this dental office was the last one I visited for work for this season.  Dr. Jump and his team all treat their patients with the utmost care and show great customer service.  Everyone seems to be on the same page, and the office is clean and well cared for.  In a season when many changes are coming to the dental and medical field, it’s good to see offices like this that truly care about their patients.

I’ve been going to cherry street dentistry for a couple years now after a bad experience with another dentist office and I’m so glad I switched. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming and my teeth are always cleaned very well. I never feel pressure to get any unnecessary work. Overall, I definitely recommend.!

As always when I go to this office as I have for servers years now for my dental needs the staff are upbeat and happy. My teeth cleaning was fast and on time. They offered feedback on my brushing habits gave me pointers on thing to talk with my orthodontist about and overall provided a great experience during my visit. I would and have recommended their office and Dr. Jump to my coworkers and friends. Dr. Jump and staff are amazing people! I love when it’s time for a check up so I get to interact with these wonderful people. They got me in and out quickly and made me feel safe while taking care of my dental needs!

I have significant dental problems and have found a place I can trust. Everyone is professional and puts you at ease. Lobby is always clean and inviting, with complementary drinks and cozy furniture. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and hygienists are wonderful communicators, and explain exactly what they are doing in your mouth and how much it will cost you. Dr. Jump answers all questions without making you feel dumb. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and comprehensive dental experience.

I moved to Tulsa about 1.5 years ago and chose Cherry Street Dental as my dentist given its proximity to my apartment. I have had nothing but great experiences here! They stick to your appointment time so you aren’t left waiting in the waiting room for long when you’re on time, and the entire staff is pleasant from the front-desk crew to the dental assistants, and finally Dr. Jump himself. I have had extensive dental work done here from routine cleanings to fillings to crowns, and don’t have a single complaint. I will miss this office once I move from Tulsa.

It is not possible to have a better experience. I went in for a tooth cleaning. My teeth were in pretty bad shape. They are cleaner and look better than I thought possible. The staff was friendly. My teeth were cleaned quickly and pain-free. I plan on getting my teeth cleaned there for the rest of my life.

Summer Hodson is an amazing dental hygienist who highly recommended Cherry Street Dental! I am so thankful she did! I am very anxious when it comes to going to have work done on my teeth. My experience Dr. Jump was a positive one. I was thankful and impressed that Dr. Jump did the treatment from beginning to end. His assistant was also very kind and did a great job! Looking forward to returning to this practice in the future. Thanks Cherry Street Dental for making my experience a positive one!
