I recently moved from out of town and needed to find a new dentist (after loving my old dentist very much so I knew this would be a challenge…) I drove past the North Hills Dental Complex fun and unique purple building, which led me to look up their Facebook page. There I found their ‘No Cavity Club’, a fun incentive to take care of your teeth and they’ll feature you on their Facebook page and put your name in a drawing to win an Amazon gift card – how fun is that?! So I scheduled my appointment and thanks to work and a death in the family – had to be rescheduled several times. By the time I finally made it in, the receptionist came out to meet me and said she was so glad I finally made it and offered condolences for my loss – I couldn’t believe she would have remembered that! This is testament – even after just my 1 visit so far – to their personalized and truly caring approach. The visit itself was a blast – everyone involved in the practice strikes that perfect balance of professional and fun and you can tell they all love what they do. After a stressful work week, who can say their dental visit was the highlight of their week? Well, I can! And well, the Funfetti frosting flavored toothpaste they used for my cleaning was just the cherry on the dental sundae. I’m so happy to have found this practice and will certainly recommend them to any and everyone. I’m actually looking forward to many dental visits to come!
