Although it’s a little out of the ordinary to leave an online review for your dentist, I felt the need to do so considering the service is extraordinary. Everyone on the staff is so pleasant and friendly that it takes all of the dread and guess work out of going to the dentist. The care that I receive here makes me actually look forward to going to get my teeth examined. I have highly recommended them to friends and family before, and I will continue to do so in the years to come because they are just overall fantastic.

I really do enjoy and look forward to my appointments at Chesterland family dental. The entire staff is very friendly! Convenient to make appointments, appointment reminders, perfectly clean facility, gentle but thorough teeth cleanings… I can’t say enough positive feedback for Chesterland family dental! Definitely look into this place if you are looking for a great dentist and a great experience 🙂

As the ultimate coward I give Dr. Bre & her staff an A+. I had to have a root canal today. I was premedicated & they did a great job keeping me calm & comfortable, no pain! Thanks again!

I hate going to the dentist but chesterland family dental is as good as it gets. From DR.Brie to the receptionist and all the assistants are awesome,they all make you feel comfortable and the assistants are very nice and knowledgeable,they will do anything to help you feel at ease,today I had nicole as an assistant and she made me a temporary crown after a root canal by a new dentist,both did a nice job,I was very impressed with the temporary crown nicole made,but all the assistants are very nice and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Chesterland Family Dental! Melanie is absolutely amazing. She does a thorough and professional job and is absolutely wonderful with children. My 3 year old son came to watch one of my cleanings and the next thing I knew, he was sitting proudly in the chair having his teeth cleaned as well. He responded so well to Melanie and never felt afraid! She is wonderful. Dr. Bri takes her time and explains everything very thoroughly. She is so sweet to my kids. We just love the whole practice!

Very professional dental office. They go above and beyond to assist you. Nikki is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I’m not just saying that. She really cares about the health of your teeth, but also isnt pushy about it. Everyone from the front office people, to the dental cleaning staff, to the dentist’s are amazing. Very great place, you’ll never want to go anywhere else!

Everything about my experience with chesterland family dental was wonderful, from the moment I walked through the door. They were so gentle, kind and professional. I had such a wonderful experience at Chesterland Family Dental Care! I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. My hygienist made me feel at ease, loved Diane at the front desk, and had a great interaction with Dr. Bri. Truly a staff who knows what they’re doing!

I went to the Chesterland Family Dental Care on 7/27/16 with the assistance of my son (I am in a wheelchair). Dr. Bri was very helpful and said the bonding on my front teeth had chipped badly. Nina, the dentist’s assistant took two X-rays and found cavities. She was very kind and thorough in what she did. Dr. Bri mentioned after seeing the X-rays that I needed three crowns. They both were excellent in their analysis. We scheduled my next appointment to get the procedure done. Diane and Nichole were both helpful at the front desk. They informed me of the specific procedure needed and what the cost would be. I am very happy with the service I received here.

Dr. Brianne and her team are incredible, knowledgeable and so kind. They were able to see me on short notice and provided an amazing experience. I will be taking my family here from now on and would recommend anyone looking for the very best and most professional dentists in Northeast Ohio, to stop in and see them.

The only thing that makes me squeamish is the dentist. The sounds and grinding make me feel weak. The staff was fantastic at putting me at ease. Great technology and they were thorough without taking forever. I would recommend.

Chesterland Family Dental isn’t just amazing at dental work, but also cosmetic work as well. I’ve gone to Dr. Bri for both and she was great! Don’t let her youthful appearance fool you–she is wise beyond her years and did a better job on my cosmetic work than the veteran plastic surgeon I went to previously who charged me almost double the price! She made me feel extremely comfortable, is very sweet and her attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. I always love family owned businesses and think they put so much more personalization into their approach, and truly care about building relationships with their patients. I highly recommend going there!

I highly recommend Chesterland Family Dental Care. I have been a patient of Dr. Bri’s since she started practicing and have had such amazing experiences with her. She always explains what she is doing and stops to make sure you are comfortable. The hygienists do the same. It is clear that patient comfort and satisfaction is the most important thing to each person that works there. Every single person that I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are family rather than a patient. They are flexible with scheduling and make sure that they can help you in any type of emergency situation. This is an awesome practice!

Chesterland Family Dental is excellent!! The staff is all amazing and very accommodating and flexible. The hygienists and dentists both take the time to answer questions and discuss details relating to your care. I have learned a lot from the dentists here; stuff I have never been told before by other dentists! The atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I needed a new dentist for insurance purposes and am so pleased I went to Chesterland Family Dental Care. Not only were they polite and personable, the dental hygienist was the most thorough I have ever had and she explained everything she did. Also Dr. Brianne Fratantonio was great as well. I am even looking forward to my next visit and I recommended them already to a friend and she loved them as well!

I had a great experience here a few weeks ago. I was very tired and dreading going to the dentist since it had been a long time. It turned out that I had a lot of cavities and needed quite a bit of work done, but the hygienist (Lindsay) was so incredibly attentive, sweet, and friendly that it made all of bad news not so bad. She worked to find out the underlying cause of the cavities and was great about explaining everything to me. A week later, I started grinding my teeth more severely while sleeping. I called the office the next day and talked with Lindsay directly where she explained different kinds of mouth guards. She was so incredibly helpful and made this a much better experience!!

I have been going to Chesterland Family Dental Care for as long as I remember – I highly recommend them – they are professional, courteous, and so friendly. The minute you walk-in you are greeted by the wonderful Diane or another staff member. The hygienists are sensitive to your needs and work at a pace that is comforting to the patient – always explaining the next step in the cleaning process. Dr. Bri is fantastic – a gentle dentist who is always explaining the procedure and makes you feel very comfortable. I have had teeth cleanings to cavities filled, to crowns on existing teeth, to crowns on implants and have never had a problem after any of these procedures. The young ladies in the office that assist Dr Bri are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Chesterland Family Dental Care!
