The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very efficient and lean with how they operated during this pandemic. They took my temperature at the door, everyone was wearing masks and the place was very clean. I felt very safe. The entire staff, especially the doctor, explained everything from my diagnosis, to my treatment, and aftercare. Their work was very thorough. They have gained a new patient for life! I just wanted to update my review to say how outstanding this dental practice is.  For so long I was extremely afraid to go to the dentist and had terrible about it.  After going to this practice for it the past few years I can actually say that I now look forward  ( crazy!) to going to the dentist and I am no longer fearful.  It’s not just excellent professionalism, they give the best care and treat you as a person.  Thank you for your kindness, excellent work and patience.  It is much appreciated.

I have a rare genetic defect that affected the development of my teeth. Consequently, I have been in and out of dental offices all my life.  I’ve interacted with literally dozens of dentists in my life. Dr. Rosen is my favorite. He is articulate and kind. And the dentures he created for me are, by far, the best I have ever worn. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Richard A. Rosen, DDS, at Chestnut Hill Dental, has been my dentist for the past 4 years. He is the best dentist that I have ever been to. Ever. I have been going to dentists for 44 years and have seen dozens of dentists from Massachusetts to Florida and none of them is as good as Dr. Rosen. To be fair: there were a few dentists that may have been as good as Dr. Rosen, but, none were better. None. Dr. Rosen is a veritable artist in his work. Dr. Rosen’s skill set is unique, varied and multi-faceted. Dr. Rosen has the special ability to adjust to any dental challenge and performs exceptionally well under the most difficult of dental contingencies. Dr. Rosen is caring, thoughtful, compassionate, professional and has an unparalleled knack for the smallest details. Dr. Rosen has done several veneers and some complicated bondings for me over the past 4 years and the results have been quite remarkable. Frequently, women have complimented me on my “sexy” smile, which, for an older guy like myself, is always nice to hear. 🙂 Dr. Rosen’s office staff are a talented group of caring and dedicated individuals. Erin and Beverly are compassionate, polite, professional and friendly. The dental hygienists, Lauren and Julia, are fabulous and they perform their work at a very high level. In my honest and empirically based opinion, you will not find a better dentist, than Dr. Richard A. Rosen at Chestnut Hill Dental.

I cannot say enough about this place!!  Kelly the hygenist was INCREDIBLE!  We had two very scared little girls prior to going in and two very happy little girls heading out.  Not one tear was shed, not one whine or hesitation!  Walking out, my daughter informed me that the dentist’s office isn’t scary at all…AWESOME!

This is my family’s dentist so I’ve been going here for a very long time.  I have always been treated very well and felt that the Chestnut Hill team really cared about each person they have as a client.  They are very nice and personable which makes going to the dentist much more fun.  I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist!

Such a great office and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. My hygienist Lauren was so kind and gentle, as was my dentist. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve-racking for some of us and a little bit of kindness goes a long way and I am very appreciative for this kind and knowledgeable team. 5 stars

Yes, I am reviewing a dentist. Dr. Rosen has been my dentist for years, and most recently he did several implants and restorative work in my mouth and gave me back my smile. I am so grateful to have my smile back and that the procedures were painless. If you are in need of a prosthodontist with implant experience, he is that person.
