Dr Jain has really impressed me. She is very thorough and I really liked that she made sure I was comfortable. I was looking for a dentist who would take their time working on me and she did! I got a root canal and treatment for an abscess. She is cautious and honest but I also like that she doesn’t waste time yacking nonsensical because that to me may be a sign of incompetency. Very very pleased with my care. I highly recommend her especially to those wanting a professional no nonsense approach to patient care.

Love Dr. Palak Jain and her whole staff! I’m writing this review since I have been seeing Dr. Palak Jain for over 2 years and she is now our family dentist. I am really thrilled that she finally opened her own practice! I have seen many dentists, but Dr. Jain is truly the BEST!!! She is highly skilled, she makes you feel comfortable, explain things and doesn’t rush you. Dr. Jain is friendly, has a great smile, and genuinely cares about you. Highly recommend if you want an honest and talented dentist.

I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr Palak Jain did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and she was very careful and reasuring. She made me feel calm and I am so grateful to have her as a dentist. I am impressed with their work. Their office and staff are also tremendous. Highly recommend.

I started going to Chestnut Smiles about one year ago. Originally I chose this office because it was very close to home and boy am I glad I did. I can’t say enough about Dr. Jain and her staff. They always make me feel comfortable, and provide flexible appointments around my very complicated schedule. I started off with a cleaning and recently had two crowns done. I have been to this practice regularly and have had great experience with everyone at the practice. Dr. Jain is highly skilled and really caring. She takes time to listen to your need, review the treatment plan and follow up. In addition, the clinical work was top quality. What differentiates this office vs others is the polite and caring nature of Dr. Jain coupled with her proficiency as a dentist.

I visited Dental Smiles today in the Chesnuthill Pa section of the city were dr. Jain Palak worked on my teeth and I can only sum up my visit overall as everything a visit to the dentist shold have been and I only have high mark’s on a scale of 1 to 10 that bing a “10” for a wonderful and pleasant visit starting with Tia and my interaction with here and setting up my appointment she was very nice and accomodating each time I called with a question as well as kareema I don’t want to forget for have a great personality and on point doing your job kudos to you all and Thank you for a job well done…..

I have a avoided going to the dentist since my dentist retired a few years ago. I definitely don’t recommend avoiding the dentist. Finally I began asking people for recommendations. A Business Associate recommended Chestnut Hill Smiles. I plan to give her a gift! I let them know my angst about going to the dentist. I have found them to be very warm , this includes the receptionists and entire staff. Today was my third visit. I am so pleased how they make sure I understand my treatment. I have found a new place to make sure my teeth are well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Well-maintained and pleasant office environment. Dr Jain is highly trained and very competent. The hygienist, Cheryl, is a caring and well-qualified perfectionist. I’m very pleased with their strong response to the COVID-19 pandemic and how they’ve made the office environment as safe as possible for both staff and patients. Repeat visit resulted in the same 5-star review. Dr Jain and her staff go the extra mile for their patients. Cheryl is the most knowledgeable and caring hygienist I’ve ever encountered and consistently exceeds expectations. Thanks to all for operating a terrific office.

This was by far my best dental experience as an adult. What made it even more special was the child friendly staff that went above and beyond accommodating me and my daughter for our checkup. This was a real quaint and simple dentistry that exceeded my expectation going in. I would definitely recommend them as the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual.

I went to Chestnut Hill Smiles last week for regular cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised . The staff was very friendly. The facility has latest equipment. The entire process went smoothly without any issues or discomfort. Dr. Jain was quite knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it to other people.

Both my wife and I come here at least twice a year for check ups and any dental issues. I really appreciate the lack of wait time and ease of scheduling. What I love most is the fact that this is a small practice. Their success depends on customer service, attention to detail and excellent care. It’s not a large practice where you might see several staff members in a year, none of whom remember you. It’s easy to see that Dr. Jain and her staff do care and strive for perfection. They make going to the dentist easy!

I have had nothing but positive experiences since becoming a patient at Chestnut Hill Smiles. After I’d had a crown put on, I started experiencing pain and it became clear I needed a root canal. Dr. Jain responded to my call over the weekend, was very comforting in her response, and made sure that I knew she was completely accessible to answer my questions and offer whatever support she could give. She and her team made sure to schedule the root canal with a reputable endodontist–the whole process from start to finish was seamless.

I was always petrified of going to the dentist, that changed since I have been coming to Chestnut Hill Smiles. Amazing staff, exceptional service and always easy to schedule an appointment. Did I mention that the office is immaculate? I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s dentistry at it’s best!

Dr Jain is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly enjoys her work. I’ve been to her office for emergency dental work as well as routine care and she and the whole office staff were excellent. Scheduling was easy as the staff is friendly and flexible. The assistants Kristen and Cheryl are both really knowledgeable and skilled. Dr Jain really knows what’s she’s doing and is able to explain her plan of care clearly. I feel like I’m good hands with her. I highly recommend this office.

A few days back, I took my 5 year old to Chestnut Hill Smiles. My daughter gets very nervous when it comes to doctor visits. So, needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive when I stepped into the doctor’s office. The staff was quick to put us at ease from the moment we were there. We were not made to wait at all – as is the case with most doctor visits :). And while the staff was extremely efficient and polite, what was most impressive about the whole experience was the way Dr. Jain handled my daughter. She clearly has a way with kids and, before I knew it, my daughter was on the way to the doctor’s chair – smiling & chatting all along. Not only is Dr. Jain extremely skilled in what she does – but the fact that she took extra care to make my little one comfortable was very heartening. Later on, my wife and I had like a hundred questions – and she was patient in answering them all 🙂 I have no hesitation in recommending Chestnut Hill Smiles – and this means something coming from a paranoid parent 🙂 Thank you Dr. Jain !

All of the staff from, the secretary, to the technician, the hygienists, and the dentist herself, are so friendly and personable. You can tell they are all one hardworking team and work family. I’m always uncomfortable when having to go to the dentist, but here, they make it an actual pleasant experience.
