Dr. Chiang is an amazing orthodontist. I have never met a doctor so careful and diligent. I have Invisalign with him and the process is very simple with him as he explains everything perfectly and really makes sure that every aspect and step is understood. Dr.Chaing is good at communicating what changes and adjustments he is doing every time I visit. Jenni, his assistant is also great. Dr. Chiang is the best of the best. I was a patient of his when he still worked at a different practice. Dr Chiang decided to get his own practice and I brought my brother to his office. Dr. Chiang is super nice and hes always there to answer/explain any questions or concerns that you might have. I ask tons of questions and the doctor and nurse were all really nice and willing to spend time. The front desk ladies were super nice too. I had a reschedule once and the front lady was really nice and accommodate my schedule. My only negative experience was that one of the older assistant was a bit rough when I was there to take photos if my teeth prior to the braces. I told her that the plastic wrap is scratching my gum and she said “just bear with it, you want pretty teeth right?” I haven’t seen her there since then but everyone else is super nice and professional.

Dr Chiang is fantastic with my 8 year old and all the work that needs to be done. He’s methodical, patient, and consistent. He also is always there when we need him. Including an emergency visit when the office was closed for a brace extraction when my son did a face plant! Excellent office staff and professional dental techs. Love this office. Highly recommend.

So far so good! I started my treatment with Dr. Chiang right before Quarantine hit. I set up a consultation mid January and immediately signed up with the given quote (I had gone to 3 different orthos within the same month previously). Pre covid, I only had maybe 3 or 4 appointments with Dr. Chiang, I’d say at that time, the wait was kinda crazy, the waiting room was always full of patients / parents/guardians! Now, we live in a different world with all the covid precautions. I’d say the office handles it pretty well and organized. You communicate through text when you get to your appointment and wait until they tell you to come into the office. Scheduling appointments and going into my tightening have been a breeze. I am much older than your average brace wearer but I think this place runs like a well oiled machine! They make sure you get taken care of and in and out the door.

I love Dr.chiang and his staff. My daughter has been coming here often for her braces and her teeth have dramatically changed for the better. We are always seen immediately and out there door in 20 min. They have a clean and convenient new office. I would definitely reccomend. Receptionist is very kind and always calls to remind us. Save me one tooth! I was suggested by my dentist to do correction of the irregular teeth. After consulting with the orthodontist that referred by my dentist, I was told 2 of my lower row teeth need to be removed. I was very concerned about it because I don’t want to remove my teeth. So I decide to consult another orthodontist. Thankfully I found Dr. Chiang. With his experience knowledge, he told me only one lower row tooth needs to be removed and I can also use invisible braces so that it doesn’t look too bad especially during the work. I am still in the 2-year treatment and so far everything goes as we expect. Dr. Chiang explains everything to me and inform what is going to happen and what is for on everything visit. If I have any question or concern, he is always patient to answer my questions. I would like to suggest Dr. Chiang to my friends. If you are going to do orthodontics, I suggest you get a consultation with Dr. Chiang before you make your decision. It may save you time, teeth, and money!
