I really enjoyed my experience! An 11/10! And that comment isn’t solely based on the flat screens on the ceilings or the massaging chair I was sitting in, even though these pristine features did help. My experience was delightful because of the kindness I experienced and the genuine care I felt from the hygienist and the dentist. In addition, the quality of the place, just wow. So clean and organized. It instantly made me feel comfortable during Covid. I will definitely be going again!

I have been living in downtown Chicago for 18 years now and have gone to 5 different dentists. I could never find the one who who would listen carefully to my concerns and would actually take time to explain everything and give different options of treatment. Dr. Atassi is the best doctor who takes time to listen to you and explain all the possible solutions and details of different treatments. I took my 3 kids to him. My 2 y.o. loves him! She would not open her mouth for any other doctor but him. He has compassion and understanding of your concerns and is very skillful at what he does. I finally found my dentist and would not go to anybody else but him from now on.

Very conveniently located right in Lakeshore East. Everyone who works at Chicago Dental Boutique is very friendly and helpful, making going to the dentist as painless as is humanly possible! I go every 3 months for cleanings and my gums and teeth have never been healthier. Case in point, I had a horrible experience having a wisdom tooth removed years ago at another dentist and chose to not have my others removed since it was so painful. Chicago Dental Boutique convinced me to trust their oral surgeon and he did a phenomenal job with removal of the other three wisdom teeth. I wish they had done my original extraction! I recommend Chicago Dental Boutique to everyone I know.

My Dental Hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning, very careful not to hurt my gums and was very nice. For years, I have dreaded going to the dentist… UNTIL NOW! As someone who has many dental problems and is constantly in and out of the dentist office, it is extremely important that I find a doctor that I like and feel comfortable with. Chicago Dental Boutique is by far the best dentist experiences I have ever had. Since their openining in December, I have already been in and out several times and have had a great experience each time. The office is clean, stylish, professional, and welcoming with some of the greatest staff of all time. Not to mention the location is ideal for some one who works in the loop! They are always so accommodating with scheduling and flexible when I need to change an appointment. Definitely looking forward to coming here for years to come!

My first visit to Dr. Atassi’s office was like stepping into 21st century dentistry. Samia is friendly, welcoming and efficient. The office decor is thoughtful, creative so you do not feel like you’re in a dentist’s office. I rarely write reviews but my first visit with Dr. Atassi deserves mention. Very clean and modern office with a lot of natural light. Windows face out into the Magellan Park with skyscraper views. They always seem to have the most up-to-date technology. For example, they have an updated suction tool that reduces aerosols in the wake of the pandemic. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I like the idea of having a dentist that is not affiliated with a large chain where every other time I visit, I get a new dentist assigned to me. Contrarily, the experience is much more personalized at Chicago Dental Boutique. Dr. Atassi is good at providing explanations to patients, which I feel is unique in healthcare.

I enjoyed Chicago Dental Boutique, the staff was great, they have great benefits, wait time was fairly long. I had an appointment on a Saturday (maybe my first problem?) and I did not get sent back until thirty minutes after. I enjoyed a Voss water and Espresso while I waited, which was nice. I was then greeted and taken back by an extremely professional and nice gentlemen. He and I engaged in small talk and he was so nice! He took my X-Rays and was very caring when attending to my teeth. Dr. Atassi came in and cleaned my teeth as well, gave me helpful recommendations, and made my experience worthwhile. I have heard that you can watch TV and Hulu while getting your teeth cleaned, and that they also give you warm towels to calm you down. I did not experience this, but I will definitely mention it next time. Sounds like a treat. 🙂

I am a complex dental case, so I first dismissed a place called a “Boutique” as being unable to meet my standard of need. But, an emergency arose and this place is next-door to where I live, so I found myself and my terrible teeth in this elegant office. It lived up to the “boutique” a complete selection of gourmet coffee and comfy chairs and fizzy water. Also, a front desk staff that does not make you feel like you are getting checked into your own funeral–that might be unique to the way I feel at the dentist, don’t know if others usually feel that way. But this receptionist smiled and made me feel like I was being checked into a spa treatment. Then, when I was in the actual treatment room, television! My kids always get that at the pediatric dentist, but for some reason that was never an adult amenity. Finally, I met the dentist, Dr. Atasi. He was calm, competent and kind. Diagnosed the loose filling with ease and expertly drilled at the decay underneath. Best of all, I was able to watch HGTV while he did so, the headphones drowning out the noise, which was almost as good as nitrous for calming my nerves. By the way, even though they are a fancy place, they took my insurance and the copay was not painful.

I am so excited that this boutique opened up so close to my home! I had inquired about insurance and immediately got a response and was able to set up an appointment via email. Unlike all of the other dentist offices I have been to, this one has great hours so I was easily able to find a time that worked with my schedule. The staff at the boutique was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and I really loved the personal touch. After being offered a beverage, I was taken on a tour of the office and I was honestly shocked by how modern and pretty this office was. From watching Netflix to sitting in a massage chair, the entire cleaning was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated the fact that they explained everything they were doing. They took the time to use a special floss to clean my permanent retainer, which is something my past dentists have never done. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of the dentist but I walked away from this thinking about how great of an experience it was. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. From the moment I called to book an appointment the receptionist was so accommodating. They didn’t have any immediate openings but I received a call the very next day about a cancellation. It was so kind of the staff to remember I wanted to come on as soon as possible. The appointment went very well. They were able to take me right away and they even offered me a drink as soon as I walked in. The technology at the facility was very high tech which was really neat! The staff was very friendly. I’m terribly afraid of the dentist and it had been a very long time since my last visit. They were incredibly patient and kept the atmosphere light to ease some of my anxiety. My procedure was pretty much pain free. Dr. Atassi, inquired about my comfort frequently. While he worked, we even talked about the show I was watching on tv. Well he talked, an I…Whatever it was he seemed to understand it all. Lol. Excellent dental office and highly recommend it. We had a dental emergency and they were so accommodating and did a great job providing care and support in such quick notice. We called and we were seen by the dentist on Sat, during busy July 4th weekend with NO WAIT. Very professional and awesome location and accepts all dental insurance, so no cost worries either which is BIG plus. They did dental exam, X-rays, and my wife got antibiotics prescription she needed for infection which was all covered by insurance with ZERO out of pocket cost and were very happy. She will be back for other dental treatment and this is our new dentist moving forward. I seen the office while shopping at Marianos but had no idea we had great dentist, Mr. Atassi, right in Lakeshore East and he will be our new dentist for entire family too. I thought this place was some super expensive and high end dental office for rich folks, but it’s just the opposite so check it out and be pleasantly surprise like we were.

5 Stars! First of all Super friendly! They give you that mom and pop small town dentist feel. The customer service is incredible. They give you a tour of the place when you first get there, auper clean office and everything is state of the art and have fancy high tech equipment , the rooms have a really nice view of the with floor to celing windows. they have 2 flat screen TV’s one on the celing with Netflix wnd hulu qnd stuff to watch while you get your teeth cleaned and the other to show you your x-rays. Bottom line is I highly recommend them especially if you live in this Lakeshore east community downtown.

Chicago Dental Boutique has come to the New East Side neighborhood and provided a much-needed local dental practice I always hoped for having lived in the area for the past 4 years. The office is clean, modern and well appointed with all the current technology. On both my visits I was made very comfortable. I was offered coffee while I waited and the dental chairs have a built in massage setting! It was the first time I have seen big screen TVs for each chair which allows them to show you your X-rays as well as play entertainment while you have your service. The staff is quite friendly and I enjoy talking to them and getting to know them. They offer convenient scheduling as well as text reminders so that you do not miss your appointment. Dr. Atassi has been very professional, friendly and quite skilled when working with me. Chicago Dental Boutique is great. Dr. Atassi and his wife are excellent. Dr. Atassi is professional, kind, explains in detail and listens to your questions. Nadine his hygienist is great. She educates you about what she is doing, answers questions, cleans your teeth so that they feel and look smooth, ultra clean and shiny. All the equipment that is used is modern and top notch. As you lay back in the chair a slight massage is felt from the top of the chair. There is a tv above you and you can either watch a movie, program or just have beautiful scenery to watch. Dr. Atassi always checks her work and goes over what Nadine did. The manager and front desk are very nice, kind and friendly. As you walk in you sanitize your hands and take your temperature. They also ask COVID questions to make sure everyone is safe. I have been going here for the last five years and I highly recommend Chicago Dental Boutique.

Ok, I’m not big on dentist. I mean who looks forward to going to see them? You are either going to get scolded for not brushing or flossing enough while they jackhammer away at your insides and all you can do is nod and silently pray it’s over quickly. Then you are over charged and forced to do it again or suffer severe diseases and your teeth falling out. REWIND to this place. Located in the same building as Marianos so not hard to find and you can do some shopping before or after your convenient appointment. You walk in to a well lit modern office with friendly staff. They have coffee, tea, and bottled water while you wait which isn’t very long. You are greeted like family by the doctor and staff while being led into the high tech cubicles where double flat screens and massage chairs await to comfort you during your procedure. They care, they ask questions before starting the process. They have the latest equipment for X-rays! There is no rushing, just expert cleaning and services. They take most insurances and you enjoy the visit. Why would you go any where else when it’s perfect here?

Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to Dr. Atassi and his wonderful, caring team, and how lucky I feel to have found them! Dr. Atassi is extremely knowledgeable and professional. And for this reason he is a tooth-saver . Dr. Atassi took on cases that were considered “extremely difficult” by other dentists, and healed the teeth that would have been extracted and/or replaced by implants otherwise. He explains every step in the healing process, and shows very clearly what caused the issue in the first place. He is very caring and has an excellent bedside manner. I am far from being an easy patient – high anxiety, trust issues, and all, but I do trust him, knowing he offers solutions that are best for each case. Dr. Atassi and his wonderful team are also great at putting you at ease during the procedures – never would have thought I would be watching Friends and laughing (oops, my bad) while having my teeth done. Getting from the bigger picture into other details: the x-rays are done in the most gentle manner, the boutique is very clean, fashionable (yes, you read right), and packed with the latest technology and equipment. One just feels at ease and even at home there! And last but not least at all: the receptions is not just nice, she is warm and genuinely caring. Talking to her on the phone while frantically searching for appropriate dental caring during an emergency situation is what has actually convinced me to go to the Chicago Dental Boutique in the first place (I did not yet have a regular dentist in Chicago at the time). And I am so grateful to her for that!
