I love this place. Christine is the dental hygienist and she’s very nice and does a great job. She spent time explaining what and why things went wrong and gave me really good advice that improved my teeth health and appearance. The location is perfect for me and they have an awesome view. The receptionist, Lissa is very cooperative, helpful, and always smiling! I see Dr. Nihal as well from time to time to give and exam and she’s a great dentist. Very professional. Dr. Bicakci took over this location from my former dentist (now retired) who I had been seeing for 25+ years. He always provided the highest level of professional care. I am pleased to say that Dr. Bicakci has continued that tradition. She and her staff are always friendly yet professional. Whenever I have questions they take the time to fully explain whatever work is to be done and options available. The work I have had done there ranges from the routine teeth cleaning to tooth implantation and I have been consistently pleased with the results. Thanks to the front teeth work Drs. Nihal and Hirant performed I am no longer afraid to smile at others or for pictures. This is especially important to me since my day job involves interacting with customers. The dental hygienist, Christine, is efficient and friendly and does a thorough job of cleaning teeth. Besides the staff, I really enjoy the location in Water Tower Place as the offices are attractive and afford a pleasing view of our beautiful city.

Dr. Nihal is fantastic! For the past 9 years I have been traveling back to St. Louis to see my dentist. I’m super picky! I’ve tried 6 in Chicago to no avail. The other day I tried this practice. So elated! Dr. Nihal and her staff are wonderful! I finally found a dentist I trust. She was professional, explained everything, and was great with a nervous Nellie like me. I’ve not found anyone that can get a full set of X-rays and her team accomplished it! (I’m a terrible patient). The whole staff is wonderful and I highly recommend. I had a cleaning and then three cavities filled. She also found a fractured tooth and was able to save my healthy tooth without costly procedures. Dr. Nihal is AMAZING. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found her. I damaged my front teeth in middle school and suffered through many dental issues and many dentists. When I saw Dr. Nihal the issue was that my front veneers kept falling out. Not only was she the first dentist to actually correct the issue, but she gave me a beautiful smile in the process. I am so happy to be able to smile without thinking about it, and I love that I found a dentist I can trust to do what’s right. Dr. Nihal Bicakci is amazing! The staff are also very responsive, friendly and helpful! I went in for a consult to fix bad bonding on my front teeth. I decided to do 6 front porcelain veneers (one crown), crown lengthening, and needed a root canal. She made me feel comfortable along the way and did a great job explaining everything. She is very thorough, never rushes, and wants to make sure they are perfect! Veneers are expensive and a very scary process but I am so happy I did them and am very happy with the results. Also, there was no better time than while wearing a mask for COVID through the process! I would highly recommend Chicago Dental Solutions to friends and family!

I have been referred to a Prosthodontist and came to see Dr. Nihal Bicakci. She has been very informative, friendly and professional. You can tell that she is highly trained, and experienced. At my first visit she took pictures, transferred to computer right when I was in the chair and explained all my options. I am very pleased with the results. The porcelain crowns that she replaced look exactly like my natural teeth. I am glad that I did not have to do crowns or veneers for all of my front teeth. She only replaced the ones that were not fitting well.
I also scheduled a cleaning with their hygienist, Christine. She was also very thorough, and gentle. I am very happy with both Dr. Nihal and Christine.

During the pandemic, Lincoln Dental followed recommended best practices to ensure patients’ safety. My sister, who has disabilities, underwent a phased process of scaling and dental surgery. She is a very challenging patient.
