I love this place! I went to Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontist for my son’s teeth cleaning before school started and met with Dr. Matt. He was warm, welcoming and had an amazing sense of humor and personality with my son. I also met Dr. Dale in their orthodontists area for a consultation and he exceeded my expectations as well. He explained everything very  well without putting a lot of pressure on me to make a decision right then and there! Jonathan, Juana and Liz in the office were amazing! This is my new dentist!

I haven’t finished my treatment yet, but know I won’t have any problems so still leaving this review. These people are simply amazing, every single one of them. Not only is the office and atmosphere beautiful, Chicago Pediatric had to top that with hiring the nicest people to walk this planet. Truly all of them. Dr. Dale (the orthodontist) is wonderful: incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and tells dad jokes that gives my own dad a run for his money. Stephanie is always so visibly happy I can’t help but smile. Fabian is crazy fast and efficient. As a team, they work effortlessly and watching their dynamic is such a sight to see. They also clearly have fun with one another and it’s nice to see such a light environment. Not only that, the receptionists are incredibly helpful as well and they respond to your voicemails if you leave them. I had a family emergency and couldn’t make my appointment, left a voicemail as it was after hours, they called me back next day, and they were able to squeeze me before I had to leave. Maybe I’ve had bad orthodontic experiences before and my bar is really low, not sure, but what I do know is that I’m incredibly happy I chose to complete my braces treatment here, and I’d only recommend this office to anyone. Thank you guys! Had to update my review just to add Sasa to the list – amazing. I’m sure everyone here is.

The care I have experienced at Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is on a level I have never seen before. I first arrived simply hoping to get information about braces, but I left very much excited and eager to start the process with this team in particular. At literally every moment, I was treated so warmly by everyone there. The assistants, namely Fabian and Mikey, are very pleasant and professional, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The coordinator, Liz, is very knowledgeable and easygoing, which was very helpful while I decided which treatment plan to choose from. Dr. Dale is very attentive and informative, ensuring I made informed decisions and that I have the best experience possible with the process. I am really excited to see the results from my care here and feel very confident that I am in great hands. Huge thank you to Stephanie who is also a wonderful assistant here for the referral! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

I’m a little late with my review but I just called to schedule my daughters second appointment and remembered how amazing our first visit last November was. My daughter then 15months old was a little sceptic of her first visit but Everyone was so sweet and welcoming they made us feel very comfortable from the moment we entered the office till the moment we left. They had a lot of entertaining in the waiting area and a little dinosaur that greeted us and demonstrated how to brush your teeth properly. It was exceptionally clean and you can tell that everyone that works there enjoys it. At the end they even gave her a little toy, I thought that was very cute! If you are looking for a dentist don’t look any long I don’t think there is any way of improving for this office, they are amazing! Schedule your visit and see for yourself 🙂

This place is awesome! I had read great reviews prior to going in with our toddler for her first cleaning. It was very welcoming for kids and parents. The hygienist had the best bedside manner. The dentist did as well. They explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I can only imagine how much more awesome it will be post pandemic. The waiting room is currently closed but we were told all about what they usually have out there. Next time!

I had 3 appointments for my girls a few weeks ago for my 3 girls (3, 5 and 10) and of course something at school came up at school for my oldest and we showed up short one kid. They didn’t even blink, we just simply rescheduled which is great because life happens with kids. Dr. Justin was great with my youngest two that day. He did a great job at feeling them out to see where they were at and getting to know them which made them both super comfortable. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what my oldest thought. Well I took her today and she is still raving about her new dentist! She got in the car and talked the whole way to school about how great the place is. She just told me that “even though there’s a TV it’s not that exciting because the place itself is exciting.” Dr. Justin was great with her as I expected. We even got to have an unscheduled orthodontics consultation because Dr. Dale happened to be free to do so. Even though it’s not a far drive for me I’m happy that we don’t have to go back for that. Dr. Dale made everything very clear to understand as far as the next steps to take for her treatment. The office is very modern, clean and welcoming. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and we couldn’t be happier. Plenty of free parking and you go right up the elevator so you won’t have to deal with the harsh winter elements.

Such a great experience today with Dr. Benjamin! His office staff was so friendly and found an appointment for me on the same day I called. Dr. Benjamin fixed my retainer and I was out of there in less than an hour. He even offered to put a movie on for me! Will definitely be telling my friends with kids to come here!

New to Chicago. Just moved here with my hubby and our super shy and slightly “fearful-of-dentists” daughter. We were hoping that the cool decor would ease her into a new dental environment, but it was more than just their amazing and thoughtful office. From Dr. Dale & Dr. Justin being super easy to talk to, to Jonathan, our friendly and awesome RDA, and the super sweet and helpful reception team … we were all in love with this team and office. Our daughter LOVES going to her appointments here. We look forward to our chats with her Ortho team and would seriously come here ourselves if only they saw adults 🙂 As a former dental asst. & hygienist, the flow & cleanliness of their office puts all at ease; their equipment and tech are top-notch; their service is incredible. IF Google had 10 stars, we would rate them at a 15!! Thank you Chicago Pediatric

I’ve been coming to this location for a little over 5 months and every visit is friendly, professional and easy on my time. I’ve liked it so much I’m switching my daughter to this practice for her dentist and Ortho work. They have great parking, flexible hours (determining factor) and a very nice clean facility. My only complaint is some days it feels a bit hectic in the office, a lot of patients being seen and interruptions during your visit. I take it as a good sign that they are busy and highly rated, but it can leave you feeling hurried along and potential for mixed messages and info. I’ve been asked the same question by three different people in one visit, leading you to believe that information wasn’t passed on. I can appreciate the convenience and quick service, but a personal touch to each appointment goes a long way. Other than that all of the staff is very friendly and no complaints about the treatments I’ve had done so far.
