GO HERE! Am I seriously raving about a dental office? You’re as shocked as I am, but, yes. Dr. Santucci and team run one heck of a dynamite practice. Always on time, always fast, always thorough and polite. I truly never thought I’d review a dental practice, but this group deserves it. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was looking for a great dentist in the loop who was modern and close to my work. I am so glad I found cosmetic dentist Dr. Mark Santucci at Chicago Smiles. Not only is the office very modern with flat screen TVs above the dentist chairs, but the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Santucci helped get my teeth white for my wedding by using custom made whitening trays and gel. I am able to still keep up with my whitening years later with the trays he made me. Dr. Santucci and his staff are very knowledgeable and make me feel at ease especially during my cleanings during my pregnancy and beyond. The hygienists cleanings are thorough yet gentile at the same time. Plus I am able to schedule appointments that fit my schedule during the work week, which is great! I very much appreciate my great experiences with Dr. Santucci and Chicago Smiles- I would highly recommend!

I don’t remember how I found this dentist actually, but I’m really glad that I did. Every employee was warm and welcoming, the office looked and smelled nice, great Loop location, and convenient if you work in the area. One time I needed an emergency root canal & they were able to squeeze me in for an urgent appointment that morning because I was in so much pain. They are a wonderful dental office & Dr. Santucci does great work. 

Dr. Santucci and his staff are incredible! I recently finished my invisalign treatment and had the ZOOM laser whitening done. I couldn’t be more happier with my smile. Dr. Santucci paid very close attention to my concerns and delivered astonishing results. He showed me a virtual presentation of my teeth shifting at every stage of the treatment so I could see the end result. I can’t recall ever being this ecstatic to be in a dentist’s office. I highly recommend Chicago Smiles to anyone thinking about getting invisalign or any dental work done. A big shout out to Dave and all the assistants for their level of professionalism, making the process a lot easier with any additional questions or concerns I had.

Awesome dentist! Very professional attitude and does really great work! Fillings (ugh) have never been easier (quick, done correctly with attention to detail!) and I can’t even remember why I was “scared” of dentists for the longest time… I definitely recommend everyone to go here for their dental needs! Also, Dr. Santucci referred me to an amazing specialist (wisdom teeth) who was on the same level of greatness!

Dr. Santucci is definitely the best dentist in Chicago. I have been to several dentists before him and none compare to him. His office is first class state of the art and very clean. Dr. Santucci is very prompt and always on time, I never have to wait. He is very professional and I’ve been going to him the past 7 years and never had any issues and my teeth are perfect! He is very caring and I never experience any pain and Dr. Santucci makes sure you are comfortable and at ease during any procedure. I am always leaving the office very grateful that I have a great dentist.

I use to live in Boston and travel to Chicago for work. Found Dr. Santucci through a co worker. I was in so much pain for so long, I had a root canal and crown done. Thanks to this office and Dr. Santucci they got me in right away I feel so much better and never had any trouble 🙂

I have been going to this dentist now for two years. I moved here from MI and was recommended this office by a friend. From beginning to end all of my experiences at Chicago Smiles have been amazing. I recently had a crown replaced, and right from the beginning Amy up front was friendly and welcoming, Nicole, the assistant, made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Santucci was very professional and gentle during the entire procedure. He even personally called me at home when I had some questions. The entire staff at Chicago Smiles could not be a better group of people. I will definitely keep Dr. Santucci as my dentist in Chicago, and would recommend this office to anyone who needs one! This place is great!

Finding a dentist isn’t always an easy task when there are SO MANY to choose from in the Chicagoland area!!! In the past, I would typically just pick a name from an alphabetical list, based on location and dental coverage (blah, blah, blah). HOWEVER, after a single negative experience from a past dentist, I ultimately decided to listen to my husband’s recommendation and officially visit Dr. Santucci at Chicago Smiles. Dr. Santucci is a PHENOMENAL dentist— warm, attentive, and an absolute expert in his field. I used to think that all dentists were the same, but my visit to Chicago Smiles clearly changed my mind. Specifically, it was nice to finally visit a dentist who understands the link between good nutrition and dental health! …All of those teeny- tiny little blood vessels in the mouth happen to be the key gateway to our health anyway!!! Yeeesh!! Amy, in the office is wonderful as well and overall, I found the entire staff to be professional, very courteous and extremely friendly (…which is rare these days as many typical dental offices are too busy to actually say a simple hello with a smile sometimes!). …Watching TV in the dental chair was a nice extra bonus too! 😉

I’ve been a patient here for awhile and had good visits each time. My co workers referred me there and I have had some work done by Dr. S and everything always went well. My wife is doing invisalign with him now and she loves it. Great location in a nice building. Just had my teeth cleaned here again and wow they have a great hygienist! Edit: Just went for my check up and this place has the best give aways lol! Even give you lip balm! Mike

I was really impressed with how well the front office staff handled my appointment and billing questions. My latest cleaning was great. Dr. Santucci was very informative. I’ve decided to get Invisalign and am really excited. I’ve seen the results of some of Dr. Santucci’s Invisalign patients and they look incredible. I’m excited to be one of them. Chicago Smiles is a great place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Santucci for a couple of years now and he is fantastic  The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I have been in the process of correcting my teeth with Invisalign. Thanks to Dr. Santucci and all his hard work . My teeth have never looked better. I have a beautiful smile thanks to him. He takes great pride in his work and wants you to be satisfied. If you are in the Loop area, I would recommend making your next dentist appointment at Chicago Smiles.

Dr. Santucci is a great dentist. He did major work on my teeth 8 years ago when I met him in Denver. The end result was awesome and my smile improved drastically. But here’s the kicker. I couldn’t afford the entire procedure because I didn’t have insurance. Dr. Santucci worked out a financial arrangement that NO OTHER DENTIST in the world would do. Today, 8 years later, my teeth look great and I must give props to the doc that went the extra mile for me–a poor college student at the time. You can rest assured that Dr. Santucci cares and is a very proficient dentist.
