My lower denture is anchored to a bar, in turn anchored to implants. During routine cleaning, my hygienist, Donna, noticed a crack in the bar. She called Dr. Oster who examined the problem and made his recommendation. Then, the whole practice kicked in, got me the repairs needed in a timely manner. When the repaired bar came in Dr. Oster and Christina worked with skill and compassion to get things right. When I went back for an adjustment, Dr. Oster skillfully diagnosed the difficulty. He and Christina again showed patience and compassion and skill. The front office was helpful with scheduling and was friendly and helpful all the way through. Great dental practice!

Chico dental arts is the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I first went to them while I was uninsured last year when I needed a new retainer and they gave me a great deal. I started receiving dental benefits through my employer in January and have since gone to them for a cleaning and small cavity filling. The office is extremely clean and welcoming and the staff is very friendly and caring. I went in today for some gum pain I had been experiencing and Dr. Oster was able to get me in and help last minute. Truly a great office with wonderful doctors and staff!

Drs. Kyle & Oster are gifted dentists with great patient rapport, skilled hands and professional staff.  Our 6 & 7 year old sons look forward to their dental appointments & love having Carmen clean their teeth.  Dr. Oster performed a painless tooth extraction on our 6 year old, who has a great fear of needles, but now wants Dr. Oster to take out all his baby teeth.  Thank you Dr. Kyle & Dr. Oster for giving our family beautiful smiles!

They were very nice. Quoted me a good price for services I want. I will go back when I’m ready to get the work done… I did go and get my services done. They did an awesome job. Chico dental arts is the go to dental place they provide full service dental care with the best options the dental hygienist Lynn does a fantastic job cleaning and really makes a effort to ensure your cleaning meets your specific care instead of just a cookie cut cleaning I feel fortunate to be a patient at this dental office

Dr. Oster and his entire staff are the most patient, compassionate and professional group of professionals I know. I am extremely anxious when going to the dentist and it wasn’t until I sat down in the chair this time that I started to get anxious. Usually just walking through the door I start to get nautious and dizzy. They were ready for me and I hardly remember the procedure at all. Hopefully I was an ok patient and I can go back for my next procedure. I would recommend that office to anyone. Thank you Dr. and staff.

Best dentist visit ever! Donna was the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to having my teeth cleaned and she actual made it enjoyable! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

I have to give it too these ladies at this office. Chico Dental Arts.. One of the most pleasant experiences start to finish. I had spent hours in other offices trying desperately to find a dentist to help repair my flipper plate. I had broken the FRONT tooth off the night before. I have great, or so I had thought, insurance but no body would accept it as of about month ago. Go figure! I had no idea, along with many others. I offered cash, but wouldn’t except that. The kicker was, I start a new job with WM on Monday morning, so I was desperate. I called them and they took me in the very next morning first thing. My plate was perfect and I had it back by 4pm that same day. I am eternally grateful. And in the end, I found out they treat employees at Waste Management and take their insurance …..so needless to say I will be honored to take my business there.

Chico Dental Arts has a really nice facility. The people there are very kind. I felt very comfortable in this environment and usually I’m a bit afraid of the dentist but they were there every step of the way and made sure my needs were to be taken care of. I highly recommend this dentist if you’re in Chico and don’t know where to go. They’ll definitely have your back.
