Great Dentist … very friendly staff. I always worry and I shouldn’t because they are so sweet and caring and help me forget why I worried.. Dr. does a great job as quickly as I can tollerate it and boom he’s done. I appreciate that because I’m a big nervous baby and I hate holding my jaw open for long. . And I’m so glad I found this Dentist. He’s nice and he’s good and he’s quick! They are all very awsome professionals here.

My first visit to Chittenango Family Dental and I was happily surprised at the high-quality service and warm staff. They actually took the time to contact my insurance to estimate my coverage and did not charge up front like other dental offices do and expect you to submit your own reimbursement. My hygienist was gentle and did a great job as well. Referred my husband as well and we will both be returning for more work and future cleanings.

I decided to switch to a new dentist and wanted one closer to home since I now work from home some days. I was nervous about switching but I shouldn’t have been. The office is very comfortable and Sarah was amazing. I hadn’t been to the dentist since the beginning of the pandemic and Sarah was very gentle. Hardly any pain at all during the cleaning. I highly recommend!

They treat you great,do a great job with cleanings and dental work. Always able to get convenient appointments to fit my schedule. I avoided the dentist for along time because my previous experiences weren’t very nice.As weird as it may sound,they treated me so well I actually enjoy going there. No judgements,just great dental care. If you have dental needs and don’t like or are afraid,you don’t have to put it off any longer,the longer you wait the worse it becomes..they will get you treated and on the road to great dental health. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.
