I could not ask for a better dentist.  He pays attention to my concerns and is always happy to show me how to take care of all the different parts that reside inside my mouth. Walked in pretty scared about the work I would need as it had been a minute since I had been to a dentist. I was a new patient, and literally called as I was walking over to see if they would take me as a new patient. They did no hassle, walked in filled out the paper work. I showed up on a Wednesday which is ortho day for them so they were pretty busy, but they still took their time with the work I needed, and answering all my questions/concerns. I found Choice Dental Group through 1800 Dentist for a dental emergency my mother had and they were able to see her right away. They took care of the problem and have given excellent care for all her other dental needs. I began coming a couple of weeks ago for my many dental issues and they have done such a great job. Not really sure why all the bad reviews. I have had terrible dentist experiences and tons of anxiety around going to the dentist, but love Choice Dental. As you walk in everybody remembers your name and you are greeted with a smile. At times there has been a wait but nothing abnormal for a doctor’s office. And the dentist and hygienist that I have been working with have been great!!! They want you to be comfortable and explain your options. Many of the reviews are about the cost and here is my opinion on that. Choice does not do just maintenance work, they do aggressive preventive work to avoid major problems in the future. This type of treatment can be expensive but they have always explained the different options to me and been supportive of my consideration of both financial and dental health issues.  Thank you Choice Dental. For the first time in my life I do not dread going to the dentist.

EVERY TIME my daughter and I visited Choice Dental Group Hawthorne, it has been a pleasant experience. I previously worked in Quality Control and understand how important good customer service is. I brought my daughter in about a year and a half ago from a referral. I was appreciative of their patience and professionalism and professionalism at that time (I was disapointed with a previous dental office a few months ago so I had our services transferred to Choice Dental immediately-mainly because of that initial experience with them). As we all know every patient is different, and yet I have witnessed their staff handle experiences in such a positive manner. We’ve come in for extensive care and every time was pleasant. The office is clean, has a good amount of room, and easy to find with ample parking. I am a “bear mom” about my daughter, and it makes me feel great that she is treated well. GREAT Customer service. Choice was the 3rd dental referral I had received from 1 800-Dentist and because of the first two which was very dissatisfied with my expectations for Choice was very low. I can tell you now that after my first visit I was pleasantly surprised. They far exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here they are nice. Before my appt they gave me a curiosity call to advise me that it is time to get these gums maintenanced (not everyone worry about their teeth) I requested that they call me back in an hour and they did. Making an appointment was such an effortless process and I appreciate this considering how life is so demanding. I came into my appointment and everything was smooth sailing. And he made the experience very pleasant. He was FUNNY, informative, nice, and VERY ATTRACTIVE! Typically, I get the Asian doctor who I don’t really care to much for but THIS GUY RIGHT HERE…. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical when pulling up to a dental office located in a strip mall, but my skepticism was laid to rest once I began interacting with the staff at the front desk. Additionally, the back office staff were equally as professional and the x-ray tech was the coup de gras in winning me over. West Coast Dental Rocks! No joke! The pain in my mouth was killing me and I didn’t want to go through a horrible dentist experience. So I did a lot of research and finally found a great place. I found out that had a few major cavities, but none of them needed root canals. First off, I love the staff! So caring and professional! They took care of all of my cavities in one sitting! After my initial visit, (which went great, by the way) the staff has made sure that I get routine checkups and cleanings every six months. Another reason why West Coast Dental rocks is because of their payment options. I was on a very tight budget and I didn’t have dental insurance. But West Coast Dental offered me a great discount dental plan and I was able to afford my treatments and get everything taken care of.
