I have been going to Dr. Elfers for close to 30 years and EVERY time the staff has been extremely courteous, helpful, and informative. Dr. Elfers has been the only dentist my young adult children have known and they have NEVER been reluctant to go to the dentist. She and her staff are the best!

I started going to this practice almost 33 years ago, in 1985. The beloved Dr. Gardiner was a sole practitioner then, but he eventually brought Dr. Christine Elfers into his practice. Dr. Elfers has run the practice for a long time since Dr. Gardiner retired. Dr. Elfers is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She and her team have taken excellent care of my husband and I for years. I think our teeth are in exceptionally good shape for our age, thanks to the care of this practice. The office staff couldn’t be nicer or more professional. Over the years, we’ve referred so many people to Dr. Elfers and I don’t know of anyone who hasn’t stayed with them. They are the best!

I had been going to Dr Elfers for several years and I absolutely love the practice. However I know I was given incorrect information regarding my insurance on my last visit. My job is in medical billing so I am well aware of in and out of network benefits and I verified with the office twice to make sure they were in network. I scheduled my appointment and ended up with a bill well over $1000.00. When I called the office the person I talked to stated “No they were not in my Network” . I was furious because I understand the importance of going to a network provider and I previously called and talked to the front office person twice! I asked if they would take a self pay discount or make some sort of adjustment. They refused to make any adjustments. I was able to sent up a monthly payment plan but certainly would not have had the work done there had I been told the correct information. I noticed other comments similar to this in the reviews. Perhaps there is a need to re-evaluate the training of the office staff.

I moved to San Diego years ago and came to love my dentist there. Upon returning to Cincinnati in 2008, I found that my old dentist had retired. I have been going to Dr. Elfers’ office ever since and have been extremely pleased after each visit. Dr. Elfers and her staff are very knowledgable and keep you informed at all times, and take extra steps to help you avoid problems in the future. Every visit has been pleasant and painless. I would recommend her to anyone looking to change dentists or find a new one. She’s the best!

LOVE Dr. Elfers and her professional, knowledgable staff. I switched dentists once when I moved outside the city – big mistake. Not only did Dr. Elfers repair the damage from the other dentist, my mouth is back to being happy and healthy. My appointments are always on time, and I appreciate the warmth and professionalism of Dr. Elfers and her staff. My husband and I gladly drive the 45 minutes from our home for her services – as long as we’re living near Cincinnati, we’ll never go anywhere else for dental care!

I just moved to Cincinnati so I had to find a new dentist which is scary for me because I loved my previous dentist but I am so glad that I found Dr. Elfers! Holly was by hygienist and she was very thorough and sweet. All of the staff was great! Dr. Elfers was very personable and thanked me over and over for trusting her with my teeth! Absolutely THE BEST experience with a dentist! The staff are always very nice and warm to their patients and made me feel very comfortable throughout everything. Getting my teeth cleaned was not painful a bit and they did an amazing job! I also did Invisalign with them and they made it so easy. They were extremely fair with me and accommodated my every need! They really go above and beyond for their patients, and only recommend what’s necessary. I could not have been happier with everything that they did. Dr. Elfers is BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST in Cincinnati. I would drive from Tennessee to see her if I had to! 🙂

Dr. Elfers was highly recommended so I thought I would giver her a try. After several years of bi annual visits I have found out why she was so highly recommended. Absolutely the Best dental experience possible. You never wait, her staff is highly trained and Dr. Elfers is the ultimate professional. Plus, she saved me thousands of dollars by disagreeing with another Dentist evaluation and recommended dental work.
